The hosts are perfect providing a warm welcome with a genuine desire to ensure our stay fulfilled all our expectations, and more. Their recommendations to local restaurants were very welcome, as was their suggestion to use Sougia Taxi (for both a boat taxi and car taxi) after our trip to Samaria Gorge. The villa is perfectly appointed with stunning views over the bay, yet is private and peaceful. We had such a relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of Crete. On their recommendation, we visited Balos Bay, Elafonissi, and Falassarna. All beautiful and well worth a visit, but, as they said, go early to miss the crowds.

Me and my wife were on our honeymoon and this was our 2nd accomodation in crete and we were so glad we got to end our stay in crete here! It was the climax a honeymoon trip needed!! It was such a beautiful villa in a beautiful setting on a high point with stunning views of the mountains and the sea and of course a sunset over the mountains! There were some minor things in the villa which we felt could be improved on to make things more comfortable but it should not stop you from booking the place! I highly recommend staying if you are looking for a luxurious private stay!

We had a perfect week in the villa. A lovely villa in beautifully maintained surroundings with incredible views in all directions. Elena was very helpful and her tasty treats an absolute delight! We'll definately return.

A relaxing, tranquil place in a picturesque area overlooking a spectacular view of Kissamos Bay. Not a touristy area, so you felt very much a part of the Cretan lifestyle and it was easy to de-stress. The villa was well laid out with excellent facilities Everything you could possibly need. The outside area and infinity pool were truly wonderful. The manager, who greeted us, gave us all the information we needed to find our way around the area, which had beautiful beaches and some very nice restaurants. And the owner was available at any time we needed. Would certainly go back again.

We had a lovely stay for 7 nights in August. We wished we had booked for longer as we didn't have time to do all the things we would have liked to do. The views are amazing and it was lovely sitting by the pool looking out at the sea. The Villa is well maintained, modern and clean. Elen who met us on arrival as really helpful and had a lot of information on the area. We hope to go back soon.

Perfectly relaxing

A delightful, relaxing, beautiful place... beautiful views, friendly hosts, lovely accommodation. The grounds/gardens are planted very well -- attractive, private -- and the view from the infinity pool is everything you'd want. We will return!

My wife and I, together with our two teenage sons, spent a wonderful two weeks. The villa was beautiful, with very stylish and contemporary decoration throughout. Extremely comfy bed, fantastic infinity pool and just the most stunning views. In my opinion, the only thing in the Villa that could be improved upon is providing a larger handbasin in the downstairs bedroom to make shaving easier. Of particular note was the fantastic service provided by the property owner, Vassilis, and the wonderful on-site manager called Eleni who both provided excellent and charming service and assistance to us throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fact that the villa was cleaned everyday apart from Sundays by two lovely ladies, and also the pool and grounds were kept spotless. Thank you Vassilis and Eleni – we hope to return one day...

Immaculate pool and villa and very well equipped with every kitchen gadget you could wish for and frequent linen and towel changes. The Villa hostess Eleni was great, extremely helpful with booking restaurants and excursions and no request was too much trouble! We met Vassillis the owner who was a lovely guy, very knowledgeable about everything and anything in Crete from the sea conditions to fishing, or the best restaurants in Chania!! We haven't had such a relaxing Villa holiday in a long time. The cleaners come daily and sweep and tidy and empty dishwashers, all basics are provided which is great! The local supermarkets are excellent and very cheap. There are so many lovely restaurants locally and it is so cheap relative to other holiday destinations that you don't even need to stay in and cook unless you want to! It's like a hotel but a villa! Highly recommend it. We have booked already for next year!

This villa is an amazing looking place near to the best beach in Crete! Balos is up there with the best beach Iv ever been too... Can't wait to make another reservation.

Highly recommended!

We spent a week here. It was a beautiful villa with a lovely pool and terrace area. Villa was clean and spacious and the cooking facilities are well thought through and have everything you need. We barbecued twice and made lunch at the villa most days…
We spent a week here. It was a beautiful villa with a lovely pool and terrace area. Villa was clean and spacious and the cooking facilities are well thought through and have everything you need. We barbecued twice and made lunch at the villa most days. The villas are cleverly landscaped so you never feel overlooked and the views over the bay are beautiful. Beautiful stars at night and very quiet. The villas are cleaned thoroughly daily and you have a regular supply of clean towels and fresh sheets. We were well looked after by Eleni who was able to suggest good places to eat, a local taxi driver and also arranged a wonderful afternoon of horse riding. She's a mine of information and all her suggestions were good. It's a sleepy place, perfect for relaxing. We were definitely glad we hired a car, as most things are a (short) drive away. Lots of beautiful beaches and we recommend the sunset at Orange Blue cafe above Falasarna beach. We'd certainly consider a return trip!

Only bad part of the trip was having to leave this beautiful place.
