Sunsia Villa Crete is a two-story villa, that can host up to 6 guests and consists of an infinity swimming pool, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are sharing one large bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is another large bathroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings, and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a garden area with an infinity swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists a shaded outdoor dining table. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside enjoying the Seaview and fresh air.

The best place we've ever rented

High up on the highest point of the hill overlooking Kissamos and the entire bay. The beach and the main street with all shops are very easy to reach within 10 minutes. The garden and the views are so beautiful with so many different seating options…
High up on the highest point of the hill overlooking Kissamos and the entire bay. The beach and the main street with all shops are very easy to reach within 10 minutes. The garden and the views are so beautiful with so many different seating options that it was often difficult for us to leave the property. The house itself is elegantly furnished, the bedrooms super cozy, the kitchen perfectly furnished including various food and drinks for us. Thanks Ioannis, your villa and service are spectacular - the best place we've ever rented. We will be happy to come back.

We have the good fortune of being well traveled, and our stay at Ioannis's house would certainly rank as one of our best, if not the best experiences we've had in our 10 years on travel. We were a group of 4 including a toddler, and the house was perfect - large, spacious, well furnished, with a full-size kitchen, and of course an amazing infinity pool and ocean view. Ioannis was a great host, very communicative, and helpful with recommendations. The kitchen was also stocked with food/drink, which was a lifesaver given our late evening arrival on our first day. The location is as central as you can get to the most popular beaches in western Crete (Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna), lots of great restaurants/tavernas, and a number of wineries. We would certainly look to stay here again if we return in the future.

Ioannis was a fabulous host. He met us in town to show us the way to the villa. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. Ioannis had left lots of provisions including his delicious Cretan olive oil. The outside areas and the infinity pool are very well maintained. The outside seating areas are more comfortable than any villa we have stayed in previously. The views over Kissamos bay are wonderful. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy reach as well as good supermarkets so we ate very well. We will return thank you Ioannis.

If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

About arrival, he guided us up the mountain road to the home. And it was luxurious indeed! And a wonderful base point for exploring western Crete.

It is tastefully decorated and has a large, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, two living areas (one with a fireplace), a bathroom, and three bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom) on the first floor. There is also a lovely garden with numerous balconies and lots of seats. The host is really hospitable. We had a great experience and will definitely stay again.

We have the good fortune of being well traveled, and our stay at Ioannis's house would certainly rank as one of our best, if not the best experiences we've had in our 10 years on travel. We were a group of 4 including a toddler, and the house was perfect - large, spacious, well furnished, with a full-size kitchen, and of course an amazing infinity pool and ocean view.
