Cuando llega el momento de retirarse a pasar la noche, le esperan 3 habitaciones diseñadas. Cada dormitorio cuenta con una cama de 1,60 X 2,00, complementada con un televisor de 32'', aire acondicionado y un armario para tu comodidad. Todas las habitaciones dan acceso a un balcón y una terraza equipada con una acogedora zona de estar, que le invita a despertarse con las fascinantes vistas al mar cada mañana.

Giannis was the perfect host, arranging some supplies for us on arrival as we landed late and regularly checking in via messages to make sure everything was just right. He also made sure we had everything we needed, from extra towels to local tips.The villa itself was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and with brilliant showers. The location is ideal, just 30 minutes from the airport with a very straightforward drive and only a few minutes from a supermarket.The outdoor space is fantastic, equipped with a BBQ and offering plenty of room to relax. The views are simply unmatched, especially watching the sunrise over the mountains each morning.We loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked for next year. Thank you Giannis for a perfect stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the place feels very modern and clean. It feels extremely private so there is very minimal noise from cars or anything like that. We were pretty close to both Heraklion and Rethymno by car, which are must-visit tows in Crete. You definitely need to rent a car for your stay just because of how big the island is and the private location means there aren’t many things to visit at a walkable distance. There are lounge chairs available to sit by the pool too. The hosts are extremely nice people, very attentive and willing to help with anything! They respond very fast, which is always appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, we loved everything about it.

Highly recommended!

We were very lucky to spend some unforgettable days in the fantastic villa of Giannis and his dear mother Anna in Crete – and it was just perfect!The villa itself is an absolute dream: spacious, stylishly furnished, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. The outdoor area with the private pool, the breathtaking view of the sea and the tranquility all around were exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday.But what really made our stay special was the warmth and hospitality of Giannis and Anna. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, surprised with local delicacies and felt at home from the very first moment. They were always available, helpful and provided us with great tips – whether it was on beaches, restaurants or hidden places in the area. We can recommend this villa from the bottom of our hearts.

A great place to stay

Giannis was an extremely friendly host and was easy to contact. The property was clean, modern, and beautiful. All in all, the accommodation was great, the only thing that bothered us a little was the very nearby main road, which you could hear.

Everything is brand new, extremely clean, the beds are super comfy, very good quality towels and bedding and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. I did not book a house during my time, which was offered with such a standard. We felt comfortable all around. The view (over the infinity pool to the sea) is breathtaking and you will not be tired of sitting on the terrace and enjoying the gigantic view. Giannis and his magical mom are the born hosts and always sincerely strive to ensure that you can experience a fantastic vacation. Giannis is always available for questions and responds very quickly. Fabulous stay, everything was exactly as advertised and the view is stunning.

Giannis was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. Mini Marts, restaurants & beaches all within 10 minutes drive and Heraklion only 30 minutes away.Would definitely recommend.

Out of town so need car but good views and close to lots of beaches in several directions. Agia Pelagia has loads of restaurants, take aways and delivery. Recommend Lake Kourn but go early to avoid queues. And swim under the waterfall in Kourtaliotiko Gorge. Would definitely stay here again

You get everything you need when you book this villa you have an amazing infinity-pool with a view that blows your mind when you see it the first time the view on the balcony is even better. In under 10 minutes you have wonderful restaurants and beaches.
