Casa di Luce Villa Chania - Modern Luxury with Two Private Pools & Sea Views. Welcome to Casa di Luce Villa Chania, a newly built, architecturally striking luxury retreat in the heart of Agia Marina, one of Crete’s most popular seaside resorts. Spanning 350 sq.m., this stylish villa accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms, and boasts two private swimming pools, serene sea views, and the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and walkable convenience.  Just a 2-minute stroll from the golden sands of Agia Marina beach and moments from restaurants, shops, and cafes, the villa offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion with easy access to everything.

Villa Layout

Lower Floor

- Accessible via a private entrance that leads to the main pool terrace, this level features:

- A second living room with a comfy corner sofa, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, PS4 console, and direct pool access.

- A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter.

- A laundry room with washer and dryer.

 

- 4 en-suite bedrooms:

  2 with queen beds (1.80 x 2.00 m)

  2 with twin beds (can convert to queen beds upon request)

 

Each bedroom includes a 43" TV, A/C, safe, en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower, and access to the outdoor patio.

Two bedrooms are interconnected—perfect for families with children.

 

Ground Floor

- Accessible from both indoor stairs and the outdoor entrance:

- A main living area with two sofas, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, and direct access to the second pool and sea-view veranda.

- Indoor dining area with views of the Cretan Sea.

- A designer kitchen with high-end built-in appliances and breakfast bar, with access to the rear garden and parking.

- A guest WC.

 

First Floor

- A large veranda with panoramic views of the coast and mountains.

- 2 additional bedrooms:

  1 with a queen bed

  1 with twin beds (can convert to a queen)

 

Each has its own private balcony, sea views, en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower, and full amenities.

 

Outdoor Spaces – 1300 m² of pure bliss

Casa di Luce’s outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed for relaxation, play, and entertaining:


- Main Pool Terrace (Lower Floor)

- 60 m² private pool (1.35–1.55 m depth), heated upon request

- 8 sun loungers, 4 umbrellas, and outdoor shower

- Shaded seating area with corner sofa

- Lush lawn area for children

- Fully equipped gas BBQ and al fresco dining for 12 guests

- Ping pong table

- Direct access to lower bedrooms and living space

 

Upper Pool Terrace (Ground Floor)

- 30 m² private pool (also heatable), with floating-like design over the main pool

- 6 single loungers (can be arranged into 3 double day beds)

- Stylish covered lounge veranda with stunning views

- Easy access to the main living room and upper bedrooms

- Private gated parking for 3 vehicles

- Rear garden with lawn and wooden stair connection to the lower level

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and George was an incredible and attentive host, offering us plenty of fantastic suggestions for things to do, and places to eat. There is so much space on offer that a group of 8-12 people could happily stay without feeling on top of one another - we were spoilt for choice for sunbathing spots! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be visiting again.

The pools are also a really great and made us just relax by the pool during most days. The villa is also very close to the beach and many great restaurants. The real gem is the owner that was very friendly and always available for any question/request. We liked our experience so much that we will be definitely book this again!

Location, location, location! Villa Casa di Luce is centrally located in Agia Marina with everything nearby. Local beaches, great restaurants, and cute little shops are all within walking distance of the villa. If you wish to explore some of the best beaches in all of Crete with crystal clear waters and pink sand, you can easily drive to Elafonissi, Balos and Falasarna beaches - all less than 1.5 hours away. The villa itself is stunning, exactly as seen in the photos. Two bedrooms are on the top floor and 4 on the bottom floor (all with ensuite washrooms) that walk out to the pool deck. The two pools are gorgeous and offered plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. There are two kitchens and plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the pool and evening sunsets. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet in the evenings. The owner George is extremely helpful and was sending us suggestions for local restaurants to try - our favourite was Carte Postale for brunch on the way back to the airport, it has an amazing view of all of Chania!

We just got back after a week at this beautiful and AMAZING villa. It has 2 very spacious kitchens and living areas, 6 large en-suite rooms + 2 incredible swimming pools with plenty of lounge space.George the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. Every time we thought of something we wanted, we would find it one minute later somewhere in the villa. He also went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed including local coffee and fresh fish deliveries on our request.The villa is also in a great location near the beach and local shops, restaurants, and cafes. I would recommend walking to Platanias for more restaurants and day trips to the must-see Elafonisi Beach and Chania Town.
