Οι ήρεμες βίλες είναι ένα συγκρότημα από 7 ιδιωτικές, πέτρινες βίλες 2, 3 ή 4 υπνοδωματίων που βρίσκονται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή με ελαιώνες και πορτοκαλιές γύρω τους, 900μ. από το κέντρο του Πλατανιά, ένα διάσημο παραθαλάσσιο θέρετρο με αμμώδη παραλία με γαλάζια σημαία που απέχει μόλις 700 μέτρα από αυτούς. Μια τοποθεσία που προσφέρει ησυχία και χαλάρωση αλλά κοντά σε μια ποικιλία υπηρεσιών και δραστηριοτήτων, όπως τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μπαρ, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, σταθμός ταξί, παιδική χαρά και καταστήματα.

Το Calm 1 Villa Chania είναι κατασκευασμένο σε στιλ μεζονέτας. Αυτή είναι η πιο ιδιωτική βίλα του συγκροτήματος. Στο ισόγειο, ένα κομψά επιπλωμένο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία με τζάκι και μπάρμπεκιου συνδυάζεται με μια εσωτερική - εξωτερική ιδιωτική πισίνα, δημιουργώντας μια πραγματικά και μαγική ατμόσφαιρα. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC και ένα επιπλέον κρεβάτι για το 5ο άτομο.

Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχει ένα δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα σε πανέμορφα ιδιωτικά γκαζόν με καταπράσινους κήπους. Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης 32 ", A / C, καθώς και κεντρική θέρμανση που καθιστά τη βίλα κατάλληλη για διαμονή όλο το χρόνο, έπιπλα βεράντας, ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες.

Διατίθεται επίσης τηλεόραση Plasma, DVD Player, τηλέφωνο, δωρεάν Wi-Fi πρόσβαση στο Internet και θυρίδα ασφαλείας. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλες τις σύγχρονες συσκευές, όπως ψυγείο / καταψύκτη, φούρνο / εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, μηχανή καφέ φίλτρου, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα. Ένα πλυντήριο ρούχων διαθέτει κοινόχρηστο για όλες τις βίλες. Κάθε βίλα διαθέτει δικό του ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.

The people who administrate and look after the properties are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We really enjoyed our time at the villa.

The villa itself is luxurious and the hosts are very very responsive. During our stay it was very hot and one of the ACs died. The hosts fixed it with new parts within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this for families. Our kids didn’t want to come out of the pool.

Exceptional stay

My husband and I stayed for a week long vacation and it was perfect. The villa itself is very nice/met all of our needs. We were greeted by the staff and given a tour of the villa upon arrival. They even had snacks, cold water, and wine waiting for us in the fridge. The villa is a quick walk (8-9 minutes) to the main strip and beach. The communication was great and anything we needed was taken care of quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at this Villa, and it truly is a wonderful place for a family-friendly holiday. We stayed as a group of six, my wife and I, our two little ones (1 and 3), and the in-laws and the villa suited us perfectly. Just a five minute walk to a beautiful beach (and an excellent beachside restaurant), many restaurants to choose from. 20 minutes from Chania which is well worth seeing for the harbour area (you can also do boat trips from here which are great value and lots of fun). You’re only 30 minutes from Chania airport.

Exceptional

Absolutely world class, the pictures don't lie! Only 5-10 mins walk from a strip with bars and restaurants, and the beach too. Only 30 mins drive from chania and only an hour's drive from Samaria Gorge!
