The villa is as described and the home looks like the pictures. I would actually say the home is better than the pictures. My entire family raved about this home, and everyone was happy with their rooms, bathroom, pool and overall amenities. High-end linens, luxury and stylish furniture, nice showers and kitchen amenities standout for this dwelling. The home is located an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach but is also private and secluded, away from traffic/noise. And while the house is simply perfection, what made the stay even better was the concierge team. We received EXCELLENT restaurant recs, and they were helpful for getting us taxi reservations, booking restaurant recommendations and advice on beaches. The owner, Giorgos, also stopped by to say hello and it was truly special to meet him and understand how this property came to his family. We LOVED this property. Thank you Kostas, Giorgos and team!!!!

There is so much space on offer that a group of 8-12 people could happily stay without feeling on top of one another - we were spoilt for choice for sunbathing spots! We just got back after a week at this beautiful and AMAZING villa. It has 2 very spacious kitchens and living areas, 6 large en-suite rooms + 2 incredible swimming pools with plenty of lounge space.George the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. Every time we thought of something we wanted, we would find it one minute later somewhere in the villa. He also went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed including local coffee and fresh fish deliveries on our request.The villa is also in a great location near the beach and local shops, restaurants, and cafes. I would recommend walking to Platanias for more restaurants and day trips to the must-see Elafonisi Beach and Chania Town.

The villa is centrally located in Agia Marina with everything nearby. Local beaches, great restaurants, and cute little shops are all within walking distance of the villa. If you wish to explore some of the best beaches in all of Crete with crystal clear waters and pink sand, you can easily drive to Elafonissi, Balos and Falasarna beaches - all less than 1.5 hours away. The villa itself is stunning, exactly as seen in the photos. Two bedrooms are on the top floor and 4 on the bottom floor (all with ensuite washrooms) that walk out to the pool deck. The two pools are gorgeous and offered plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. There are two kitchens and plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the pool and evening sunsets. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet in the evenings. The owner George is extremely helpful and was sending us suggestions for local restaurants to try - our favourite was Carte Postale for brunch on the way back to the airport, it has an amazing view of all of Chania!

George the owner goes through great lengths to make sure his guests are taken care of and we took advantage of almost every activity and restaurant recommendation he offered which ended up great!Don’t hesitate to book this one - it is well worth the stay! There are two living rooms, two kitchens, and two swimming pools, offering plenty of space to enjoy.George, who is responsible for the villa, was a perfect host — he personally welcomed us in the middle of the night with a stocked fridge, as our flight arrived late in the evening, and gave us the best recommendations on the island.This was by far the best experience we’ve had — even better than a five-star hotel. I’m eager to return to Crete just to stay at this villa again.
