Imperium Villas son dos residencias de lujo idénticas de tres pisos, que miden 200 m² y pueden alojar cómodamente hasta 10 huéspedes. Cada villa posee cinco dormitorios, cuatro baños, una cocina totalmente equipada, 2 salas de estar, amplios espacios exteriores con jardín, barbacoa, estacionamiento privado, gimnasio, sauna, jacuzzi, una gran terraza elevada con impresionantes vistas y, por último, pero no menos importante, una piscina climatizada al aire libre.

Cada uno se distribuye en tres plantas desde la planta baja hasta el 1er piso, midiendo un total de 200m². En la planta baja, encontrará un diseño de planta abierta que incluye la sala de estar con sus grandes puertas corredizas, un sofá esquinero, un televisor inteligente LG de 50", una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de última generación y un área de comedor con capacidad para 8-10 personas. En el mismo piso, hay un dormitorio tamaño king, con acceso directo al jardín y a la piscina a través de una puerta del balcón, así como un dormitorio tamaño queen con vistas al jardín desde las puertas del balcón. Ambos dormitorios cuentan con una televisión de 32". LG Smart TV y aire acondicionado. El último espacio en la planta baja es un baño compartido con una gran cabina de ducha de vidrio con lavabo sobre encimera de granito.

Al subir una hermosa escalera de madera, se encuentra en el primer piso que cuenta con un dormitorio principal tamaño king con baño en suite. Una puerta corrediza de vidrio conduce a una gran terraza amueblada con marco de vidrio que da al mar azul, la isla Thodorou y las Montañas Blancas. Bajando las escaleras, se encuentra una en la planta baja, que es otra gran adición a las villas con dos dormitorios adicionales para invitados (twin y queen) y dos baños adicionales con grandes cabinas de ducha de vidrio y lavabos con encimera de granito. En este nivel, también encontrará habitaciones complementarias como el gimnasio, la sala de estar secundaria, la sala de spa (sauna y jacuzzi) y la lavandería.

What a lovely villa! Modern, well equipped, stylish and comfortable.

Plenty of space for our 7 guests. The outdoor area is superb. Lots of sunbeds, great dining space and a fab pool. The indoor sauna and hot tub are another great addition.It is easy to walk to local restaurants and we spent a lot of time at the more sheltered…
Plenty of space for our 7 guests. The outdoor area is superb. Lots of sunbeds, great dining space and a fab pool. The indoor sauna and hot tub are another great addition.It is easy to walk to local restaurants and we spent a lot of time at the more sheltered Iguana beach. Evangelia is a great host. Very welcoming on arrival and very responsive to messages. She also allowed us a late checkout which was very kind and helpful.One minor thing to be aware of is that there is a fee to heat the pool which might be required in cooler months (we didn’t heat the pool and it dropped to around 24 degrees which was fine for us). This is mentioned in the additional rules but we missed these so please be aware.

The property is amazing with about anything you for relaxatio

Private parking and gate makes you feel very safe. The hosts are even better than the property, welcomed us with a basket and stocked fridge free of charge and of course some raki;). Will definitely be back

Our family of 7 had so much fun, we almost hated to leave to go out.It was immaculately clean and well stocked.Its convenient location can’t be beat.Evangelia and Yianni went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and made us feel like family. They were more than happy to give us recommendations and even booked reservations for us!We have stayed at 5 star properties around the world. This villa is as close to perfection as you can get.

Our Hosts cared for our enjoyment and did everything possible to accommodate us. This is a rare beautiful gem of a location and house. Each minute we stayed in the house added to the experience we had outside the house. Please, do yourselves a favor and if you are browsing a location such as this - then STOP - because you have found one of the ultimate places in Chania, Crete to Stay!

Our time at the villa was certainly one of the highlights of the trip

The pool was beautiful and several family members also enjoyed the hot tub. No other home we’ve rented for our family of eight has ever been this nice. The pool area is fabulous with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. The Villa was very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to town and the beach. We had such a wonderful time our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend this Villa for your vacation in Crete.

A lovely villa - looked exactly like the photos. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 small children and there was room for all of us. Kitchen was big enough with every utensil (and more) you could think of. Our host was there to greet us and was always responsive when needed ( 2 small issues both quickly resolved). A lovely welcome basket of food/drink etc was a nice touch. I would not say a car is essential - its less than 10 mins walk to several lovely restaurants and a nice little beach. However the nearest proper supermarket is 30-40 mins walk although its only a 10 euro taxi back and youll save more than that as the local shop (2 mins down the hill) is only really any good for fresh bread and emergency supplies! The outside/pool area in villa was roomy and the inside hot tub/sauna were well used. My only advice would be to have some sun loungers on the terrace outside main bedroom as that did seem wasted space although lovely views of the mountains and the sea. We would stay again.

Evangelia and her family have created an amazing vacation experience. The villa is impeccably designed and constructed. It is modern, environmentally conscientious, and a great attention to every detail necessary to make one’s stay in Crete perfect. There are views of the mountains and sea, with the sunshine and blue sky, you will quickly find inner peace admidst pure loveliness. Evangelia welcomed us with gift basket and necessities in the refrigerator, and has been extremely helpful and accommodating. We have loved our experience so much that we are extending our stay here two additional nights. We all highly recommend the Villa. And we thank the hosts for a wonderful first experience in Crete!

We spent 5 marvellous days in this splendid villa, which is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped and presented. The view of the mountains was stunning, the pool enjoyed despite the cold stormy weather, and the indoor facilities provided all we needed when there was little to do outside. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and convenient. Evangelia was incredibly helpful from the point of booking onwards, and gave us a warm and generous welcome when we arrived. Any questions were immediately answered, recommendations given and help provided throughout our stay. We were very happy guests and would love to stay here again should we return to Chania!

Exceptional stay!

Wonderful house and perfect pool for our four kids. We had a rental car which is a must to get to the nearby supermarkets which are only a five minute drive. Hosts very super attentive and helpful and we felt right at home from the first day.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this villa truly is. We were a family of 10 people and the place was perfect to accommodate us. The place is super clean, has all amenities you could possibly need, and has a fantastic view .The location was ideal, it is a 5 mins drive to a few different beaches, there are fantastic restaurants close by and a 15 min drive to get into Chania.What makes this place even better however are the wonderful hosts. They are always responsive with any needs, questions or requests you may have. They are also knowledgeable of the surroundings which is extremely helpful.I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place, I would recommend to family and friends.Thank you

Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Chania area.

perfect accom for a number of couples or large family as split over three levels with seperate accom on each. Easy walk down to beach. plenty of parking on site as well. Host was in regular contact to ensure all was well.

I honestly write this review with hesitation. I know by writing this that Eva and John’s beautiful villa will earn a deserved reputation as the villa to stay on the wonderful island of Crete. We rented one of the two villas for two families of four. We had more than enough space and did not feel crammed or crowded. We did not have neighbors next door but even so the villas are built for privacy. The home is supremely built without any corners cut short. The pictures online do not do the villa justice. Amazing views of the sea. Rooster crowing in the morning and distant dog barks in the evening all adding to the experience. The pool is generous and we enjoy lovely dinners under the covered patio. Beyond the villa, Eva and John were amazing. Simply put, the best hosting we’ve experienced. A minor appliance issue was promptly addressed. In addition they arranged wonderful experiences including outstanding private chef services and arranged a last minute private sailing charter to Balos and Gramvousa. They are wonderful, generous, and kind. You couldn’t ask for better people.
