Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Nous étions dans la villa MELIA. Deux grandes chambres. Un espace commun + cuisine très agréable. Surtout une grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. L'environnement est très vert (oliveraies, ...) + un jardin superbement riche et entretenu. Une grande piscine privée. C'est tous les standards d'un certain luxe. Difficile de demander plus. Un petit déjeuner à la carte très varié et de très bonne qualité (onctuosité des fromages blancs au miel ...). Lingerie (serviettes, draps, ...) raffinée.

Every Expectation was Exceeded....Again

This was our second stay at Art Blue Villas. How do you top the first stay of 12 days in 2017, stay for a month in 2018! As expected, everything was absolutely perfect in every way! We were fortunate to be able to experience two different villas on the this trip due to varying numbers in our party over the month that we stayed. Our first and last week was in the newly renovated Villa Melia. With a group of 4, every amenity required was available. The villa is newly renovated in a very modern / functional and tasteful decor. A beautiful large elevated deck was the perfect place to start your day with fabulous Greek coffee and a beautiful custom made breakfast delivered at the time of your choosing. The extra large swimming pool unique to this villas is a perfect place to spend relaxing afternoons enjoying the sunshine and spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and it's amazing sunsets! As our group expanded as Friends arrived we moved to Villa Levanda which accommodated 6 adults in luxurious comfort. The well outfitted kitchen allowed for "in house" meals to be cooked and a gas bbq was provided as well. Once again, even with such a large group, breakfast was delivered on time, with all items prepared exactly as requested. Each bedroom was provided with it's own en-suite bath which allowed for privacy among all the couples. The beds are new and very comfortable. The pool deck is huge with ample seating around the pool deck for those wanting to experience the glorious sunshine as well as comfortable shaded areas to grab a quick nap! The retractable awning is a very useful feature to provide an extra bit of shaded area when required. Once again, we were never let down with any of the recommendations provided by both Dina and Kostas when restaurants were required. I believe that we were able to provide a few of our own to add to their extensive inventory of great places to eat! The cooking / cleaning and maintenance staff were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks to Natasha, Kataryna, Angela, Yanis and Vassilias for your efforts in ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and stress free. All the people and the accommodations at Art Blue Villas exceeded the expectations of not only us (repeat customers) but all our guests who joined us at different times over our month long stay. We are looking forward to our return to beautiful Lefkada and the special people at Art Blue Villas in September of 2019!

Wir waren im Juni zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Melia der Art Blue Villas und es sicher nicht das letzte mal. Die Villas sind komplett renoviert worden und sind jetzt modern, stylisch und einfach wunderschön. Was geblieben ist, ist der herrliche Garten und der unschlagbare Blick über das Meer, bei schönem Wetter bis Korfu! Jeden Abend hatten wir einen tollen Sonnenuntergang, fast zu kitschig um wahr zu sein. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt, wir hatten noch nie so ein sauberes Haus und wir hatten auf diversen Reisen schon viele. Erwähnenswert sind noch die Betten, so gute Betten findet man selten in einem Ferienhaus. Dina und Kostas sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich immer darum bemühen, alles perfekt zu machen. Der Pool wurde gleich frühmorgens gereinigt, so konnte man schon vor dem Frühstück zum schwimmen gehen. Und dann kam das Highlight: das Frühstück würde zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt geliefert und zwar alles, was das Herz begehrt. Man füllt am Vortrag seinen Wunschzettel aus und es kommt pünktlich auf den Tisch. Die Villas liegen sehr schön und ruhig auf einem Hügel über Tsoukaladhes. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an verschiedenen Stränden und Lefkada Town ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Für uns ist das die perfekte Urlaubs Location und wir werden sicher wieder hinfahren, wir können die Villas zu 100% weiter empfehlen ohne Einschränkung.

We stayed 2 people and one baby in the villa Melia. The villa was truly beautiful, spacious, fully equipped with everything, with a wonderful aesthetic that balanced the modern with this beautiful island style that everyone liked. The terrace where we enjoyed the garden, the pool and the endless blue sea was great with all the comforts. Breakfast was excellent and rich. The bedding was wonderful, we really enjoyed our sleep. The cleanliness was everyday and exemplary. The owners Mr Costas and Mr Dina were welcoming, considerate and very kind. The place really was that much better for a family and even with a toddler looking for peace and quiet. I would also like to mention how much we loved the beautiful and well cared for garden with its dozens of trees and flowers. The pool was large and to our surprise there was a children's pool. I really can't think of a negative point about our stay. Tsoukalades is very close to the town of Lefkada and the magnificent Agios Nikitas and Kathisma. We would definitely visit Art Blue villas again, it was a great experience!

Wir waren im Juni für 2 Wochen in der Villa Melia und können die Villas zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Es war alles einfach perfekt. Die Lage mit einem Traumblick über das Ionische Meer bis Korfu, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und alles da, was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Liegen am Pool, eine herrliche Terrasse zum frühstücken und am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Sauberkeit war außerordentlich gut. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir bekamen viele sehr gute Tipps von Dina für Tavernen und Ausflüge. Besser gehts nicht. Der Frühstücksservice war ein Highlight. Die superfreundlichen Damen Rosa und Georgia haben uns so gut versorgt. Jeden morgen noch warmes Brot und auch sonst alles, was das Herz begehrt. Yoghurt, Früchte, Kuchen, Eier, usw. usw. Alles in allem können wir die Villas nur weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub finden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. .

Wir waren im Mai im Haus "Melia". Meinen Vorgängern ist eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen, Alles positive ist wahr, Fotos kein Fake. Wer öfters in Ferienhäusern ist kennt die Ausstattung mit Oma Häkeldecke und dem ausrangierten Nippes, das gibt es hier Alles nicht ! Küche super, Betten brandneu und top, meine persönliches Highlight echte Bettdecken, kuscheliges Decken, weiche Handtücher und ein Service von dem viele Hotels träumen. Dina und Kostas kümmern sich perfekt um ihre Gäste und die Idee Frühstück mit anzubieten fanden wir super, es wurde an alles gedacht. Ein großes Lob auch an Rose die für die Reinigung zuständig ist, noch nie waren wir in einem so sauberen Haus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub !

The Art Blue Villas are beautiful located on a hillside 10 min driving from Lefkada Village. They are even more beautiful than the photos on the homepage and that says a lot. The hospitality is great and the cleaners does a 5 star job; discreet, friendly and spotless. The breakfast is served in a cute basket and is adopted after you wishes and timings – excellent! The villas have everything you need - including materials to make your own barbecue if you want. Week one we stayed in Villa Melia, very cozy inside, comfortable bed and huge pool. The pool has a kids selection but no infinity feeling. Great option if you are looking for a cheaper option. Week two we stayed in Villa Levanda – the most luxurious of the villas. If you don’t need to think about money or you are a bigger group – this is the best option! It has a wonderful infinity pool (but smaller than Melia) with fantastic views & sunsets, the house is so modern and huge but still cozy. We almost never wanted to leave the poolside since it was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Art Blue Villas to anyone looking for a private, relaxed and luxurious place in Lefkada. You will need a car if you stay here and the last 5 min of driving are on a quite steep, narrow and dark (in the night) road so you do need to be a quite confident driver.

2 weken lang hebben we mogen genieten van de vriendelijke top-service die Dina en Kostas geven. Lees alle andere reviews en het klopt! De villa ( Melia ) is netjes en smaakvol ingericht. Mogelijk dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone handdoeken/badlakens. Goede bedden. De heerlijke ontbijtservices. Alle medewerkers zijn even vriendelijk. Onze villa had naast een filter koffiezetapparaat ook een espresso machine. Airco in alle kamers/woonkamer. Satellietontvanger en DVD speler. Horren voor alle ramen en deuren. Goede ligbedden bij je privé zwembad ( vila Melia heeft een enorm bad inclusief kinderbad ). En alles ziet er fris en netjes uit. De villa’s liggen tegen de berg op met elke avond een prachtige zonsondergang. Het laatste stukje weg naar het park is bijzonder steil maar absoluut geen probleem voor een volgepakte auto. Elk huisje heeft een eigen entree zodat je echt je eigen privé domeintje hebt. Centraal staan er wasmachines en een droger. Voor strandtripjes kan je een koelbox, parasols en oprolbare bedjes lenen. Voor de dagelijkse boodschappen is er in Tsoukalades ( 5 autominuten ) een mini-market. Grotere supermarkten zijn in Lefkada-stad ( 15 minuten ). Op 10 minuten afstand kan je naar Tsoukalades beach, een klein, maar prachtig strandje. Op 15 minuten Agios Nikitas voor je cappuccino aan het strand en Kathisma beach op 20 minuten waar je alle voorzieningen kan vinden (douches, bedden, omkleedhok bij Monato ) Het zijn 5 sterren villa’s met een 5 sterren vriendelijkheid!!

We stayed in Villa Melia on this visit, having stayed in Villa Rodia two years before. We hardly ever go back to stay at the same place, but this was just perfect for us. From the initial enquiry with Kostas to when we left to go back home we were made to feel so welcome. The villa was amazing! We arrived to another amazing view from the balcony, everything was made available and there was Ntina's wonderful home baked cake in arrival, ate with a glass of wine left for us watching the sun setting. What was even more special this year were the breakfasts!! When Ntina arrived with our request on the first morning, we knew we had ordered too much - but hey that's what holidays are about!! The villas was regularly cleaned, fresh towels and a change of bedding midweek, a daily pool clean and our villa had 18 outdoor seats - so much choice! We had a wonderful stay, will definitely recommend this to our friends and I have no doubt we will be back again soon. Excellent choice and excellent value for money, perfect hosts. Thank you!
