A wonderful experience full of luxury with a fantastic host

We were welcomed by the host, Dimitris in very warm manner. He was throughout the stay at any time available within minutes when we contacted him. The included breakfast each morning is just delicious and the villa is an absolute gem. 4 bedrooms…
We were welcomed by the host, Dimitris in very warm manner. He was throughout the stay at any time available within minutes when we contacted him. The included breakfast each morning is just delicious and the villa is an absolute gem. 4 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, a lovely swimming pool, an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the warm evenings, the roof terrace with a breathtaking 360° view including jacuzzi, a fully equiped kitchen, barbecue,... In short, this villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and quite holiday. What we appreciated as well was the opportunity to order food at the villa. Each time, Dimitris treated us with a smile and more importantly with a free dessert. We visited already quite some villas and this villa is definitely ranked at #1 for us. We would like to thank Dimitris one more time to make this holiday unforgettable for our family. We sincerely look forward to come back one day.

We had a brilliant time at the villa. Set back just outside of Xirosterni village, it’s peaceful location with amazing views were exactly what we were looking for. The local Taverna was brilliant, food amazing and incredibly good value. The villa had all the amenities we needed. The beach is only a 15 minute drive away and Chania/airport are 45 mins. You will need a car! The bottle of wine on arrival along with the daily breakfast baskets were a lovely touch. Our hosts were always available, almost immediately responding to any questions we had, which was much appreciated. They arranged a welcome shop for us due to our late arrival (extra cost) which was very kind. The villa was cleaned regularly, with new towels and linen provided. It’s everything we were hoping for and more and made our first visit to Crete very special indeed. We would highly recommend this Villa and hope to return in the future. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the relaxing surroundings, and the superb support from the incredibly friendly owners, Ioannis and Xristina. They were always available for quick answers, provided breakfast every morning, and gave helpful recommendations whenever needed. We would love to come back and stay here again! We had an excellent stay at the villa. Beautiful home that looked just like the photos. Host was extremely responsive and hospitality was top notch… the daily breakfast basket is an amazing touch. The villa is in Xirosterni which is a bit off the beaten path but is charming and we were able to explore the local area as well as travel to both Chania and Rethymno which are each around 45 minutes away. Would definitely return!

It was stunning, with really high standards of facilities, interior design, service, appliances etc. In a peaceful old village with full privacy and quiet while being just a few min drive from the beach, surrounded by cute little taverns with an amazing sea view above the forests. The location of the villas was perfect. The Everything in the house is well thought through, the house is well equipped with beautiful pieces of furniture, great sound systems, an amazing swimming pool, and Jacuzzi, comfortable beds, rooms that can be fully dark when the shades are down during the day, the showers are huge and well-designed. My wife, being an interior designer, took a lot of inspiration from this place. We even did some family hikes in the woods around the house which was awesome.The hosts were extremely nice and helpful (!!) and attended to any of our inquiries in no time and with a smile. They were really above and beyond.

Amazing house amazing host!

Just a great week. Everything was perfect breakfast jacuzzi playground for kids. Despite a heavy dust sandy rain Ioanis and Christina put all their effort to clean terrasse and jacuzzi for us to enjoy. I recommend 100% and will come back !

The host was fabulous with great knowledge of places to go and visit and extremely welcoming and friendly. Every morning we had a breakfast basket delivered with fresh delicious food and juices. It was in a great location not far from the beach and shops and felt very safe. Everything was a million percent perfect and we would highly recommend! We will definitely be back thank you!
