Cada detalle se utiliza para crear una sensación de espacio y simplicidad, desde los enormes paneles de vidrio hasta la escalera abierta. Las líneas limpias, los tonos relajantes y la madera te invitan a entrar en la gran sala de estar de planta abierta.

Al entrar en la casa, te sorprende el ingenio del diseño. Los grandes sofás brindan un área cómoda para reunirse y disfrutar de la maravillosa vista al mar o de una noche de cine en el televisor inteligente de 55 pulgadas y las puertas del patio dan directamente a la terraza y al área de la piscina. Una cocina elegante ofrece todas las instalaciones necesarias para preparar algunas comidas sabrosas y también se puede encontrar un comedor interior para 8 personas para disfrutar de sus comidas. La planta baja también cuenta con un dormitorio doble (1,50 x 2,00) y acceso a través de puertas de patio a la terraza y al área exterior. El baño privado tiene una cabina de ducha con ducha de lluvia.

Las escaleras abiertas de listones de madera conducen al primer piso, iluminado con luz que entra desde la pared con paneles de vidrio y un pasillo abierto con balaustrada de vidrio que permite ver el espacio habitable de abajo. El primer piso cuenta con 3 habitaciones con baño que ofrecen a los huéspedes todas las comodidades necesarias para que dormir se sienta como un sueño. El área exterior de Villa Ostria es espaciosa y ofrece vistas panorámicas al mar y una hermosa puesta de sol para disfrutar. Una terraza de la piscina se encuentra directamente más allá de la sala de estar principal con un sofá y sillones al aire libre con capacidad para 5 personas para relajarse junto a la piscina y la posición perfecta para ver la puesta de sol en el mar azul de Creta. Este diseño único de piscina envuelve la villa, con una sensación de vida frente al mar. La piscina también se puede calentar con un cargo diario adicional. Tumbonas y sombrillas se alinean en la piscina, mientras que la ducha junto a la piscina te refrescará. This is topped off by the helpful and unassuming support provided by Markos - rapid responses to questions/needs, as well as valuable pointers. We (7 adults) had a wonderful 8 nights there and, if we had the chance, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for such an experience!

What an amazing villa with a touch of design and modernity!

The pool is very big which is a must-have to relax and have fun. We spent 14 days in this property, we explored the areas around where you can eat at very nice restaurants (Koupes, Kanelis, Salaventes) and enjoy paradisiac beaches like Paralia Menies…
The pool is very big which is a must-have to relax and have fun. We spent 14 days in this property, we explored the areas around where you can eat at very nice restaurants (Koupes, Kanelis, Salaventes) and enjoy paradisiac beaches like Paralia Menies. We also spent some time in Chania to visit the city and shop some local groceries at the farmers market. From the Villa you can drive to Heraklion to visit the archeological museum and the Palace of Knossos, it's a beautiful 2 hour trip by car along the Cretan coast and between the mountains. Special mention to Aggeliki who has been very welcoming and gave us a lot good tips to enjoy our stay in the best possible way.

We stayed at the villa at June. We were 4 adults and 2 kids This place is a masterpiece. Beautifully decorated, very clean, very luxurious based on a modern design. There are three bedrooms on the 1nd floor, with each their own bathroom. The 4rd bedroom is in the ground floor and a full bathroom and a walk out access to the pool and back yard. First floor is open and very modern with glass patio doors that open on a breathtaking and uninterrupted direct view of the sea and pool. You have the option to heat the pool for a charge. We did choose the heat the pool and was worth the extra fee. Spectacular nightly sunset. Attention to details in terms of the support/cleaning staff. Extremely friendly. The owner/property manager was very accommodating (Markos) and very responsive to any questions. The villa is perfectly located, 30 min from Chania, it's part a little beach town called Maleme. It is less than fifteen easy minute walk from the villa with amazing beachfront restaurants
