Το Nina Residence Zante είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 5 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η ανεξάρτητη Nina Residence, συνώνυμη με στιλ και κομψότητα, είναι η ιδανική επιλογή για μια πολυτελή διαμονή στο Τραγάκι, ένα από τα πιο γραφικά χωριά του νησιού. Χτισμένο σε έναν χαμηλό λόφο με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, διασφαλίζει το απόλυτο επίπεδο ιδιωτικότητας που αναζητάτε στις διακοπές σας.

Η πρώτη ματιά του Nina Residence Zante, που βλέπει μέσα από την πλούσια βλάστηση, που αγκαλιάζεται από λουλούδια, δέντρα και έναν καλοδιατηρημένο κήπο, είναι εξαιρετικά δροσιστική. Η βίλα καταλαμβάνει δύο επίπεδα, με εξαιρετική θέα στον κήπο, τη θάλασσα και την πισίνα.

Το ισόγειο έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο αίθριο και στην εξωτερική τραπεζαρία, ενώ στο επάνω επίπεδο υπάρχει μεγάλη, ηλιόλουστη βεράντα. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα άνετο σαλόνι με καναπέ, πολυθρόνες, μεγάλο τζάκι και άμεση πρόσβαση στη βεράντα, τραπεζαρία 12 ατόμων με μοντέρνα κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ξύλινη σκάλα που οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο για τους υπόλοιπους από τα υπνοδωμάτια και τα μπάνια.

Το Nina Residence Zante μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 10 άτομα και διαθέτει 5 άνετα δωμάτια και 4 μπάνια, για απόλυτη αυτονομία. Το εσωτερικό του ξεχωρίζει για την προσεκτικά διαρρυθμισμένη διάταξη του, με ξύλινα πατώματα στο σαλόνι, ωραία επίπλωση και διακόσμηση, όπως κρυστάλλινους πολυελαίους, και μια εντυπωσιακή σειρά έργων τέχνης στην οθόνη.

Υλικά υψηλής ποιότητας και υφάσματα κυριαρχούν στον χώρο, ενώ δωρεάν Wi-Fi, τηλεοράσεις επίπεδης οθόνης LCD / Plasma και CD / DVD είναι διαθέσιμα για ψυχαγωγία όλη την ημέρα, προσφέροντας μουσική, πληροφορίες και, φυσικά, ατελείωτο σερφάρισμα στο διαδίκτυο .

Spent a wonderful holiday in August 2017 at Nina Residence with two families sharing this spacious villa. The villa is beautifully appointed with two double bedrooms and three twin rooms all air conditioned which meant restful nights. The host Nina was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble and she responded quickly to the minor problems that we had. The swimming pool was large and accommodated our party of 10 and was a welcome relief from heat of Zakynthos in mid summer. The villa is situated in countryside and very peaceful but was only a short drive to Tsilivi . A hire car was very useful and we drove to the local windmill bakery for beautiful Backlava and local bread, spinach and cheese pie. We enjoyed the Zante Sealife 3hour tour - swimming in caves and watching turtles, also water village water park was enjoyed by younger members of our party. Plenty of equipment to cook at villa as well as dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryers and a safe for valuables. We enjoyed a lovely meal watching sunset at Psarou taverna which was 5 mins drive away. Very special villa managed by lovely Nina added up to a magical holiday with wonderful memories to treasure.

Great Place

Nina was super helpful and the house was great. Nice pool area and everything you need was there. The house is not in the middle of the busy streets which was a nice break (as we went when it was very busy). Lots of rooms and bathrooms and great garden…

The house is not in the middle of the busy streets which was a nice break (as we went when it was very busy). Lots of rooms and bathrooms and great garden, pool and entertainment area. Perfect for kids. The TV could have been bigger (we were there during the world cup football) but that is the only thing we could complain about. There was aircon in every room and mosquito nets on all windows and doors.

The swimming pool was large and accommodated our party of 10 and was a welcome relief from heat of Zakynthos in mid summer.
