Amazing Villa. Amazing Location!

A great booking process with responsive contact when needed. The owner Tania, who lives on site, is simply superb. A homemade apple cake awaited our arrival and she was on hand and responsive to our every need. The villa is ideally situated, close to beaches, the port, with numerous boat hire companies, and plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is also close to the Peligoni club, if water sports are your thing. For information, the villa is on quite a busy main road, which, as we live in a very quiet area, we noticed but many may not. Also, there is no air conditioning in the double bedroom, but there is a unit just outside the door in the hall and with a fan in the room, it worked fine to cool the room overnight. All in all, the villa is an excellent holiday retreat with all the facilities you need and the brilliant Tania on site.

Tania made us very welcome, with some food essentials already in kitchen to get us going when we got there. She brought us some freshly made loukoumades one morning for breakfast which were really tasty. The villa has a great view of the sea and a large amount of time was spent on the terrace watching all the different boating activities, with a dip in the pool when it got too hot. There are some great local restaurants that are walkable within 10 miuntes and I'd especially recommend Ex Animo, a very friendly family run restaurant just up the road. It also only a short drive down to the local harbour where you can the boats to the blue caves and shipwreck.Overall a great place to chill and would really recommend.

The villa, situated on a hillside, offers stunning views of the sea, the island of Kefalonia, and, on a clear day, the Peloponnese in the distance. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance, some requiring a short climb. The nearest gently sloping, fine sandy beach is about a 15-minute drive away. Numerous tavernas and good restaurants are located nearby. The house features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area and plenty of room on the terraces. Both bedrooms also offer sea views, as does the sheltered barbecue area. All the household appliances are high-quality. The villa provides excellent privacy. The main road to Agios Nikolaos and the north of the island runs below the house. It is quite busy during the day, but at night it is absolutely quiet. The exceptionally friendly and welcoming owners live on part of the lower level, completely separate from the rented section of the villa. We received a very warm welcome and were treated to homemade delicacies throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished. The patio/pool area is large, with tables and chairs provided. The temperature of the pool for early June was comfortable. It can be seen from the living room when you enter the home. The kitchen is large and adequately stocked. Both bathrooms have showers. There is a washing machine in the master bath and a line to hang up clothing. Our host was very friendly and responsive to our requests. We were very comfortable here and would have liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Lovely owners, lovely property and a lovely area. Highly recommended.

The greeting was excellent (including the delicious cake), the property was beautiful with stunning views and great facilities and the location is perfect for restaurants and an easy walk down to the nearest shops etc (Agios Nicholas).

Beautiful Villa, containing everything you need. Close to 2 great Tavernas that serve lovely food near the beach and there's also a great beach bar all within walking distance. The Villa has air conditioning which was a life saver in 33 degree heat that didnt drop much at night! There are also mosquito nets on the windows, its our first holiday abroad where we didn't get bitten which adds to a great holiday. We all had a brilliant time and would definitely go here again.

The villa was just what we wanted as an adult family. Very quiet location with a pool that was a good size for a two bedroom villa. Path and road to beach was quite steep but achievable in the cooler part of the day in 10 minutes
