We have just returned from our second holiday at Villas Armeno. On both occasions communication with Kostas has been excellent, he went out of his was to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The villas are amazing, set in an excellent countryside…
We have just returned from our second holiday at Villas Armeno. On both occasions communication with Kostas has been excellent, he went out of his was to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The villas are amazing, set in an excellent countryside location with breathtaking views, yet near to local amenities. The villas themselves are very well equipped with fantastic attention to detail. Kostas thoughtfully provided a selection of welcome food and drinks including their own olive oil made on the farm. On both occasions we traveled with our young son who in particular enjoyed the wonderful and very private pool area. We very much hope to return again and again to the villas for our family holiday. Thank you kostas and your team.

We was two families living in this villa for 3 weeks. We have been staying in the same house before also. It is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Lefkada. Close to Sivota that is a must to visit. The house have everything that you need for an relaxing stay. Fantastic views over the sea and nice bay. The most beautiful outside lounge and pool area wee have seen. The owner of the property mr Kostas is a very nice man. He have helped us with everything we asked about, and have a lot of great tips for the visit in Lefkada. We will come back

Air conditioned garden of Eden

This is the cleanest most well appointed villa we have ever rented .The pictures say it all . Satellite Tv worked well with lots of English channels (Disney etc ) Good beds, quality sheets and tv in bedrooms as well ( as good as any 5star hotel) Charming…
This is the cleanest most well appointed villa we have ever rented .The pictures say it all . Satellite Tv worked well with lots of English channels (Disney etc ) Good beds, quality sheets and tv in bedrooms as well ( as good as any 5star hotel) Charming unobtrusive maids arrive about 11am two to three times a week . We put kids upstairs and had bedroom and bathroom downstairs opening directly onto pool .. very cool ! Lovely location with view of sea and quick access to beautiful upmarket Sivota ( Salcombe sailing crew and nice holiday makers) Simple to hire a nice new boat without licence (30hp) which goes along nicely and you can cruise safely in sheltered waters going for lunch or finding secluded beaches (easy and fun )...or drive car to a different beach every day ..(15mins) Then back to your beautiful villa for swim and barbecue or back out to another restaurant (there is one at the end of your drive which has amazing view ...10 min walk ) Car essential obviously but so much to do .. If you like villa holidays with great food, crystal clear seas and freedom to explore then this is for you Finally your host Kostas is amazing and will respond to all your requests .. Close to Preveza Airport (Easy Jet 3hrs)45mins to villa Great value for money Would highly recommend

The location is superb. The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and also very comfortable with good beds and quality linen. Everything one needs is provided and the owner, Kostas, the owner, is a terrific host and is always discreetly available…
The location is superb. The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and also very comfortable with good beds and quality linen. Everything one needs is provided and the owner, Kostas, the owner, is a terrific host and is always discreetly available to ensure his guests have the very best service. The gardens are well tended and full of roses and we enjoyed the decent size pool. The property sits within a very private olive grove in unspoilt countryside with far reaching views ,very peaceful but not isolated. We were tempted to stay at the villa for the whole holiday as we loved this beautiful place. However we did tear ourselves away to visit the local idyllic beaches, all within a 15 minute easy drive. Sivota harbour has good cafes and restaurants and is a 5 minute drive. We love little greek beaches, staying in a pretty, comfortable property with gorgeous views all within a peaceful location with nearby facilities.

Best villas in Lefkada

We have been going to the island of Lefkas for 10 years and have stayed all over the island in many villas. The owner of these 3 villas Kostas Verikios has exceeded himself with the quality and finish. They are well designed and furnished with the outside…
We have been going to the island of Lefkas for 10 years and have stayed all over the island in many villas. The owner of these 3 villas Kostas Verikios has exceeded himself with the quality and finish. They are well designed and furnished with the outside space being as important to the inside space. They are rural, quiet and tranquil and although there are other villas and a builders waste land further along the lane with a builders merchant at the start of the road there is very little traffic as the road doesn't really go anywhere and does not have tarmac (4x4 is pretty useful on the island anyway if you want to explore). Kostas sees to your every need and is a very hands on villa host. Meeting and greeting, filling the fridge with everything you need for a day or even two. There is a very good local supermarket just off the main road to Poros The villas are well kept with the maid 2 or 3? Times a week and the pool cleaned and gardens kept. We have stayed in Villa Maria and villa Sappho Terrific service. Thank you Kostas and see you soon I hope.
