Antonia Vila Crete - A luxury 3-bedroom holiday villa with unobstructed sea view of the Sfinari bay. A complete holiday villa with private pool and all amenities.

The space


Antonia Vila Crete comprises two bathrooms and a private pool. Its interior is divided into two levels. The lower level is occupied by the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with jacuzzi facilities. A second bathroom is also on the upper floor and has a shower column cabin.

It can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 of them in a double bed and 4 more in ordinary singles. All villa's rooms are air-conditioned.

The mesmerising views of the sea are is unlimited from the upper floor balcony as well as from the private pool of 38 sq. meters. Sunbeds are available within the pool area, along with a garden dining set beneath the shade of the canopy. Antonia Vila Crete can be reached by a private road, without passing through other villas or houses. As a result, this holiday villa offers privacy and maximum comfort to its guests, the ideal vacation haven.

My wife and I are adventurous and love this location. The grounds are well manicured and maintained. The pool is spotless and inviting. The linens were fresh and serviced several times. Super clean and as described. The views are absolutely stunning! Very quiet and safe location. The locals are very friendly with cafes within short walking distance. Perfectly located for day trips as we visited Balos Beach, Elafonissi Beach, Samarian Gorge, and Chania. The Host was always quick with a response and helpful. He provided excellent guidance.

The villa and grounds are spacious and well maintained, with beautiful views over the bay and surrounding hills. Sfinari is very quiet, but there is a choice of three tavernas right on the beach. We enjoyed a meal at Captain Fidias, where the owners were very welcoming. Other restaurants we were impressed by were in Kampos, set back in the mountains, about a 12 minute drive away. Particularly Taverna Lefteris, where we ate two nights in a row. We would also highly recommend Captain Nikolas for lunch or dinner if you go to Falasarna beach. For groceries, we stopped at a large supermarket in Kissamos on our way to the villa, but there is also a very well stocked mini supermarket in Platanos, about a 10 minute drive from the villa, if you need anything during your stay. Also, when we arrived at the villa, there was a tray of homemade stuffed peppers, salad, fruit and drinks. A very nice touch and much appreciated.

This is a fantastic house in a wonderful part of Crete!

My family of 6 loved it! Also a great host. He was in constant communication with us before our trip. We were greeted with a homemade and delicious Greek meal upon our arrival. The place is amazing - spacious, clean, modern, and beautiful. My kids (all teenagers) loved the pool and the view. Sfinari is an authentic and beautiful village. It’s a perfect alternative to the tourists filled places in Crete, and presents a great staging place for the western beaches of Falassarna and Elafonissi. The local beach is also worth a trip, and the fish at the local beach restaurants was fresh and delicious. When we come back, will stay here again.

Greek generosity is unmatched. We arrived late at night, and stuffed peppers and squash were waiting for us in the kitchen. Sfinari, the town this home sits in is beautiful, and secluded. The home is majestic and castle like. We jumped in the pool everyday after our adventures. From Falasarna to Elafinissi this is a great home base to explore. I highly recommend renting a car, and exploring safely during the day. You must try Captain Fidias fish tavern on the beach, right down the road. Incredible charcoal grilled fresh caught fish. Go at sunset.

It has two balconies with tables to eat and an excellent pool area with spectacular sea views. Sfinari is a small village but has two mini markets and places to eat right on the doorstep. It also has a beach that was around one mile away, with three excellent tavernas serving delicious fresh seafood and traditional Cretan dishes. The pebble beach there is stunning and great for swimming, snorkelling followed by a lovely meal and watching the sun set on the beach. Kissamos is less than 20 mins drive and offers more in terms of eateries and shopping. Chania is an hour’s drive and is a beautiful city to explore. The host was extremely professional and our stay was without any issues at all. We have had a fantastic holiday and would love to return one day. Thank you!

We had the most perfect holiday at this villa

We loved the homemade meal that greeted us on arrival after a day of travelling - this was a great way to start the holiday. My teenage sons enjoyed the pool area and my husband and I couldn't get over how amazing the sunsets were! We had excellent meals out in the evening at the tavernas by the local beach and definitely recommend the Sunset restaurant. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

On arrival, the fridge was stocked with essentials and a tasty meal was ready on the stove, a lovely touch.Sfinari village is peaceful and non-touristy, perfect for a quiet getaway. Three good beachfront restaurants are a 25-minute walk away. The local beach is fine, but there are other stunning examples all within an hour’s drive.Chania is an hour away; the airport is 1.5 hours, Be prepared for the last 10 minutes of the journey, the narrow, winding mountain roads are not for the faint-hearted. The roads heading south are similarly challenging but stretch on even longer.We had a brief WiFi issue due to a local exchange outage, but mobile coverage was good, even 5G at times for my wife. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had some issue finding it from the instructions given and had no information before arrival regarding directions and keys but the host was always available with a prompt reply to our questions. The villa was cleaned twice in the week we stayed including clean bedding and towels. Pool towels were not supplied but would have been a good addition We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it. Has everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday

Lovely villa on 3 floors. Bedrooms on the top floor, kitchen/living room in the middle and pool area at the bottom. Great for families with different circadian rhythms (teenagers). Well equipped kitchen where it is actually possible to cook a real meal. Lovely views and great restaurants by the beach. Shopping opportunities in Sfinari are limited. It is recommended to drive to Platanos towards Falassarna for shopping. Our hosts had also filled some basic goods and dinner in the fridge. Great service! We would love to book here again!

Beautiful spacious villa, pool area and gardens. our family of five loved the space and the views. we walked to the beach each day and enjoyed the restaurants and beach area. good communication and advice from the host.

Air conditioning worked well and we were very comfortable. The pool is great to use in the evening after a day at the beach. It’s true it takes some driving on windy, high roads to get there but that’s Crete, and in this case, the reward is a quiet location with relatively easy access to the main beaches on that side of Crete. In fact, those particular coastal roads around Sfinari are far less busy than the roads coming straight down from Chania, so we didn’t encounter much traffic. We loved it!

Beautiful and large house in a small little touristy village, with beautiful pebble beach a short drive away (the sandy beaches of Falasarna are a big twenty minute drive away). 3 levels of terraces with beautiful sea views, the opportunity to admire great sunsets! The pool is very nice in addition to the beach sessions. Mini market with only the essentials nearby, a few tavernas in the village and especially 3 beautiful fish restaurants on the beach (our preference goes to the middle one, Thalami).The little extra: a beautiful dish of vegetables stuffed in the fridge on arrival in addition to a few fruits and vegetables!
