Villa 107/2 Chania es una estructura moderna completamente nueva con una superficie total de 140 metros cuadrados. Destaca por su ideal ubicación, su moderno diseño y singular decoración interior. Alrededor de la villa y la parcela hay olivos que dan el carácter de aislamiento.

Villa 107/2 Chania consta de cuatro amplios dormitorios, cocina, salón y tres baños. En la planta baja hay una cocina totalmente equipada con los electrodomésticos necesarios para todas sus necesidades culinarias. Cuenta con una sala de estar de planta abierta con chimenea y una tranquila zona de estar. También ubicado en la planta baja un w/cy 1 dormitorio espacioso. En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios más y un amplio baño con hidromasaje. Además, hay un último dormitorio en el sótano con una cama doble, una litera y un sofá cama.

En el exterior encontrará una gran zona ajardinada con piscina privada (40 m²), un cómodo patio con una mesa grande y una zona de barbacoa. In mid-October, we enjoyed a week-long holiday at the villa with our family of seven adults. What a beautiful villa with an amazing view! The bedrooms and beds were great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed some wonderful barbecues, and the swimming pool was fantastic too. We would recommend renting a car (in our case, two cars) to get around easily, as there is so much to see and do, including the charming old town of Chania. Supermarkets were also conveniently located nearby. The owner was easy to reach whenever anything came up, and any issues were resolved quickly, which we really appreciated. The villa was cleaned halfway through our stay, and fresh towels were provided. One small suggestion would be to provide some basic cleaning supplies, such as a bucket, mop, kitchen towels, and a broom, so guests can do a little cleaning themselves when needed. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for the pleasant communication and excellent service!

We were a family of 8 with 2 children, visiting in very hot August! The villa itself is incredible. Luxurious and modern, the place was spotless, comfortable beds and excellent outside area with pool, bbq and table / sunbeds. The air con was great and needed this week - 37 degrees! The area is peaceful which was lovely. There isn’t much to do in Maleme itself and you definitely need a car to get around if visiting other places is what you want to do. The sunrise view from this villa is out of this world - we woke several times to watch it. We cooked every day and most nights on the bbq as family time is what we wanted. We travelled to Chania also to eat and to Agia Marina to do watersports which was easy by car. We also took the kids to a waterpark 20 mins away. The children were not out of the pool all holiday - they loved it. We made some fantastic memories as a family which are unforgettable.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. You never get tired of the view. The owner is always available, responsive and full of helpful advice. Access to the property is through olive groves and along a slightly rocky path. There is another villa right next door, but everything is arranged so that the properties do not disturb each other at all. There were nine of us and we had a really great stay. We highly recommend this property, as we had a fantastic stay!

Our stay was incredible!
