Built upon a 4.000 sqm plot of land with a breath-taking view of the Ionian Sea, Veda Villa Zante offers you unrivalled luxury, style, a private swimming pool and so many more!

Veda Villa Zante is a ground floor holiday home of exquisite design, perfect views and ample spaces. It measures an impressive 145sqm and can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. There are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and an accommodation capacity of 2 guests each. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and enjoys a view of the sea, and the other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and have a view of the sea and the garden, respectively. The single beds can be united to form double ones.

Veda Villa Zante also provides you with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room, as well as an impressive outdoor area with a swimming pool, sunbeds, built BBQ, outdoor furniture and a massage space with a stylish stone bathtub!

The swimming pool features a hydromassage function, measures 12m x 5m and its depth begins with 40cm and reaches 1.60m!

Veda Villa Zante is located near Agios Nikolaos, a small settlement on the northern part of Zakynthos. A mere 5 minutes’ drive will bring you to the nearest beach, which is the eponymous bay. Other beaches are Xyngia (10 minutes’ drive) and Makrys Gialos (12 minutes’ drive), and the Agios Nikolaos port has a ferry boat connection to the nearby island of Kefalonia.

We spent a week in this beautiful villa. My husband and I have visited many beautiful villas and hotels, but when we arrived at this villa, we were absolutely speechless. The service from the landlady was warm from the very first moment. This villa is not only perfect for those who value style, cleanliness, and surroundings. (The view and the outdoor area were breathtaking.) You also have the luxury of private accommodation, but receive all the services of a hotel. Cleaning is done every two days, and dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machine, as well as toilet paper and kitchen roll, are regularly replenished. Basics like oils, spices, candles, and every imaginable kitchen utensil are provided. I found this extremely convenient, because who wants to buy basic household items on vacation? We are simply thrilled throughout. We will book this villa again and again. It was a perfect mix of holiday home privacy and the comfortable service of a hotel. The landlady checked in with us often to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible.

Superb villa, world-class views, peace and quiet, and sunrise/sunset views. The owner, Nikoleta, is ALWAYS available via WhatsApp and caters to all your requests. I highly recommend booking this villa.

The villa is beautiful and has a great location above the small fishing village, the drive to the sea is only a few minutes.The furnishings are very stylish in white and natural tones, everything has been carefully selected and furnished. The pool is at an optimal temperature and everything is very clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom.The manager in charge was always there for us if we had any questions and was extremely accommodating and friendly. We felt completely at home and would book this house again at any time.
