Scenery Villas Chania es un complejo de 5 villas autónomas en la región de Upper Stalos en la ciudad de Chania. El paisaje Villa 5 Chania se construye a sólo 7 km del pintoresco puerto veneciano y del centro de la ciudad, en una arboleda de 10 acres, con absoluto respeto y armonización hacia la naturaleza. Combinando una estética y una funcionalidad impecables, definitivamente es un lugar que hace que los huéspedes se sientan especiales. La especificidad de estas villas es que, aunque están a solo 2,5 km de la playa más cercana, los restaurantes y las carreteras principales, los visitantes tienen la oportunidad de disfrutar de la absoluta serenidad y tranquilidad de la naturaleza, además de tener una vista del pintoresco mar y la montaña.

Scenery Villa 5 es la última y más nueva villa del complejo. Es apto para grupos de hasta 8 personas con una decoración sencilla y moderna, espacios prácticos y confortables. Su superficie total es de unos 180 metros cuadrados.

Tiene 4 dormitorios y 3 baños además de un aseo en la planta baja. En la planta baja se encuentra el salón con la cocina, el aseo y 3 dormitorios. En el primer piso está el cuarto dormitorio con una hermosa terraza con vista a la piscina y al mar.

El visitante tiene absoluta privacidad, teniendo la oportunidad de disfrutar de sus vacaciones en esta vivienda realmente funcional y estéticamente agradable. Dos de los dormitorios tienen una cama king-size, mientras que aquellos con camas individuales tienen una gran dimensión de 100x200cm. Como todas las demás villas del complejo, tiene su propia plaza de aparcamiento y piscina privada.

It was a stunning home, with a clean beautiful pool with amazing views. The pictures matched the villa and the communication we had from both the villa owner and also Dimitris from your company has been exceptional. The replies are instant and all my questions were answered. We truly enjoyed our time at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. The villa owner provided us with restaurant recommendations, beach recommendations and other activities. The only thing we would recommend for future users is to definitely rent a car as the villa is slightly out the way (some taxi drivers were a little confused where it was). Thank you and your team (especially Dimitris) for helping us with this trip and letting it work so smoothly. We would definitely recommend you guys to anyone.

Μείναμε απολύτως ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Ό,τι ζητήσαμε ο κύριος Στέλιος το πραγματοποίησε με περισσή ευγένεια, όπως επίσης μας έδωσε καταπληκτικά tips από το σε ποια παραλία να πάμε όταν φυσούσε έως τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και αν ξαναβρεθούμε στα μέρη σας ξέρουμε πού θα μείνουμε.

Nice and modern villa.

Nice and modern villa. Great room space and modern toilets. Toilet and shower were not working but dimitri arrived promptly to help fix this. Nice pool area and outdoor breakfast area. Good parking space.

We just returned from Margarita Villas last week and all I can say is that we had the best holiday ever ! Margarita the owner is an absolute lady and made us feel so welcome from our arrival. The quality of the villas are exceptional, we felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. We stayed in Villa number 5 which is a 4 bedroom villa, it was so spacious and everything in the villa is finished to an unbelievable standard. The location is remote but yet only a few minutes away from shops, bars, restaurants and lovely beaches. The Villas are also only a short journey from Chania airport and the beautiful harbour in Chania is only 15 minutes away. The views from the Villas are amazing. We cannot wait to go back next year ! If you are looking for somewhere very special to stay on your holidays in Crete all I can say is that I can't recommend Margarita Villas highly enough. The hospitality and kindness we were shown from the very start was so nice and genuine, we even were treated to fresh eggs from the farm every day !! If you are considering renting one of these Villas trust me you will not be disappointed.
