Katerina Villa Chania se encuentra en Agia Marina Chania. Uno de los destinos más populares del oeste de Creta. Katerina Villa Chania es un alquiler de lujo de piedra de 2 pisos de nueva construcción con vista al mar. Consta de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, una cocina totalmente equipada, una sala de estar, un gran balcón con una impresionante vista al mar y una terraza junto a la piscina privada.

En la planta baja, hay un espacio bastante amplio y cómodo, desde la izquierda de la entrada principal está la cocina y a la izquierda está el salón que se puede convertir en una cama doble. También hay un aseo con ducha.

En el primer piso, hay dos dormitorios, ambos tienen acceso al balcón con vista a la playa de arena de Agia Marina. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y acceso directo a la zona de la piscina. Todos los dormitorios tienen TV. En el primer piso, también hay un amplio baño con ducha y lavadora. También hay una gran terraza con un comedor al aire libre y magníficas vistas.

Our stay in this villa was an outstanding experience! - The owners of the villa, Katerina and Vasilis, are great people! - The villa is brand new, built with passion in very high quality and usability, and only 25 minutes away from Chania airport - The location is perfect, just a 5 minutes walk to the wonderful Agia Marina beach and the same distance to fantastic restaurants on the beach or on the hill in Agia Marina old town - The villa's decor is very warm and the facilities works great, like the very silent but powerful aircon - Bottom line: 1+, will see this place again for sure!"

The villa is beautiful and spacious, the pool is a lovely size and there is also a barbecue which is easy enough to use. The location is fantastic, located in Agia Marina with lots of beach bars surrounding it. There is a restaurant down the road called…
The villa is beautiful and spacious, the pool is a lovely size and there is also a barbecue which is easy enough to use. The location is fantastic, located in Agia Marina with lots of beach bars surrounding it. There is a restaurant down the road called Tempo that offers gyros, we would often go here for lunch and take them to the beach. We didn’t have a car but found we didn’t need one as everything was in walking distance, at the end of the road there is a taxi rank to get taxis into Chania town (approx. 15 mins taxi). There is also a supermarket close that has all the essentials, but we did go to Lidls to do a big shop for the week (the closest Lidl is an 8 min drive away). You can also walk to Platanias (a town past Agia Marina) for more bars and restaurants. Vasilis and Katerina were great hosts, very responsive and helped with any queries we had. They also left us little treats which was a special touch!

Beautiful, stone villa and swimming pool, 200 metres from the lovely Agia Marina beach and local shops and restaurants. A very spacious, clean house with superb facilities with stunning views of Chania and Chania Bay but also in a very peaceful and private location for our family to enjoy. Breakfast on the upper balcony overlooking the sea was a joy. The location is very convenient for day trips to the old market towns of Chania and Rethymnon but the beautiful beaches at Phalasama near Platanos are worth the trip. Wild surf at Georgioupolis with lunch at Lappa waterfalls is a great day out as is a drive up into the steep valleys with great views. The ferry from Kissomos to Balos is great value. But the family touches offered by Katerina and Vasilis were really appreciated. A memorable 10 day holiday for our family of 6, thank you so much.

The villa is absolutely stunning with sea views and a gorgeous stretch of beach with crystal clear water just a short walk away. Bus station to get into Chania is also incredibly easy and it is also very close to all the amazing restaurants.The pool is perfect and came with inflatables that gave our family endless fun. Rooms are all well equipped with towels and mosquito nets and traps which we found really helpful!Bedrooms and the bathrooms are all lovely and spacious and clean.The hosts are also amazing – allowed us to enjoy our holiday and explore ourselves, but would always check up on us via message.At the end of the holiday, we got to thank them ourselves and they even gave us a lovely bag of gifts which was just an extra special touch.Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you again Katerina!

Great Villa in a great location.

Spacious Villa with shaded Balcony and outside dining area. Very useful with the heat we had during our stay. Lovely pool and Patio. Really convenient to the shops. We didn't bother to hire a car. The bus stop is close by. Good air-conditioning and loads…

The bus stop is close by. Good air-conditioning and loads of hot water for showering. We felt secure here for our personal belongings when we were out. Locks and shutters etc . Great correspondence from the owners.They were always looking to see if we needed anything. Good size fridge freezer and modern appliances. Very useful having the washing machine in a Villa, saves on packing more clothes. I would highly recommend the Villa to everyone.

Perfect stay
