Το Casa Kali Chania είναι μια μοντέρνα και κομψή βίλα 3 υπνοδωματίων σε ιδανική τοποθεσία ανάμεσα στους πορτοκαλεώνες σε μικρή απόσταση από την ακτογραμμή και το πολυσύχναστο θέρετρο του Πλατανιά. Όταν μένετε σε αυτό το κατάλυμα διακοπών, θα απολαύσετε την ηρεμία και την ιδιωτικότητα του να βρίσκεστε σε μια απομονωμένη ιδιοκτησία στην ύπαιθρο και σε ένα τυπικό κρητικό χωριό, αλλά σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το πολυσύχναστο θέρετρο του Πλατανιά, με μια ποικιλία από παραλίες, καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και νυχτερινή ζωή στη διάθεσή σας.

Η μοντέρνα αρχιτεκτονική χαρακτηρίζεται με έντονες γραμμές και μίνιμαλ χρώματα, μοντέρνα ατσάλινα κουφώματα, ενώ το γυάλινο αίθριο και το ιριδίζον φως του είναι το επίκεντρο του αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού του ακινήτου. Καθαρά λευκά και απαλά γκρι σε συνδυασμό με κόκκινες πινελιές και πινελιές από ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι ολοκληρώνουν το κομψό φινίρισμα του μινιμαλιστικού εσωτερικού. 

Το Casa Kali Chania καλύπτει 220m2 χωρισμένο σε δύο ορόφους. Το ισόγειο περιλαμβάνει μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο με 2 καθιστικά, τραπεζαρία και υπερσύγχρονη κουζίνα. Το εσωτερικό ρέει προς τα έξω μέσα από μεγάλες γυάλινες πόρτες που ανοίγουν στη βεράντα, τον καταπράσινο κήπο και την κρυστάλλινη πισίνα. Και τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο. Το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει τηλεόραση και κρεβάτι queen size και εξυπηρετείται από ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα υδρομασάζ. Ανοίγει σε μια μεγάλη επιπλωμένη βεράντα, με εκπληκτική θέα στο χωριό και την ύπαιθρο. Τα άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, που μπορούν να μετατραπούν σε king size και το άλλο με διπλό κρεβάτι, μοιράζονται ένα μπάνιο με ντους.

Οι εγκαταστάσεις της βίλας την κάνουν να νιώθει σαν ένα αληθινό σπίτι με μικρές πινελιές, όπως απαλά μπουρνούζια, παντόφλες και πολυτελή προϊόντα περιποίησης, όλα προσθέτοντας στην άνετη εμπειρία. Σε εσωτερικούς χώρους, υπάρχει μια σειρά τεχνολογίας για να σας απασχολήσει με τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι και σε όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια, DVD, CD player, στερεοφωνικό. Έξω, θα απολαύσετε την κρυστάλλινη πισίνα, τις βεράντες, τον κήπο με γκαζόν και την επιλογή για φαγητό στο ύπαιθρο χρησιμοποιώντας το ενσωματωμένο μπάρμπεκιου και φούρνο με ξύλα. Για όσους αισθάνονται ενεργητικοί και τους αρέσει να ασκούνται, το Casa Kali Chania διαθέτει το δικό του μίνι γυμναστήριο, μέσα στον κήπο.

Amazing Villa!

Beautifully located in the orange grove, very courteous management, very friendly and helpful owner.In particular, our children felt extremely comfortable here, we all enjoyed the stay extremely and would love to come back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host and house. Really helped us enjoy our holiday since we all felt like home. The house sits in a very quiet and peaceful area and it’s surrounded by beautiful trees. It is in a great place to explore the Old Town and the whole Chania region.

The perfect place to relax in peaceful surroundings and explore the lovely island of Crete. We enjoyed a mixture of lazy pool days to exploring the mountain areas and numerous local beaches. We also drove further a far to Balos Bay and Elafonisi beach.Ioannis and his family were very friendly, the place was cleaned every 3-4 days and we were treated to some home made family cakes and pie. The perfect hosts - thanks again for making our stay so pleasant.

The villa itself was very clean, which made everything feel even more comfortable and well cared for. A lovely touch: there were always small gift baskets provided, which made the stay feel even more special.The property is just a short drive from Chania, making it a great base for running small errands or visiting one of the many beautiful nearby beaches. The pool was clean and provided a refreshing way to cool down, and the outdoor area was beautifully designed and very inviting.There’s also a wonderful restaurant nearby called Drakiana, which we can highly recommend.A special thanks to Maria – she was always available, very communicative, and incredibly warm. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing and relaxing experience at this villa! The villa is beautifully situated in peaceful surroundings, making it the perfect getaway. It was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our time there.The amenities were great, and we truly appreciated the tranquil atmosphere. However, we wanted to mention a couple of areas for improvement. While we were informed that the pool would be cleaned, it wasn’t quite up to our expectations during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom door in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy, and the stairs felt a little shaky, so some attention there would enhance safety and comfort for future guests.Overall, these minor issues didn’t overshadow our wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider returning for another visit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Despite being adjacent to the property, the road is not a major thoroughfare. The hosts are really kind, and cleaning is done every four days.

Each week, the entire house—including the bed linens and towels—was cleaned. When we arrived, we found various supplies like salt, spices, and coal for the big barbecue. After spending the day by the sea, the pool was ideal. We admired it a lot. Plantanias is roughly 4.5 kilometers away. We require a vehicle. The staff is really helpful and kind. A kind Greek family who lives in the house's entrance gave us aluminum foil as a favor. A wonderful trip all around. The residence is ideal for carefree holidays!

The team were very helpful and with twice weekly cleaning, a lovely gift basket on arrival and a surprise tray of stuffed veggies one night, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The villa is a 7 minute drive out of Platanias, surrounded by orange trees, fresh squeezed juice everyday was a definite plus, and with the pool, it made a fantastic base for exploring the west of Crete.
