Es una opción ideal para un grupo de amigos, parejas o familias que buscan un ambiente sofisticado y que buscan la base perfecta para explorar el área de Chania y el oeste de Creta. Está construido bajo altos estándares y está dominado por la fuerte presencia de elementos locales y una vista maravillosa.

Casa Catalina Chania consta de 2 niveles y puede alojar hasta 8 adultos + 1 niño. En la planta baja se encuentra el salón principal con amplios y cómodos sofás, un comedor y una cocina completamente equipada. También hay 1 dormitorio con cama doble y un baño con ducha. Perfect!

Fünf Sterne sind hier eigentlich nicht genug. Die Villa Casa Catalina hebt sich in vielen Aspekten von den bisher kennengelernten Häusern deutlich ab. Das Checkin war äusserst professionell gehalten. Anna und George haben uns herzlich willkommen geheissen, haben uns viele Tips (Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben) Das Haus war wunderschön eingerichtet. Küche und Bad waren in einem topmodernen und perfekt sauberen Zustand. Die Besitzer haben sich sogar im Verlaufe unseres Aufenthaltes diskret gemeldet und in unserer Abwesenheit alles nocheinmal auf Vordermann gebracht. Einkäufe kann man in nicht einmal fünf Minuten zu Fuss erledigen (Lebensmittel, Apotheken etc.). Der Strand befindet sich ca. fünf Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es Tauch-Basen, Jetskifahren, Parasailing etc.

We had a great week here. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need. George was a great host and explained everything very clearly. Near lots of restaurants and a very short walk to the beach with lots of places to rent umbrella’s. We had a car but we also got the bus into Chania which took 20 minutes. Chania is a lovely harbour town with very quaint streets and restaurants and gift shops.

There were some ants inside but it wasn’t a problem. Hot water ran out sometimes. Location was very good and supermarket was very close. There were many restaurants but lot of them were closed because it wasn’t a summer season yet. Villa and hosts were amazing after all and I recommend you to go there.

This is an absolute treasure of a villa, not to be missed! The photos don’t lie – the whole house is beautifully decorated and maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and the barbecue/ pizza oven. It is located right next to the main strip of Agia Marina and you can easily reach restaurants and shops in a matter of minutes. The rooms themselves are nicely furnished and all four bedrooms have ample storage space. The windows have both proper shutters and mosquito nets which was great. We loved the beds which were not only super comfortable but also completely quiet. Two of the bedrooms have balconies, perfect for a morning coffee. The two bathrooms are clean and modern, and each guest received four towels of different sizes which was very handy. The kitchen comes with a big American–style fridge, oven, microwave, hob, two coffee machines (for filter and pod coffee) and is overall very modern and well equipped. We spent plenty of time playing pool and air hockey, though the football table also would have been an option. The pool area is a fantastic amenity as well, and the water is lovely and warm. There is even an outdoor shower to wash off after a dip in the sea which is no further than a 5 minute walk down the road. The hosts themselves have also been incredible, with George greeting us upon our arrival, recommending various sights and activities to us and even making a reservation for a restaurant nearby to ensure we would get a lovely dinner after a long flight. We had one small issue the day after we arrived, which George fixed immediately, taking time out of his Sunday morning to resolve the matter. The hosts also kindly cleaned/ tidied and provided fresh towels halfway through our stay which was great. Overall, this has been a truly amazing stay and we are very much considering to come back at some point. Thank you George and Anna!

We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. Before we left Ireland I was in touch with George and Anna the owners to confirm our arrival time. When we arrived we got a lovely friendly welcome and a tour of the villa. A fabulous villa with everything you need to make your stay a success. Location wise this villa is perfect, set in off the Rd it's very private, yet less than 2 minutes walk to the centre of Agia Marina. The house itself it spotless clean with great, modern facilities. It is a very stylish house with a modern look. There is great thought put into every detail and a keen eye for interior design. Everything is available for you and George and Anna are so friendly to offer advice and help if needed If you are thinking of booking this villa I would encourage you to book quickly, it is absolutely gorgeous and you will not meet nicer hosts. To George, Anna and your lovely little boy. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We really appreciated your hospitality. If you ever travel to Ireland be sure to make contact so we can return the kindness.

The villa was of such a high standard in every respect and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wishes to have excellent facilities at their disposal. It is well situated for all local amenities with just a couple of hundred yards from three good supermarkets and numerous excellent restaurants with a good choice on their menus. The owners, George and Anna were so helpful and caring we really felt like we belonged to their family. We could not fault the accommodation in any respect and would not hesitate to return to the Luxurious Villa Casa Katalina for another lovely holiday.

The villa is absolutely fabulous, in our 20 years as independent travellers we have not stayed in such a beautifully built and maintained villa. George and Anna, and indeed Costa, are to be praised for what they are presenting. Before we arrived we contacted George to confirm our arrival time. George and Anna are very welcoming, they where on hand when we arrived to show us around the villa and Costa sent us a nice bottle of Raki to go along side the wine in the bottle fridge. The villa is on 2 levels and we used the lower bedroom as a dressing room, it was only myself and Sue, my wife, so we could spread out. The kitchen is very nice, there was plenty of cutlery and glass and tableware for any size of party. lots of outdoor space, great bbq area at the rear of the villa, seating areas to the front, off of the living room, with another seating area from the downstairs bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. The villa is positioned less than 50metres from the main road in the town of Agia Marina but you would not be worried by noise. Access to the beach is just across this road. If you like walking the villa is ideally suited for this, we walked to Kalamaki in one direction, took around 90 mins at a stroll and Plantanias, which is a busier town in the other. Bus stop for Chania is just 50 metres away, but we found this to be crowded, so chose to take a taxi the second time we went. All in all, this was a lovely holiday in a fabulous villa. And we will certainly be back.

We were 5 adults that had a fabulous week at Villa Casa Catalina! George and Anna provided us with excellent customer service. They stayed in touch from the beginning and were very accommodating. They provided us with lots of recommendations and helped make reservations at the top restaurants. Villa was very spacious and we had a great time by the pool and grilling in the backyard. The location is excellent close to everything including the beach. We hope to be back to Crete very soon and will for sure choose this place again in the future!

The villa was very good situated and you could reach restaurants and the beach really fast. The owner was very friendly and took care that everything is really clean and nice. He also offered us for the start of our journey some free bottle of wine which were excellent. The funiture of the house was mordern and very fancy. All in all the space was very good utilized. We love the kitchen and the grill space as well as the fridge with the fresh water maker. Very acommadating owner with a really nice villa. We would recommend it to our friends.

We spent one week with a group of 9 people in the villa during june 2021 and it was a perfect holiday! The host organized the transfer from the airport to the villa for us, so it was a very easy start even tho we didn’t know the location Chania. When we arrived at the villa Anna and George welcomed us extremely hospitable and gave us a detailed tour of the house. In addition they showed us many places to go in the surrounding area. Another very important aspect for us was the great location of the villa. The beach and the supermarket were just about 200m away. Now a few more aspects about the villa: Everything was newly and tastefully renovated as well as very clean. Some of the bedrooms had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. For us as a group it was also very enjoyavle to use the part of the livingroom with the billard table/ football table as a place of social gathering. Besides the billard table, the pool with the water fall was definetly the highlight! All in all everybody of us had a wonderful an relaxing stay. The service of the hosts, including the cleaning service (with new towels,…) after half of our stay, was great! We would love to come again and can recommend this villa with no concerns.

We were watching for various places in this neighborhood, but once I saw this offer it was no doubts that it is the best choice for us. We spend great time with our friends(1 couple) and our 2 children.The house offers lot of space, so everyone feel comfortable. Also the outdoor area is very well organized and we spend there whole days, because our children loved this swimming pool. The location of the house is very convenient and close to the house you can find various restaurant at the beachfront. There is bus stop just next to the house and we visited Chania using city transport. I really recommend this place and I hope will come back there in future.

We had a fabulous time in the Casa Catalina Villa. It is stunning, the loving attention to detail and the thought that went into ensuring that every area in the Villa is comfortable, welcoming and relaxed is obvious. It is a beautiful space to spend time with loved ones or hang out with friends. The photos do not do it justice – the views, the shady verandas, the pool table, the pool all add to the wonderful atmosphere of the Villa. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, recharge and have fun it is the perfect place for you. George and Anna and their family could not have been more helpful and generous. They were outstanding hosts always there to help if needed and truly lovely people. It was a great holiday and we would highly recommend it as a stunning place to get away. Thanks very much to George and Anna for all their hard work in creating such a beautiful and unique space for people to share and enjoy.
