We stayed at Konstantina’s villa for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was fantastic as well.Christina, the lovely caretaker who welcomed us, was very kind. Even though our plane was delayed and we arrived late at 10:30 pm, she was there to greet us warmly and show us around. It was lovely to find biscuits, orange juice, a bottle of local wine, local spirits, and honey waiting for us, a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.The villa’s location is great, very close to the sea and within the village of Stalos, which offers plenty of restaurants, a beautiful beach, and even mini golf for the kids in the evening. It’s also conveniently close to Chania and just about an hour’s drive to the Samaria Gorge.In summary, a great villa, a great host, and a great location. Highly recommended. Nice pool and Villa, great location close to beach and Supermarkets and Restaurants. Brilliant hosts. Close enough to Chania to visit every day, but there was enough in Stalos if you would rather stay local too.

Konstantina and Christina(the maid) were wonderful hosts. very attentive and answered all out questions. Christina greeted us and we'll as saw us off on Departure. I was able to reach out to her with some quick questions and she was very responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for us. a beautiful house, clean and peaceful. the pool and patio is where we spent most of our time, when not exploring. a lovely space. the air conditioners worked perfectly. it was so nice to have that refreshing break from the summer heat. a short 150 yard walk to the beach for sunrise or sunset. many restaurants and store line the beaches. hospitality is amazing on crete so you feel welcome and taken care of. can't recommend Crete and Konstantinas place enough! so lovely. if flying into Chania. visit -Old Town Chania and the Lighthouse, -Falasarna Beach(45mon to 1 hour drive) for Caribbean like clear blue waters and pink sand.-Aptera ruins -we did not have a drop of bad wine. so good!

Located at the beginning of the I am Marina beach - less people, noisy. You need to take a car to get around the nearest beautiful beaches. Taxi from Heraklion costs 150 euros, it is more profitable to rent a car instead of a taxi ride.Kristina is very attentive and responsive. Always available. Thank you very much for the compliment in the form of local products. Everything is very tasty. We had a great stay at the villa and will definitely come back if possible. We recommend the villa to everyone, just gorgeous.

The house is beautiful and has everything you’d need: 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub for kids, the other with shower), small pool, washing machine, well stocked kitchen for cooking, etc. The layout and decor was very nice - beach chairs outside, the bedrooms are quiet, and the house is on a private lane so no through traffic. The street is right off a big commercial street where in 5 mins drive you have plentiful restaurants/bars/shops. Beach is walking distance. The TV is stocked with German and international channels, which wasn’t great for us (not much English) but for some will be super convenient.

Another house from Konstantina familly was very close to ours, but this was not an issue for us. We stayed 1 more night. The location is a good starting point to discover the south and west of Crete. The walk thru Imbros canyon was great as well as Balos lagoon. Highly recommended! We felt like VIP.

Our stay at Konstantina's was lovely! The house is so comfortable, so are the beds. It is located one minute from the beach and various shops and restaurants, so very convenient. The balcony overlooks a cute vegetable garden with orange trees and chickens, in a quiet area – the kids have never slept longer. We were there off season but the weather was lovely and the ocean warm enough to swim, and we had the beach almost to ourselves. Konstantina replied swiftly to any questions we had and welcomed us with a basked of local treats, and since our plane home was late in the evening she gave us a late check-out – all in all a perfect host! Highly recommended!

The hostess was as accommodating as could be, the property is spacious, clean, has all the amenities and is in a really quiet area- altho just a minutes walk from the main road where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The private pool is such a bonus- although the water itself isn’t completely in direct sunlight it does get sun and is perfect for cooling off before sunbathing on one of the loungers which get plenty of sun all day long. We would definitely love to stay here again.

It's a short drive right outside the main city which we loved as it was in a quieter part of town. There are still shops around so food and shopping are available just by walking. Check-in was very easy and we were well accommodated. Absolutely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Crete and want a relaxing experience!

The villa was immaculate and in a fantastic location. It was only 10 minutes drive from down town Chania, but the local vicinity had some really good restaurants. It's literally 1 minutes walk from the beach. There's a very nice place opposite that provides free beach access with loungers.The villa itself was nice and spacious, 2 bathrooms comes in very handy too. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Excellent stay, the house is clean, quiet, pleasant. The pool is great, the outdoor terrace is very nice too. The house is well located a few steps from the beach and shops. Perfect location.

This is a great spot and is just like the photos. Konstantina was very friendly and responsive. You can tell they’ve been doing vacation rentals even before. This place includes parking and is close to the beach and shops. It’s fairly close to downtown as well but a bit far to walk. We drove and it took us 15 minutes so you are close to downtown plus you get the beach and a private pool. Highly recommend A+

The host and the housekeeper were very flexible. The kitchen had all possible equipment one would needthe only suggestion- stronger wifi for first floor and the bedroom needs to be aired a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful Villa! Everything you could wish for was available, different coffee machines (capsules and Filter); egg cooking machine, waffle maker, toaster are just some of the many little „extras“ that made it feel like a week full of sundays :-) We loved the pool and having breakfast in the morning sun, and everything (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets) was within walking distance. And Christina and Konstantina were so nice and were always available in case we could have another wish - just absolutely great hosts!

We stayed at Konstantina’s villa for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We stayed at Konstantina’s villa for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was fantastic as well.Christina, the lovely caretaker who welcomed us, was very kind. Even though our plane was delayed and we arrived late at 10:30 pm, she was there to greet us warmly and show us around. It was lovely to find biscuits, orange juice, a bottle of local wine, local spirits, and honey waiting for us, a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.The villa’s location is great, very close to the sea and within the village of Stalos, which offers plenty of restaurants, a beautiful beach, and even mini golf for the kids in the evening. It’s also conveniently close to Chania and just about an hour’s drive to the Samaria Gorge.In summary, a great villa, a great host, and a great location. Highly recommended. Nice pool and Villa, great location close to beach and Supermarkets and Restaurants. Brilliant hosts. Close enough to Chania to visit every day, but there was enough in Stalos if you would rather stay local too.

She also made us a cake when she came back mid-way through the trip (the local hospitality in general is fantastic in Chania) to freshen up our place.Highly recommend this villa in Kato Stalos.
