Villa Agapi Lefkada est une location de villa de luxe avec 3 chambres et une piscine privée. Les éléments de base sont la pierre et le bois traditionnels, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.

Au rez-de-chaussée, la cuisine et le salon constituent un espace unifié avec accès direct à la piscine, il y a la troisième chambre avec lits jumeaux pouvant accueillir deux personnes, ainsi qu'une salle de bain commune. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers modernes mais rétro qui répondent à tous les besoins ainsi qu'une table à manger. Dans le salon sur le canapé d'angle peut dormir une personne si besoin. Télévision et climatisation autonome ont été installées dans toutes les pièces du rez-de-chaussée. Le dernier étage se compose de deux chambres principales. Elles disposent toutes deux d'une salle de bain privative, d'un lit king-size, d'un mobilier complet, d'une télévision, de la climatisation et d'un balcon pour une meilleure vue sur la toile de la nature. L'une des deux salles de bains dispose d'un jacuzzi pour encore plus de moments de détente et de bien-être.

Breathtaking oasis

The villa is the perfect combination of authentic Greek island with luxury. We were with family and young kids. Everyone had the best time and was comfortable. Penelope had thought of everything we could possibly need and was helpful in sharing information…
The villa is the perfect combination of authentic Greek island with luxury. We were with family and young kids. Everyone had the best time and was comfortable. Penelope had thought of everything we could possibly need and was helpful in sharing information about the area including restaurants and beaches. The modern conveniences and unbelievable views makes this the perfect getaway for couples, friends and family. Possible for those with mobility issues as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The views and pools were the highlights for us.

Fantastic stay at Penelope's villa

If you value privacy and exclusivity this will be your dream stay in Sivota. A fantastic villa with (rare) private access to the sea. The place is simply amazing, large spaces, mature garden, fantastic sea views. Can only await to come back.

Perfect weeks break

Amapola villa is in a stunning setting in the relaxed village of Sivota. The villa is appointed to a high standard inside and out. Penelope is the perfect host & the fresh garden produce is delicious. Highly recommended.

Lefkos is a small beautiful Greek island, and Amapola Villas are probably the most stunningly located, and exceptionally furnished, on the island, and the one hour drive south from Provesa airport, to the village of Sivota is well worth the effort. The villas are newly built to a high standard and in their own gardens, on the hillside just before, and overlooking Sivota, which has its own small beach, and is a wonderful boating village, in a bay where sailing boats large and small come and go every day. The many restaurants offer a plentiful choice of food, where you can sit and eat in the evening overlooking the moorings and boating activity. My family and I had the most enjoyable holiday at Amapola Villas, would highly recommend them, and are planning to return soon.

Quest'anno ho trascorso con mio fratello e le nostre fidanzate una settimana a metà settembre nella splendida casa di Penelopy. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalla bellezza ed dalla cura della casa (si vede la mano di Penelopy in tutti i più piccoli particolari), dalla cortesia della proprietaria, dal panorama mozzafiato e dalla rilassatezza del luogo. Ma quello che mi è rimasto più impresso è stata la sensazione di pace che la casa mi ha regalato e che mi ha pervaso per l'intera vacanza e che ora tornato a casa rimpiango. A little piece of heaven in Lefkada

My wife, four children and I spent two amazing weeks at the apartment in August this year. From the moment we arrived and met Penelope, who showed us around, we knew that we had made the right choice. Waking up the next day and drawing back the curtains to see the beautiful Ionian view was the perfect way to begin our fantastic break. The apartment is perfectly positioned for amazing views, and to watch the yachts travel in and out of Sivota Harbour with a beer in one hand and a great book in the other. Our children had a blast in the pool and always found something to do in the local area including a brilliant snorkeling spot not to far away. Sivota is just big enough to provide some perfect little tavernas, while not being overly touristy (long may this continue). The locals are very friendly, and the food and drink tasted great and didn't break the bank. Thank you Penelope for always being available when we needed you, and for building such a beautiful house. We all miss you, the house and more (for me anyway) the amazing view. Farrar Family (Cheshire, UK)

We had a wonderful family holiday staying in Syvota. The vila was perfect for our family of 6 with children ranging from 5-13. We arrived to have a fridge stocked with the lovely vegetables grown in the garden. The kids had a great time exploring and walking to the beach just below the house. The view is spectacular. The house is impeccably clean and stocked with everything you may need. Penelope the owner could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Amapola villas and Syvota. We can't wait to visit again next summer.

How can you describe perfection.? Well it comes down to a few words..Location, Scenery, Architecture, attention to detail and last but not least, our host, Penelopy. The en suite bathrooms was much appreciated while the comfort of the furniture and beds was more than expected. Also, the equipment was so organised that there was nothing missing, we really felt like home! My family and I had the best of time and we are really looking forward to go back. We definetely reccoment this place!

Perfect Holiday

The Agapi villa was absolutely fantastic. Penelope was really helpful in accommodating us as we needed special sleeping arrangements. The Villa is down towards the end of an unmade track, which gives the feeling of being in the wild and beautiful countryside…
The Agapi villa was absolutely fantastic. Penelope was really helpful in accommodating us as we needed special sleeping arrangements. The Villa is down towards the end of an unmade track, which gives the feeling of being in the wild and beautiful countryside. Inside it is tastefully decorated with neutral colours and natural fabric. We were welcomed with a generous supply of local food and supplies after our journey. The views from the villa are really fantastic, out across the bay and the islands. The villa gets sun in the morning and the evening sun too, better situated than the houses on the opposite hillside. Outside the pool is lovely and there are lots of different terraced areas to sit and relax. We went out of 'season' as we wanted a quiet holiday, but Sivota village had a couple of tavernas open, with great, simple, authentic Greek dishes at affordable prices. Yianna at the 'Family Cafe' is lovely and welcoming. In full season obviously it will be a busier village as there are about 10 or more tavernas to choose from. A few visiting yachts and sailors were around, and it is a very nice village. A short drive for a supermarket, and supplies. A great place to hide away and relax, or great to explore the rest of the island. We rented mopeds from 'Santas' who was very friendly and helpful, delivered to the village for us ! So our children were really happy exploring the island. Don't tell too many people how lovely this place is, it is really beautiful, and Penelope a lovely host.

The Villa is in a great location with breathtaking view. Very clean, with all the amenities and comforts. Penelopy is best host, very kind and helpful. We still remember those quiet nights by the pool, relaxing and enjoying our holidays. During the day although we could move around the island by car we prefered to spend most of our time at the villa. Besides the pool, the sea is so close that we didn't feel the need to leave the place apart from few nights that we went to the village for dinner and some shopping.

We spent a perfect family holiday in this beautiful house with nice garden with fresh vegetable and fruit which you can pick up anytime :-) Perfect sea view from the terrace with enough place to relax and calm surroundings. Few minutes walk to get to the stony beach and a few minutes by car to get to the town with restaurants and shops. Amapola Villa is very nice, cozy and clean. We had a great time, Penelope is nice person and willing to help us with anything. Our children would like to come back :-)

My family and I had the best vacation ever. It's obvious that the owner have put a part of their soul in this amazing place. The architecture, the decoration with all the elegant details, the location and this extraordinary view, the garden and the warm hospitality, made our vacation unforgettable. Penelopy took such a good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We were surprised in finding the fridge filled with breakfast supplies when we arrived and we were happy to use all the fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden. The en suite bathrooms was much appreciated while the comfort of the furniture and beds was more than expected. Also, the equipment was so organised that there was nothing missing, we really felt like home! We are really looking forward to go back and definetely reccoment this place!
