The house was spotlessly clean, the outdoor area perfect for relaxing, and the hosts made us feel completely welcome with their warm and helpful manner. Particularly impressive were the fast response times as soon as we needed something. Eva even spoiled us several times with delicious, traditional dishes – a real highlight! The loving birthday surprise was also very special and made us very happy.In all my previous experiences, I have never experienced such attentive and accommodating hosts. I highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time in Crete. We will definitely be coming back!

Beach towels, steamer, washer and dryer, welcome basket and much more. On our last day of check out Michaela’s mother made us several treats while we waited for our driver to transport. We stayed at this villa for a short four-day trip while travelling around Crete, and it was genuinely one of the highlights of our visit. The property is brand new, immaculately landscaped, and beautifully presented, with stunning views and thoughtful architectural design throughout. Inside, the villa combines innovative modern features with high-end fittings, luxurious bed linen, and everything you could possibly need—whether you’re relaxing with family, hosting friends for a barbecue or alfresco dinner, enjoying a swim, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.The hosts were exceptional—warm, generous, and sincere, without being at all intrusive. We arrived to find a homemade moussaka waiting for us (delicious!) and a fridge stocked with thoughtful extras and welcome treats. It’s rare to feel this looked after.

I can only confirm the previous reviews. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from Eva and guided through the villa. Eva was also the good fairy, which always offered help if needed and gave us useful tips for the stay. The villa has style, is very clean and equipped with many technical refinements. The view of the sea and the islands is great. Above all, I was fascinated by the successful lighting in the interior and exterior. We spent a lot of time outdoors. A big compliment to Michael, who kept the pool impeccably clean. The villa is located on a quiet slope in the east of Heraklion. By car you have 15 minutes to the center, even closer is the airport. The water park of Crete is a walk or 3 min by car. Shopping is available close by. We will keep this holiday with its extremely friendly hosts in the best memory for a long time.

My husband, our 7yo daughter, and I stayed at Michaela's house in Crete for five nights in April, and we enjoyed it very much. The inside is clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely, but the outside living space - the pool area, the outside dining/grilling area, the terraces - make it special. Michaela's mother Eva, who lives next door, is an exceptionally welcoming and kind host. While she was nearby to help make our stay as comfortable as possible, there was no loss of privacy in the proximity. The house is in a quiet residential area, and we rented a car to get to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc., and to explore Crete in general; this was easy and worked out very well. The weather during our stay was still cool enough, especially at night, so we didn't make full use of the AC system, but the house seems well equipped to handle summer heat. All in all, we recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

Incredible stay and home. Michaela and her mom made the stay amazing. Highly recommend and next time in Crete will stay again. Close to airport and lots of stuff to do.
