The property was a fantastic choice for our group, with spacious rooms and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool was definitely one of the highlights — we spent a lot of time relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings…
The property was a fantastic choice for our group, with spacious rooms and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool was definitely one of the highlights — we spent a lot of time relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.The beach is also within walking distance, which was a huge plus and made it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea whenever we wanted.It’s a great place for families or larger groups, with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even better.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again. An awesome choice for a relaxing Greek getaway!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and ideally located. The outdoor areas are fantastic, with a lovely swimming pool, a very practical barbecue area and wonderful sea views from the terrace. The beds are very comfortable and the surroundings are completely peaceful, with only the sound of crickets. The location is perfect: the beach is within walking distance, Marathi is a 5-minute drive away and Chania is 25 minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, offered helpful advice and were very flexible with check-in and check-out. We highly recommend this place and would be delighted to come back!

We spent a wonderful week here as 3 families with our children. George gave us a very warm welcome, showed us around the villa, and explained everything we needed to know.The villa was spotless & everything we needed was provided.The layout worked perfectly for multiple families, as each family could comfortably use a separate floor.Younger children could easily sleep on the sofas on the first two floors using the extra bedding that was provided.We used the ground floor as a shared living space & enjoyed the meals together at the picnic table in the garden.The garden is enough & the pool was a good size with the sun beds.A heated pool would have made it even more perfect! The villa is very close to Hania and Rethimno, and Loutraki Beach is only a few minutes’ walk away which is absolutely beautiful.I’d also like to thank George for regularly checking whether we needed anything & local tavern recommendations.We had a smooth, relaxing & enjoyable holiday, and we would happily stay here again.

The villa itself is spacious, well organized with four bedrooms and a bathroom for each bedroom. The ground floor has a direct access to the terrace and a pool area, which was great for morning coffee and evening chill. The view from the balconies is also amazing. All the furniture is in good condition and the whole house and backyard are immaculately clean. It’s only about five minute walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The host was very kind and responsive, taking care we had everything we needed. To sum things up, I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back.

What a great place this is!!!

Nice place, short walk to the beach. A little far to the supermarket, so we recommend a car. Nice pool area. Air conditioning worked very well. Well-equipped kitchen.

Beautiful property with excellent hosts and communication throughout.

Nice rural location, near the beach and a lovely taverna. Spotlessly clean property with everything you could need for cooking, sleeping and holidaying. Very secure and comfortable. Pool is lovely and even the gardens clean and tidy.

One thing was little bit “not so good thing” for us, and came us as surprise; we were two families, but we wanted to be together so that children could be together etc. It would have been better for us to have that kind of villa, that there is no two separate enters. Still I think we all are very pleased to our vacation and we would warmly recommend your villas to families, who want to spend their holidays in peaceful and safe place. ( of course it depends on the neighbours too, is it so….)

It has been a lovely stay.

The owner was really kind and friendly, of high hospitality. The villa is spacious for 8 adults and 2 kids, with seaview. The pool was clean and maintained every morning. We enjoyed the location which only 5 min walk to the beach.

Any of us would come back and stay with them. The price was very reasonable and the beach was quiet.
