Ktima Aniforeli Estate Syvota es un complejo de lujo que consta de dos villas cada una con 3 dormitorios y una piscina privada. El diseño romántico, los detalles decorativos, la calidad estética son los elementos que hacen que las dos villas que constituyen Ktima Aniforeli realmente se destaquen. La vista tranquila de la pintoresca bahía de Sivota ofrece momentos de relajación mientras observa todo desde lejos. Los sentimientos contrastantes de estar cerca de todo y lejos de todo nunca se han combinado tan bien juntos. La característica que hace posible esta combinación es la ventaja única de un sendero privado para caminar con escalones que conducen directamente al pueblo en menos de cinco minutos sin la molestia de tener que subirse a su automóvil cada vez.

El complejo Ktima Aniforeli Luxury Villas está ubicado en las estribaciones con vista a la bahía de Sivota en un entorno idílico de once acres de tierra llena de olivos. Al entrar por la puerta de la propiedad, quedará completamente asombrado por el paisaje pintoresco y las dos villas, Villa Athena y Villa Daphne, que están completamente en línea con el entorno natural.

En el segundo piso, hay un espacio de planta abierta con una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor con chimenea y un sofá seccional. También cuenta con aire acondicionado, una televisión LED de 42’’ y una librería con una colección de objetos antiguos. También hay un WC en este nivel. El balcón principal tiene una puerta francesa de sala y comedor para sus momentos de placer, desde donde puede disfrutar de la vista a la piscina y alrededores. Unos pocos escalones conducen a la zona de la piscina con una piscina infinita. Tumbonas y sombrillas están ahí para añadir a su relajación. Las flores y las hierbas plantadas son un servicio completo para realzar la belleza del paisaje. Un sendero peatonal con escalones lleva a los visitantes al pueblo en solo tres minutos, donde pueden dar un paseo o hacer sus compras diarias.

Dos escalones conducen al dormitorio, que consta de dos camas individuales que se pueden unir fácilmente para formar una cómoda cama doble con colchón anatómico, televisión de 28'', baño privado, aire acondicionado y balcón.

En el tercer piso podemos encontrar un dormitorio con cama king-size y colchón anatómico, aire acondicionado, televisión LED de 28’’ y baño privado. Ambos dormitorios tienen una puerta francesa y una ventana que ofrece una vista mágica a las montañas y al mar. Los balcones de los dormitorios de ambas casas ofrecen una vista panorámica sin obstáculos tanto del pueblo como del vasto azul del mar Jónico, desde donde los ojos pueden viajar a las islas circundantes, hasta Ítaca y Cefalonia.

En la primera planta se encuentra una habitación de invitados con televisor LED de 43’’ con baño privado que se puede transformar en un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. En el mismo nivel, se encuentra el área de la piscina a la que se puede acceder directamente a través de la puerta francesa.

The villa has everything you need and more, with some steep steps to around 10 tavernas, only 3 minutes walk away. Great for watching the sailing boats. A perfect week, all modern facilities, welcome pack, leaving gift and wonderful memories! Sun lounger and bath Towels, shampoo, body wash, loo roll, laundry powder, hand wash, Dishwasher tablets, lilo’s, coffee, tea, butter, croissants, fruit and wine all in welcome pack. One clean offered on Wednesday and Sunday. Daphne and Maria, you are so lovely! This is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in!

The villa is immaculate, and perfect in every way. We have stayed in a lot of villas, but have never stayed in one this good and with so much attention to detail, and thoughtful touches. The villa is spotlessly clean, the beds are possibly the most comfortable…
The villa is immaculate, and perfect in every way. We have stayed in a lot of villas, but have never stayed in one this good and with so much attention to detail, and thoughtful touches. The villa is spotlessly clean, the beds are possibly the most comfortable ever slept in. Maria & Daphne are gentle and kind, and genuinely want you to have the best most relaxed holiday possible. They are available if you ever need them within minutes. The little touches of chocolate croissants one morning, and a leaving gift was wonderful. There are just two tiny weeny things that would make it 110% - possibly a table and chairs by the pool so you can play cards / have a drink by the pool if you wish, and the steps down the village are a challenge for some (me !!). Hopefully the plan is to get railings along the side of them, which would make them much easier to use. There are 155 steps of which some will find easier than others. Thank you Daphne & Maria, you have a very special home and thank you for letting us stay in it xx

This is just a beautiful house. Very comfortable inside and out - stunning views - amazing pool. Indoor and outdoor spaces for eating, drinking and relaxing. The beds are super comfortable . The whole place is incredibly clean and perfectly appointed. Everything you need is waiting for you , towels, shampoo / shower and bath gels - Daphne even left us a welcome pack of fruit / wine/ water/ coffee etc. Just perfect in every way and full of lovely hospitable touches. We will be back and next time hope to stay longer.

We spent 14 wonderful days in this villa and didn’t want to leave! The villa itself is spacious, exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. The views over Sivota bay are stunning and the villa provides a range of vantage points from the gorgeous infinity pool, 3 different balaconies and even a hammock! We loved watching all the boats sailing in each evening and hearing the growing buzz of the town below. What makes this villa particularly special is the private path down to Sivota, which is only a few minutes walk. Sivota is a lovely town with many delicious restaurants, shops and a particularly good bakery, all in easy walking distance. Maria and Daphne were brilliant hosts, they made us feel incredibly welcome from the very beginning and were attentive our entire trip, nothing seemed too much to ask. Thank you so much Maria and Daphne for letting us stay in your wonderful villa - we will definitely be back!

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week at Villa Daphne – a family of four adults. The villa is beautifully decorated, clean and bright and had everything we needed. Daphne and Maria were delightful hosts throughout the booking process and during our stay – so helpful and friendly. The view from the villa is amazing - the morning swim in the pool to watch the boats going out and the evening drinks on the terrace to watch the lights coming on in Sivota. The location is perfect – a few minutes to walk into Sivota for coffee, brunch, dinner or cocktails. We travelled to different bays to swim and snorkel and hired a boat for the day, arranged by Daphne before we arrived as they can get booked up. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa and a holiday in Sivota. Many thanks, Daphne and Maria, we hope to see you again.

This is our second visit, and it was just as marvellous as last time - even better! There was a few improvements this year, with A/C in the basement, a new terrace and a hammock in the shade between the olive trees. We simply love it here! The house is beautiful and perfectly situated with breathtaking views. We enjoy relaxing in the infinity pool, watching the harbour life in Sivota right below. Thank you Daphne and Maria, you are the most fantastic hosts, always so caring, helpful and kind. You make us feel like family! We will be back :)

The view of Sivota Bay is special - particularly in the soft light of morning and evening as the sunrise and sunset are spectacular! We appreciate the privacy, the terraces, the pool and the sparkling clean rooms... this is perfect. We arrived here by accident and we are so fortunate to have found this "blessing in disguise". We love the harbour, the steps that lead to it through the olive groves, the small restaurants. We have met friendly people. We will tell others about this place and recommend it to them. A villa with an incredible view, completely private and yet a secret pathway with 155 steps will take you down to the harbour where you can get dinner in one of the many great restaurants overlooking the yachts moored up. W can't fault Daphne and Maria for their hosting and if you get time hire a boat for the day and explore the hidden beaches and caves. This was an idyllic stay, I highly recommend this villa.

Everything was more than great and it's impossible to express the good time we had in your house. You really thought every little detail in the design, those details that gives you the home feeling, so different from the industrial sobriety of a hotel room. Our family (2 Adults 4 Kids) were lucky enough to have 14 nights here. My words can't express how wonderful this villa is in every aspect. It starts with the welcome and meeting Daphne, Athena and Maria, they are wonderful people. The villa is immaculate and modern top quality towels and linen too. The next thing is location, if you know Sivota, there is a sunny side and a shady side, the villa has the best location on the sunny side, you can see everything that goes on in the harbour. We took a time lapse video, it really highlights how busy whilst looking sleepy the Sivota is. A car is essential so that you can get out and see the beauty of Lefkada but as long as you can walk back up the 159 steps then the village in 2 minutes away. I am only writing this review because I have already reserved my weeks for 2018!! Thank you so much.

We had eight super days at this awesome villa. We loved everything about it, the views, the pool, the location, the comfort and overall beauty of the villa. The attention to detail is amazing. We have stayed in many different villas in Greece and the Ionian islands for 15 years now, but the Ktima Aniforeli - Daphne House - is by far the best experience we have ever had. A true paradise! Both the house and the host(s) exceeded all our expectations. Daphne and Maria are extraordinary, lovely, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely return some day in the future, and we will recommend this place to everyone!

We are just travelling back from 10 days at the villa, it's so beautiful we didn't want to leave! This is our 3rd time staying in Sivota but this villa is easily the best we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is outstanding. We could quite happily move in and never leave! Daphne and Maria were also amazing - before we booked we asked lots of questions that they were only too happy to answer. Whilst there they also looked after us so well , we can't wait to book for next year!

My wife and I stayed for a week with 4 teenagers. The villa is beautifully presented, and the views across the bay are fantastic. Daphne and the family were very welcoming and made sure we felt at home. The villa's location is also very good. It is high enough for the views and peace, yet close enough for a short walk to the village - we ate at the restraurants most nights. This property was built with love and particular attention to details. Every part of the house has been well thought of and the villa is fully equipped with anything one can need. The level of comfort we have experienced goes far beyond one can expect. The splendid view during day or night over the whole village and the cove gives liberating feeling of being relaxed and free from everyday life. We recommend this villa for anyone eager to relax and have re-energizing vacation in one of the most beautiful parts of the wonderful Greece.
