We had a lovely stay in Villa Agrilia, there are two villas in the grounds on Elaia Villas they are far enough away that it feels like your own space, the villas are clean, modern & spacious. Great facilities, everything was kept spotlessly clean and we had a lovely welcome from Stefanos. Fabulous beaches within walking distance, loved watching the planes that are really not intrusive (in case you are worried). Aircon was quiet and efficient. Lovely outdoor space and small pool. The villa and pool were perfect for our family of 5. We loved how easy it was to drive 10 minutes from the airport and jump in the pool, the local beaches are dreamy and the short drives to local restaurants recommended by the host were wonderful…

I was in vacation in Kefalonia with my family and Elaia Villas is the best accommodation for a vacation. A marvelous swimming pool, a very new house with a very, very nice interior decoration. We did a lot of photos because it was so beautiful !! The position is the best for moving all around the island: just 3 minutes from the airport, less than 10 minutes from Argostoli. From there you can easily reach each position of the island: north or south. Oh, it's just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches: Makris Gialos. About the hosts, well you can't find better hosts: they answered us for all of our questions in just some minutes and they gave us a lot of suggestions to see the island. No doubts: it's the best solution so far.

Elaia Villas is the best place to stay in Cephalonia!!!! We loved everything about it. The house is absolutely perfect: everything is brand new and shiny, very modern and tastefull, quiet surroundings. We were there only 4 days and the pool and the house were cleaned twice! You can eat from the floor - it's that clean. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathrooms (3) are new, clean and functional. Beds are very comfortable. Aircondition is in every room. There are two TVs and DVD players, radio with speakers. There is a lot of parking space. Poolside has comfortable chairs and nice lightening during night. View from the balcony (there are two upstairs) is breathtaking - neverending see. We were a little bit worried about how close it is to the Airport bu it was completely unnecessarily. You can hear the planes but it isn't loud at all and planes don't fly at night there. It was actually a lot of fun watching them land and start - You can take great pictures :D The next best thing about Elaia Villas is not a thing but a person - Stefanos - THE Owner. My and my friends travell a lot and have met a lot of nice and cool people around the world but nobody like Stefanos. He greeted us with a bollte of Cephalonian wine, he told us all about the Island, where to go, how to get there, what to see, what not to see. He recomended Taverna, where we ate some of the best greek meals we ever had in very good prices. He answered and responded when we needed some help. He is a great person and the best host You can ever imagine. All of his recommendations were accurate, helpfull and brought us a lot of nice experiance. He knew we loved tzatziki and when asked if we could fill the poll with tzatziki - he said yes 3 - FYI = we didn't ;)

Elaia Villas was booked for our family summer holiday this year. There are two villas available, we booked the one that included the mail villa and a separate self contained out house / bedroom. The owners Gregory and Stefanos were excellent throughout, sorting out minor issues quickly, but most importantly giving us details of the best places to visit and eat. The villa includes everything you need for a holiday and family. We did a mix of eating out, ordering food from restaurants to bring back to the villa and barbecuing. For food, please go to the fishmongers and butchers on the harbour front for great meat and fish. The supermarkets just didn’t compare in terms of price or quality. The pool was great, bigger than a plunge pool with a shallow and deeper end. A car is essential as the villas are a little away from things, but obviously that means you get peace and quiet pretty much non stop. The airport is only 5 mins away, but please don’t let that put you off as Kefalonia airport is no Heathrow. In fact we enjoyed seeing the few planes each day arrive and takeoff. There are so many beaches, one of our favourites was Al-Helis which was about a 15 min drive away. A lovely gently shelving bay, beach bar, umbrellas and loungers, and fish swimming between your legs in crystal blue water. On the days we went out and travelled the island we did all the main towns / sights covered in the guide books. One excursion recommendation - Captain Makis Glass Bottom Boat. A whole day out travelling the eastern cost of Kefalonia, stopping at a uninhabited island for snorkelling, bbq on the beach, volleyball and other games, mud baths and even karaoke on the journey back with a few beers and wine! We are a family of 5 (children 15, 11 and 4). Obviously this was a different holiday than one at a all inclusive hotel with non stop entertainment, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and felt fully relaxed upon our return to the UK.

Well, the place is perfect, 3 minutes to airport and 15 minutes to Argostoli the main city. 5 minutes away from Lassi where you can find lots of good restaurants and shops. The villa was in perfect condition as described in the website. Stefanos, one of the owners, was very kind in suggesting nice beaches where to go and good restaurants. Privacy and elegance are a warranty. There is a nice private pool and a good garden where to rest or having a barbecue, all needs for that are provided. Housekeeping and pool maintenance are done three times a week. Perfect place for family holiday in a very private and exclusive place. Lorenzo

The place is amazing !!! We stayed in Agrilia Villa. Both the main house and the guest house are very well engineered by the owners and very functional. We are extremely happy we met Stefanos and Gregory two very friendly, well organised, professionals who they assist us a lot. They even took the initiative to construct two wooden rumps for easy wheelchair access for my mother. The house is well equipped and cleaned at regular intervals; the swimming pool and the garden are maintained by professionals who visit discreetly at regular days; the whole service provided was of high standards and very satisfying. We would recommend the place to everyone.

SO stylish yet also comfortable, amazing modern amenities. I loved the beautiful outdoor space with amazing pool. The owners are SO nice and accommodating.They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. We WILL be back for sure. Thanks for all the amazing memories.

This villa is amazing !! From the point of booking the owner Stefanos was extremely helpful with all our requests. He passed us details of a car hire company , Simotos. We were given a 5 % discount by mentioning Elaia villas. A car is essential in Kefalonia , unless staying in a large resort. We were met at the villa by Stefanos , a five minute drive from the airport. He speaks very good English and communicated the day to day running of the villa . Cooker , aircon , cleaning rota etc. Also good restraunts and places to visit. The villa was cleaned by Alexandra every few days , she was very thorough and left the villa in an immaculate condition. The pool was cleaned the same , early in the morning . You won't even realise they've been. The villas are very well designed and have high end decor , bedding towels etc. The villa is close to a small shop , for day to day items. There are larger supermarkets in Lassi , and Agostoli ( approx 5 miles away ). There are quite a few good beaches within close proximity to the Villa , or drive into Lassi if you don't mind a busier beach . Stefanos even came to the Villa to offer us real estate advice . We are thinking of purchasing land in Minia. I won't give you any advice re Kefalonia , I'll let you conduct your own research. This was the 5th time I've been to Kefalonia , it was by far the best time we have had . This was down to the Villa and location. We stayed in villa Agrilia , which is the larger of the 2 villas on the olive Grove. Both villas are very private. I would highly recommend this villa to anybody who requires a high end villa with a lot of very tastefully designed space. In a private , tranquil location ; a great Base for exporting the island. We've booked again for the same time next year.

Elaia Villias provided us with the perfect base to explore the island, its proximity to the airport is a plus as you are relaxing by the pool soon after you land. The villa itself is very well maintained and has everything you need- the pictures do not do it justice! The pool is a really good size and perfect to cool off in. Our hosts we great providing us with lots of tips on what we should see and do whilst in Kefalonia. We are already arranging our next visit!

Best vacation ever!

Other than the fact that Cephalonia (kefalonia) is absolutely marvelous island! The Elaia villas are the best place to stay whether with friends or family. Totally private and secure, beautiful setting, well maintained with daily visits from the pool…
Other than the fact that Cephalonia (kefalonia) is absolutely marvelous island! The Elaia villas are the best place to stay whether with friends or family. Totally private and secure, beautiful setting, well maintained with daily visits from the pool guy, gardner and bi-weekly visits from housekeeping... it is also far more than this! It is the warm welcome, the attention and the care provided by managers of the property Stefanos and Gregory, amazing people! Definitely recommended and will definitely stay there again!

This is an outstanding property. One of the very few that we have visited where actually the pictures online are les flattering than the real impressions onsite. Located very close to the airport and to Argostoli, lying within (partially very old) olive trees. The property is brand new made with high quality materials. We spent 6 days as a family with our 3 teenager kids and actually didn't want to leave. The scenery is immaculate. Its a mixture of Italian and Greek atmosphere you get from the balcony while looking to the Ionian Sea. An outstanding sunset view will reward you at the end of every day. You can walk to the nearby beach or go for a jogging run (6km back and forth)/bike tour along the seashore. Kefallonia is a fantastic place for hike/bike tours and Elaia Villas can be your starting point. We opted to always stay one day at the villa and one day do a tour in the island. If you stay longer we do recommend intraday (early and late ferries available June-early September) tours to Ithaca (ferry from Sami), Zakynthos (ferry from Pessada) and Lefkada (ferry from Fiskardo). Don't miss to visit, Argostoli, Lixouri, Fiskardo, Assos, all 4 cities are must dos. Also visit the legendary Mirtos beach. Petani and Antisamos beaches being great too. Our one house villa with pool was extremely comfy for the 5 of us, I believe the nearby house is offering even more space with 2 buildings. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a long term stay of a bigger group, many supermarkets are nearby. The owners are great chaps and will help you with whatever you need. Please book this location for unforgettable and relaxed days with family and friends.
