It is worth every effort to get there and located in the most serene area of the island. The view is breathtaking and the house overall exceeded our expectations. The host is a pure delight and truly cares that you have the most amazing stay. Her home more than accommodated our group of 9 friends and we used every inch of the house and pool area! It was a perfect week and we hope to return one day! Highly recommend renting a car, as it’s a bit remote but everything you need is close by.

We were in Zante for a family wedding and stayed at the Villa as a family of 7; 6 adults and a 17mnth old. We had the most fantastic time and the villa was perfect - exactly what we had hoped for. The pictures are a very true example of how lovely the villa is; the pool is wonderful and the large table for family meals is perfect. Quiet and peaceful and the pool lights make it look extra special at night! Lovely bbq area out in the backyard too. The villa has everything you need, it is very well equipped, it is clean and tidy and a cleaner came twice during our week stay to change the bedding and towels. There were buckets and spades for our little boy to play with, water toys, rocking horse and inflatables for the pool - some for the adults too!! The villa is located a 5min drive from Tsilivi, and 5min drive from Zante town. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as the villa is at the top of a hill and not really within walking distance of anything. However, this gives for fantastic views and sunsets! The driving was not an issue for us. Lila and Panos were very friendly and welcoming, quick to respond to all questions and had a welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated after the flight and not having time to get to the supermarket. Lila was in regular text contact throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this villa and if/when we return to Zante, we definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you!!

My family and I stayed in this gorgeous house and it was truly wonderful. The house is big with separate areas for privacy and generous common areas. Obviously, the pool was great but our favourite was the outside table that could seat all 10 of us and gave us precious time together for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and late night conversations in the warm evening. It’s close to the town centre and one of our favourite beaches is just 5-10 min away in a car. I hope we get a chance to return soon!

We loved every minute!

The villa was beautiful and Lila and panos were amazing hosts. They met us at the villa on arrival and we’re very welcoming. They recommended many things to do on the island. The villa was spacious and very easy to get to. We loved every minute!

For vacation in Zakynthos Greece we chose to stay in this luxury villa. This was the best choice we have made. Really beautiful villa, Clean, big, Good airconditioning 5 minutes from the town by car. twice a week someone will come and clean the place, change the bed sheets and towels. lot of toys for the kids. Netflix for the guests and many more thing. Hospitality was perfect. Lila and her family are very Kind people. always there for you if you have any question. They brought us a basket filled with fruits and vegetables. They also helped us finding a transportation from and to the airport. on request they let us check in before 3 o'clock. won't think twice to stay here again and recommend everybody this villa. My family and I wants to thank Lila, Panos and Grigoris for let us stay in their House. It was one of the best experience we had as a family.

The house is fantastic and in a great location

Our stay at this villa was a precious experience. The villa itself is a gorgeous place, exactly as depicted in the pictures, with a loving homey atmosphere. It is roomy, very well equipped with about anything one may need during their stay, and incredibly clean. It is located in a nice area surrounded by nature and few neighboring houses. Some of the balconies allow a beautiful view of the adjacent part of the island. Lila and her family were amazingly caring and loving hosts, with immediate answers to any questions we had. Among other, their suggestions of places to visit helped us explore the beauty of the island, pointing us to directions we likely would had never found ourselves.

The swimming pool was beautifully laid out, including the terrace. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious which is nice with a large group. If we needed anything, it was brought to us immediately. And it was quite centrally located on the island…

The location is in a nice and calm area of the island and easy to travel to and from by car. We had three cars that we could park at the property. Although we didn't use the pool, it was great to have breakfast outside next to it every morning. Lila and her husband were very welcoming. They met us in Zante town and drove to the villa with us. We received some supplies as a welcome like water, wine, beer, fresh eggs and cheese to get us going, which was lovely. We all really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would highly recommend it specially to big groups/families.

The pool area and the big table is great to spend time together. Lila was really quick to respond and to help with what we needed. As the vila is located a few kilometer from the town, you will need a scooter or car. We can really recommend this house if you want to visit Zakynthos!
