Wonderful family stay

Stunning house and property. Wonderful family stay. Diverse amenities and access to local taverna. Excellent responsiveness from host. There was a water issue affecting the area and they were quick to respond and remedy this. Strongly recommend!

It’s super clean and all the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. We appreciated the extra amenities such as the water toys for the kids, the flat hair iron and the the multiple USB charging ports. The owners and property manager were really friendly and helpful. Sofi was reachable at any hours to recommend us a good restaurant or help us to have a rental car delivered at the villa. Our stay at Villa Karma was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this unique place.

We just returned from a fabulous 10 days at Villa Karma. Our experience was just incredible. The owner would always check in with us to ensure things were well, and always offered to help us make any reservations. The villa was extremely clean, and provided all the amenities we needed for a long stay: wifi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor grille, big screen TVs, gaming, table tennis, foosball, bicycles. They even take care of the little details like power cords to charge your devices. The pool is very clean, and provided hours of relaxation for the kids. Plus, the views... we cannot say enough about the incredible views from the villa. It is very quiet and peaceful. There is a great market walking distance from the villa, and George (the owner) is super friendly and helpful. They have most of what you need for your stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby (we would also recommend Takis Taverna, which is a very family friendly place). Getting to the various beaches is easy, and also provides many restaurants, shops, and watering holes for the family. In summary, we highly recommend this location and property. There were several days that we just stayed at the villa, and spent great family time. I am not sure I can think of anything that is missing from the property!

Some friends and I were looking for a place of our own; not hotel rooms or apartments and certainly nothing too close to the bustling cities such as Chania. We landed on Villa Karma and locked it in quickly. It (very) comfortably slept 7 of us, all having ensuites or private bathrooms, and there was enough space to break out as couples if need be. The villa is extremely well equipped. The cinema room with playstation is a great option for kids or those rare, bad weather days. There were about 8 included, and high quality mountain bikes, a brand new ping pong and Fusbal table, and an amazing indoor / outdoor AV system which kept us in the holiday spirit with music all day and night! The reasonably close towns of Placca and Almyrida were both great options for groceries or a night out. Having your own car is a must though, as the roads are steep and you're not too close to anything else. Would love to return and would certainly recommend Villa Karma to any interested parties looking for a brand new villa for their family and friends in search of incredible views, great amenities and friendly support staff.

I had the privilege of staying in that place for 5 days. I can now clearly state that pictures are nothing close to reality. The view is breathtaking, and the house is stunning. Having an espresso from that bean-to -cup provided coffee machine while watching the sunset from that infinity pool is an unforgettable experience and all that just after a great Greek barbeque and for dessert watching a movie Netflix in that home movie room just gives a different meaning to the word 'enjoyment'.
