Casa Kali Chania es una villa moderna y elegante de 3 dormitorios perfectamente ubicada entre los campos de naranjos, a poca distancia de la costa y del bullicioso centro turístico de Platanias. Cuando se aloje en este alquiler de vacaciones, disfrutará de la serenidad y la privacidad de estar en una propiedad aislada en el campo y junto a un típico pueblo cretense, pero a tiro de piedra de la animada localidad de Platanias, con una variedad de playas, tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna a su disposición.

La arquitectura moderna se presenta con líneas nítidas y colores minimalistas, marcos de ventanas modernos de acero, mientras que el atrio de vidrio y su luz iridiscente es lo más destacado del diseño arquitectónico de la propiedad. Blancos nítidos y grises suaves combinados con toques rojos y detalles en acero inoxidable completan el elegante acabado del interior minimalista. 

Casa Kali Chania tiene 220m2 divididos en dos plantas. La planta baja incluye un gran espacio abierto con 2 salones, un comedor y una cocina de última generación. El interior desemboca en el exterior a través de grandes puertas de cristal que dan a la terraza, al verde jardín y a la piscina de cristal. Los tres dormitorios se encuentran en el primer piso. El dormitorio principal tiene TV y cama tamaño queen y cuenta con un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. Se abre a una gran terraza amueblada con impresionantes vistas al pueblo y al campo. Los otros dos dormitorios, uno con dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en king y otro con cama doble, comparten un baño con ducha.

Las instalaciones dentro de la villa la hacen sentir como un verdadero hogar con pequeños detalles como suaves albornoces, pantuflas y artículos de tocador de lujo, todo lo cual contribuye a la cómoda experiencia. En el interior, hay una gama de tecnología para mantenerte ocupado con TV en la sala de estar y en todos los dormitorios, DVD, reproductor de CD y equipo de música. En el exterior, disfrutará de nuestra piscina de cristal, terrazas, jardín con césped y la opción de cenar al aire libre utilizando la barbacoa incorporada y el horno de leña. Para aquellos que se sienten con energía y les gusta hacer ejercicio, Casa Kali Chania tiene su propio mini gimnasio, dentro del jardín.

Amazing Villa!

Beautifully located in the orange grove, very courteous management, very friendly and helpful owner.In particular, our children felt extremely comfortable here, we all enjoyed the stay extremely and would love to come back.

The host Maria was super friendly and always responded immediately, the cleaners were good (2 x per week new bedding, towels and big cleaning) and we got very nice surprises (which I will not reveal) during our stay, very sweet and thoughtful!The house had everything you need (even outside everything was well arranged)! It is close to the city of Chania, but still nicely secluded for some peace. I would definitely recommend it as well as coming back, thanks again to everyone for the good care!Regards, Menno

We stayed here towards the end of September. The house was immaculate and the hospitality was amazing. Giannis was as always helpful but very discreet at the same time. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and house. Really helped us enjoy our holiday since we all felt like home. The house sits in a very quiet and peaceful area and it’s surrounded by beautiful trees. It is in a great place to explore the Old Town and the whole Chania region.

We had a great 12 day stay at this place. Amazed by the accommodation upon arrival - looked even better than the photos. The perfect place to relax in peaceful surroundings and explore the lovely island of Crete. We enjoyed a mixture of lazy pool days to exploring the mountain areas and numerous local beaches. We also drove further a far to Balos Bay and Elafonisi beach.Ioannis and his family were very friendly, the place was cleaned every 3-4 days and we were treated to some home made family cakes and pie. The perfect hosts - thanks again for making our stay so pleasant.

The welcome from Maria was warm and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is very quiet and offers a lot of privacy – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The villa itself was very clean, which made everything feel even more comfortable and well cared for. A lovely touch: there were always small gift baskets provided, which made the stay feel even more special.The property is just a short drive from Chania, making it a great base for running small errands or visiting one of the many beautiful nearby beaches. The pool was clean and provided a refreshing way to cool down, and the outdoor area was beautifully designed and very inviting.There’s also a wonderful restaurant nearby called Drakiana, which we can highly recommend.A special thanks to Maria – she was always available, very communicative, and incredibly warm. We would love to come back!

Excellent villa in a peaceful location.

Small taverna close by, that does food and drinks, and a 20 min drive to Chania. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great house

We had 6 nice days in the villa. 4 adults and 3 children. The house was as described in the listing. The host met us at check-in even though it was late at night, we got a tour of the house and good tips on places we could visit. She responded very quickly…

The villa was beautiful.All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs.Bathrooms are spacious, 2 toilets upstairs and one downstairs.Large spacious open-plan lounge with kitchen area.The outside is beautiful, and the pool was immaculate and cleaned every other day.Large outside dining area which we used every day.The villa is surrounded by various fruit trees and is extremely peaceful.There is also an outside BBQ and a pizza oven.The only fault we could find was that there was only 1 shelf in the oven, no baking sheets and the TV in the lounge was very slow, also there was no toaster.We will definitely visit again

We had an amazing and relaxing experience at this villa! The villa is beautifully situated in peaceful surroundings, making it the perfect getaway. It was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our time there.The amenities were great, and we truly appreciated the tranquil atmosphere. However, we wanted to mention a couple of areas for improvement. While we were informed that the pool would be cleaned, it wasn’t quite up to our expectations during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom door in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy, and the stairs felt a little shaky, so some attention there would enhance safety and comfort for future guests.Overall, these minor issues didn’t overshadow our wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider returning for another visit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Despite being adjacent to the property, the road is not a major thoroughfare. The hosts are really kind, and cleaning is done every four days.

A few kilometers from Platanias and about 20 minutes from Chania, this place is quite pleasant and in a great location. A home that is precise as described, complete with a very comfy pool, a large living room, and outdoor spaces

Each week, the entire house—including the bed linens and towels—was cleaned. When we arrived, we found various supplies like salt, spices, and coal for the big barbecue. After spending the day by the sea, the pool was ideal. We admired it a lot. Plantanias is roughly 4.5 kilometers away. We require a vehicle. The staff is really helpful and kind. A kind Greek family who lives in the house's entrance gave us aluminum foil as a favor. A wonderful trip all around. The residence is ideal for carefree holidays!

We had a wonderful month at the villa and can highly recommend. The villa is very private, is beautifully laided out and was our home away from home. The team were very helpful and with twice weekly cleaning, a lovely gift basket on arrival and a surprise tray of stuffed veggies one night, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The villa is a 7 minute drive out of Platanias, surrounded by orange trees, fresh squeezed juice everyday was a definite plus, and with the pool, it made a fantastic base for exploring the west of Crete.
