Villa Aeterna South Crete - Accommodation

Villa Aeterna South Crete has been thoughtfully designed to embrace its natural surroundings, serving as a personal sanctuary. It offers the perfect balance between the intimacy of a private suite and the social atmosphere of a shared holiday experience.
• Capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 independent en-suite bedrooms.
• Maximum Occupancy: Up to 16 guests, utilizing two elegant daybeds (single bed configuration) available in selected bedrooms.

Ground Floor: The Heart of Hospitality
The main living level serves as the social heart of the villa, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces. It hosts 4 en-suite guest rooms with direct access to the outdoor areas:
• Bedroom 1 (24 sqm): Double bed, en-suite bathroom (located closest to the living area).
• Bedroom 2 (24 sqm): Twin bed configuration (convertible to double), en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (25 sqm - Wheelchair Accessible): Twin bed configuration (convertible to double), en-suite bathroom, thoughtfully designed for guests with reduced mobility.
• Bedroom 4 (24 sqm): Double bed, en-suite bathroom.

All ground floor rooms feature a private bathroom, minibar, television, air conditioning, and direct access to the outdoor areas.

 

First Floor: Private Retreat with a View

The upper level is dedicated exclusively to guest accommodation, offering ultimate privacy alongside expansive panoramic terraces:
• Bedroom 5 (26 sqm): Double bed, en-suite bathroom, accommodates one additional guest on a stylish daybed (single bed configuration), private balcony.
• Bedroom 6 (26 sqm): Double bed, en-suite bathroom, accommodates one additional guest on a stylish daybed (single bed configuration), shared panoramic balcony.
• Bedroom 7 (23 sqm): Twin bed configuration (convertible to double), en-suite bathroom, shared panoramic balcony.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a spacious balcony with captivating panoramic views across the Libyan Sea and the surrounding landscape.

Designed around the concept of seamless indoor-outdoor living, large glass openings invite natural light throughout the day, creating a continuous connection with the landscape. At the heart of the residence, the bright open-plan living room with its fireplace connects effortlessly to the dining area.

The outdoor spaces have been designed to celebrate Southern Crete's exceptional climate and spectacular scenery, offering absolute relaxation from morning until late evening beneath the starry sky.
