Everything you could possibly need is there, including extra, and it's tastefully furnished. The rooms are exquisite and beautifully decorated. Everything was exceptionally clean, the grounds and pool were properly taken care of, and the house is in wonderful condition and in a quiet neighborhood. There is truly nothing to be unhappy about. We were greeted with a tray of Greek specialties, olive oil, and local booze by the charming hosts.

First I want to say how much we enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and prepared a snack for our arrival that was lovely. The Villa Okalia had everything we could need. There was a well supplied kitchen and beautiful dishes for enjoying our breakfasts and evening repas. The beds were comfortable and the pool was just lovely and refreshing. We had a cute visitor…we named him Sox (the kitten). He was the welcoming committee and each morning he greeted me with a warm purr. The setting and location were good as well. We felt very central to Rethymno and we visited both Big cities with real ease from this location. If we return to Crete we will be sure to book another stay at Villa Okalia. Thank you Mr. Nikos and Mme. Vasiliki we wish you good health and much success.
