We stayed at the villa for 4 nights. We were there for a reunion with our friends from around the world. The view, the villa, the entire staff all made our stay an unforgettable experience. We had a fabulous time. The property is so well equipped. The near 360 degree view is jaw dropping. The rooms all have an ocean view. We were made super comfortable by the smiling and accommodating staff. Some of our best meals during the vacation were cooked by the resident chef. He is outstanding! The villa manager was extremely helpful and available at all hours for any needs big or small. Would go back and stay there whenever we visit Koh Samui again.

Dej, Wan and all the others were so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Dej, we all loved your Tom Yum cocktails. Our Chef was outstanding, every meal delicious. Maybe one day we will all be able to return to this fabulous oasis that is Villa Anavaya, Koh Samui.

Just had the most amazing week in Anavaya. It’s like having your own private five star ++ hotel. Fabulous villa with stunning views and beautiful sunsets, you’d never tire of either. Spotlessly clean and kept that way by the great staff throughout…
Just had the most amazing week in Anavaya. It’s like having your own private five star ++ hotel. Fabulous villa with stunning views and beautiful sunsets, you’d never tire of either. Spotlessly clean and kept that way by the great staff throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff - they were simply fantastic - anticipating our every need before we even knew we had a need. We had guests who needed a gluten free diet and the villa manager and chef ensured that they had choices at every meal. We ate at the villa every night as the food was so superb. We were a party of four adults and four teenagers and we had ample space for everyone and lots to spare. We spent a lot of days in the villa and didn’t feel the need to leave. The cinema room was great for evening entertainment and the ping pong table was also a great hit. But whenever we did a trip, the trusty villa manager Wan organized everything for us , including the taxis too and from wherever we went. Truly the most amazing holiday we’ve ever had and it’s all down to the wonderful staff in this villa. Thanks Wan and DJ and the rest of the staff, you helped us to make great memories and we will always remember our wonderful experience in Anavaya.

Highly highly recommend this amazing villa. Great location, spectacular views and amazing staff at the villa. The entire staff in particular DJ, Wan and the Chef were incredibly accommodating with A-Class service. They made our stay even more memorable and guided us with which sites to visit, accompanied us to the nearest beach,and was always available for advice and recommendations. There are two beaches nearby - Choeng Mon Beach (20 minutes easy walk) and the other towards Sea Dance Resort (about 15 minute walk), again easy one. Chaweng is only a 10-15 minute drive with a Taxi and costs around 300-400 baht. If you get an opportunity to stay at Villa Anavaya, with it's amazing staff, spectacular views and sensation accommodation, please do so. You'll never forget this place. We'll definitely be coming back! Thanks so much DJ, Wan and Chef.

Of course, the villa stands for itself and it's truly incredible perched atop the hill with 360 degree views, but Wan and her team are who took the stay from great to fantastic. They were always there to pour a drink, lend a hand, make last minute changes…
Of course, the villa stands for itself and it's truly incredible perched atop the hill with 360 degree views, but Wan and her team are who took the stay from great to fantastic. They were always there to pour a drink, lend a hand, make last minute changes and the food was absolutely incredibly to boot! Pricing was VERY fair regarding food/drink and will definitely stay here again when back in Koh Samui. Thanks to all who made our vacation and time in KS incredible!

The ultimate villa with an unforgettable experience

This is the best villa I stayed at in Koh Samui. The 360 view is unbelievable. We had a wonderful time at the villa. The staff was great and the food was delicious. We loved every detail at the villa. I would definitely visit again.

I would thoroughly recommend this spectacularly beautiful villa to anyone who is looking for an exclusive, first class retreat. My wife and I felt like we were in a James Bond movie as the villa and location are 'out of this world'! The photos make this villa look wonderful but in reality its much larger, more spacious and much more opulent than the photos actually show. We were literally breath taken by its beauty. To add to this, our villa host Dej is the more delightful man you could wish to meet. He made our holiday even more special. He took pride in preparing a breakfast fit for a king every day and enjoyed delighting us with his own specially prepared cocktails later in the day - he is a qualified Mixologist, I hasten to add!! Dej also helped us manage our holiday plans and made sure our 19 year old son was safe and secure when venturing out on his own to experience the nightlife that Koh Samui has to offer. Without doubt this is the more memorable holidays we have every been on. Thanks so much.
