Highly recommended! The house was wonderful with a lot of space and close to the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop pool very much, it was cleaned and checked regularly. The hospitality of the house owner and the cleaners was exceptional. They surpassed all our expectations. We received home made and regional gifts, which were a lovely surprise. They were also flexible with the cleaning times, so as not to disturb us. The house owner wrote regularly per WhatsApp to see if we needed anything.

This is a phenomenal property - huge villa with a rooftop pool and 360 degrees view of the beach and Agia Marina. Location cannot be better. The villa is well furnished with nice touches like sand toys, floaties and boogie boards for the kids! We had a small glitch but it was quickly resolved by the hosts, despite the fact that it was 10:00 pm on Saturday evening! If you visit this place make sure to go to those 3 restaurants, which are outstanding with awesome personnel - Gorgona, Botonis and EAP.

Pleasant stay

The villa was Perfect for us - and Close to "everything". Our first time not booking a charter tour, and that turned up to be an good idea. Relaxing in the roof pool at daytime in the heat, searching and find the best among all tavernas in the area for dinner every evening, relaxing again on the roof terasse at the late evenings With a litle more raki before bedtime. Every morning a very short trip to the nearest shop buying fresh bread for Family breakfast. The always smiling houskeeper working hard but had time to ask for Our wellness. What more kan I say - rating 1-6 this would be 7... Would really come back some time!

The owner was extremely helpful and the Villa very nicely appointed. We enjoyed the rooftop splash pool and spent most evenings there watching the sunset over the Bay. A good beach and beach club just 50 metres away. Plenty of decent restaurants…

Some friends and I stayed in Santi Villa in June. Our holiday in Crete was the perfect escape. The villa we stayed in was everything we wanted and more; the rooms were a great size, there were 7 of us staying there and there was so much space for us all. The villa itself was immaculate and had great facilities and amenities. We loved the pool area and enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace during the day and evenings. The cleaner was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. We did not know much about the local area before we went away but were pleasantly surprised by the amount of restaurants nearby - all reasonably priced and a fantastic choice of food. There were also bars in a neighboring town and it was an easy bus journey into the centre of Chania, which we did one evening and thoroughly enjoyed exploring. I would definitely recommend Santi Villa and will definitely return one day!

All the shops and restaurants were very very nice to our family. We went over the Cabana Mare nearly every day, and they treat you great. Super comfortable lounge chairs, and as long as you get something to eat or drink they are free. The staff there was excellent and very nice.

Thank you for an excellent stay.

The Villa was fantastic: Modern with every possible facility. Location was perfect -secluded but just a few yards from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Above all staff were friendly and helpful
