Theodore is a communicative and friendly host. The house is remote so he has his house manager come to meet us at the local pharmacy and drive us up to the property. We spent a relaxing five nights here and had all the kitchenware, laundry essentials…
Theodore is a communicative and friendly host. The house is remote so he has his house manager come to meet us at the local pharmacy and drive us up to the property. We spent a relaxing five nights here and had all the kitchenware, laundry essentials and beach gear that we needed. There are three villas on the property and the other guests were respectful of noise and the shared driveway.

The views were spectacular and the villa had everything we needed, even for my 2 year old. I have never stayed in an villa where they cleaned halfway through our 6 day stay. Our host was so responsive and there are so many things to do nearby. The dirt road really isn’t that bad! Definitely check out Taverna Spolios, we loved it so much we went back the next day for dinner.

The villa is part of a villa complex of 3 houses, yet you still have complete privacy. The properties are a bit "in the mountains" and you have an absolutely fantastic view. The path to the house leads over a gravel track, which is not a problem. All you have to do is take care of the sheep that get in the way from time to time. The Desingn, the construction and the furnishings of the villa are insanely beautiful, tasteful and with attention to the details. Also the outdoor area with the pool is just great. The way to the beach, shopping in Platanas and various tavernas is not far away, but without a car rather not feasible. We had 9 wonderful days there and will be very happy to come again.

We were picked up by the host and instructed how to get there. The villas are on top and you need to drive a rocky road. Just dont rush and you dont need a SUV. We did it with a small kia.Apart from that very responsive and helpful host! Liked the place…

You have to say that the view and the villa is a 10/10.

Only the path to the villa is unfortunately not asphalt, which entails a bumpy approach, but this is also not particularly bad. Theo does the best service and has always been in a good mood.

The house is great for 2 to 4 persons and the swimming pool is big and has a very nice terasse. The interior was exactly like on the pictures and we could enjoy a baby bed and chair for our little baby. The surroundings of the house are perfect for an evening walk to enjoy the golden hour and a splendid beach and mountain view across the olive trees. Falassarna is a peaceful place. We particularly enjoyed the beach and the qualitative restaurants in the area. Theo and his partner are very kind. They gave us a delicate attention with the olive oil made from the olive trees surrounding the house. We definitely recommend this place for people wanting to disconnect.

Great, spacious villa with beautiful pool, large terrace with mega views and full of privacy.

The perfect location for a few days of peace and luxury. Getting there via the unpaved path is a bit difficult, but worth it. Restaurants, shopping and beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. We will be happy to return.

The house is tastefully furnished, super clean and has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation, including the wonderful pool. The host was always available and responsive in giving helpful guidance.

It was so quiet and relaxing. The villa is situated on top of a hill overlooking the sea to the West in the middle of olive groves. The only sounds we heard were the bells on the goats and buzzing bees. We were really one with nature and all of our surroundings…
It was so quiet and relaxing. The villa is situated on top of a hill overlooking the sea to the West in the middle of olive groves. The only sounds we heard were the bells on the goats and buzzing bees. We were really one with nature and all of our surroundings. Our neighbors were also quiet and respectful. The villa itself was pure luxury with our own swimming pool and sun loungers. We stocked our refrigerator on the way into Falassarna at the Sklavenitis supermarket in Kissamos. You can get everything there for your stay. We will definitely consider staying at Theodore’s property again. Thank you for the lovely accommodations and breath taking views.

Everything was perfect, clean and exudes a welcoming atmosphere.The highlight was the infinity pool with spectacular sea views. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast in the terrace and in the evening the sunset with a delicious BBQ. The pool was clean and well-maintained, great for swimming or relaxing.The location of the house is unbeatable – quiet and secluded, yet close to the popular beaches and attractions. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking a pleasure. The bedrooms were also comfortable and had a good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable beds and the quiet environment.The host was extremely accommodating and was always at our disposal with helpful tips. We felt well taken care of and welcome all around.This cottage is a true gem!

Beautiful place, located high on a hill, peace and quiet. House in a complex of 3 houses but full privacy preserved. Breathtaking view of the sea and mountains and this wonderful sunset. Access to the house itself in the last approx. 1km is a rocky road (but for every car) but it's worth it! House sterile clean, good quality bedding and towels. Kitchen equipped with all necessary things. Pool wonderful, clean, filtered. Umbrellas providing shade. My husband and I spent a wonderful 4 days there, only once we went down to the coast and Falisarna beach. Check-in without problems, the cleaning lady showed us the way to the house. The host Theo responded to every request. If you want to rest, relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a dream place. Thank you Theo for a wonderful time. Beata & Tomas

The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed the private pool.We appreciated the peaceful remoteness of the location and even enjoyed the rugged roads leading to the property (though we highly recommend renting an SUV). Despite the secluded feel, nearby villages offer plenty of great dining options, the beaches are close, and the local people were warm and welcoming.Our host, Theodore, was outstanding—attentive, helpful, and kind. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Three beautiful terraced villas with independent pools, brand new, very well equipped and built with lots of charm. The views are surprising. The SUV is strongly advised to access it (as indicated in the listing) because stony path but no problem for us. You can also access the villa by two different paths, as beautiful as each other. All west coast beaches are accessible in less than an hour. Small plus: we even had a brand new barbecue and were able to enjoy meals on the terrace sheltered from the wind. Villa perfect for 4 people!

Highly recommended!

We spent 6 days at the den. It was all as advertised, even more beautiful than expected! Super friendly host and the villa is well equipped. The approach is feasible with any car despite the unpaved path. We would come back out.
