From the very first moment, Nikos and Eirini made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. They are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, discreet, and always available whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. The villa is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Nestled in a gorgeous olive grove with views of the Ionian Sea, we stayed last October for a week. Nikos and Irini were wonderful hosts and truly made the experience unforgettable. They were on hand to warmly welcome us, provide recommendations (restaurants, excursions, supermarkets, beaches etc) and help us sort out bookings. The villa has every amenity you could possibly need, a daily maid service to keep the place fresh and beautiful outdoor space with a private pool. We rented a car which I would recommend to easily explore the island. The boat excursion was definitely a standout day, exploring the coves and swimming with the fish! The local taverna, upon Nikos’ recommendation, was a lovely evening - my favourite meal of the week! Also, the local cafe less than a 5 minute drive was a daily stop for frappes and tiropitas! ευχαριστώ, Nikos and Irini for a wonderful stay - we hope to return!

From the moment we landed Nikos took care of everything. We were welcomed with some essentials for the villa as well as a lovely home cooked meal and wine. The villa was beautiful inside and out, in a perfect location and only a short drive to the main town and beach. It was cleaned on a daily basis too which is not usually the case with Villa holidays. Nikos made some great restaurant and activity recommendations and was on hand 24/7 to help with anything we needed. Overall it was the perfect holiday and we will be booking again next year for sure!

The villa itself was modern, classic, spotless, beautifully maintained & it had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect: set just on the outskirts of town, it offers breathtaking views while still being close enough for our morning coffee or dinner. Nikos went above and beyond throughout our stay— and offerer to help us book activities, and shared fantastic recommendations for exploring the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

Just leaving this beautiful island after a fantastic week stay at the gorgeous Villa. The villa was a perfect place for ur family to stay on the island. The villa is close to the town yet removed from all the craziness. from the moment I inquired about my stay, Niko was more then helpful with my arrangement, and very patient I might add. The villa has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. A beautiful pool with very cozy lounge chairs. An outside table where I enjoyed my coffee every morning while gazing on to beautiful Ionia Sea. The beautiful view can be seen from many places in the villa. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by Niko with some island wine and a delicious homemade Greek meal. So nice and delicious. Niko checked in with us everyday to see if we needed anything, help with tours and reservations for dining. He made all our dinner reservations based on what we were in the mood to eat . The restaurants were the best on the island. We seemed to always have the best table with the best service and view thanks to Niko. He helped with beach suggestions too. Nothing was too much of a request for Niko. This villa is a great choice if you want a relaxed stay with great accommodations. A great places to enjoy family time . Staying at the Villa was the highlight of our week. The beds were comfortable and the place was kept super clean all week by daily housekeeping.Thank you again Niko for your very warm Greek hospitality, I will graciously recommend you and your villa anytime. Rarely do photos on a web site match the reality but in this case the photos do not do justice to the property. Our group of 7 stayed in the four bedroom villa for a week and could easily have stayed longer. The villa is immaculately presented with very large bedrooms all with ensuites and very comfortable modern furnishings, The kitchen is fully fitted out with high quality inclusions and adjoins a very spacious lounge area providing ample room for us all. At the rear is a beautifully maintained pool with views across the sea beyond. An attached garage with electronic door provided cover for our hire car and also contained the washing machine and dryer. A local well stocked mini-market is only a few minutes drive away together with a local tavern which provided succulent take away meals on a few nights. The main town at the port is only a 10 minute drive which would be an easy walk but more difficult climbing back up the hill. The on-site husband and wife managers are very friendly and welcoming, are available any time to help but also discreet in respecting guests privacy. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again for next year.

The villa is clean, modern and spacious for 4-5 people. If you own or have a rental car, Nikos' villa is an ideal option for spending few days to weeks at Zakynthos. Nikos also lives in the same community, so he can drive us from and to the airport, and quickly respond to requests.

La villa est très bien située, proche de Zante dans un endroit calme entouré d'oliviers avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Il est possible également d'aller profiter des nombreuses plages que l'île de Zakynthos offre (entre 30 et 50 min pour les plus loin). Il y a aussi une très belle taverne (i Bassia) à 5 min de la maison en voiture, où l'on mange très bien; magnifique atmosphère la taverne a une très belle terrasse entourée de lavande avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Il est nécessaire de louer une voiture pour pouvoir découvrir cette magnifique île et sortir des endroits trop touristiques. Nikos le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention (vin et fruits/légumes et olives nous attendaient à notre arrivée tardive dans la villa.) Toujours disponible et aidant il nous a beaucoup renseigné pour les bonnes adresses (restaurants, plages etc...). Un magnifique séjour sur cette île dans une magnifique villa! Que de bonheur!

Очень уютный, новый и дружелюбный интерьер где все продумано до мелочей и даже есть гладильная доска и утюг. Очень чисто и каждый день уборка. По приезду нас ожидал Никос с ключами, он живет в соседнем доме. Он всегда был на связи и даже с радостью составил нам план-рекомендацию на три дня по Закинтосу включая рестораны которые стоит посетить. Так же по приезду нас ожидали вкуснейшие фрукты и бутылка вина в подарок. И даже 4 яйца в холодильнике на завтрак, на всякий случай - это было очень мило. Возле бассейна цвели цветы возле которых всегда летало много бабочек - это было похоже на рай. И на территории растут оливковые деревья, лаванда, розмарин, апельсины и лимоны. А из окна на втором этаже даже можно было наблюдать рассвет. Сама Вилла находится в 5 минутах от центра города Закинтоса и 15 минут до аэропорта, но самолетов мы не слышали. Нам очень понравилось и жалко было уезжать. Спасибо огромное за гостепреимство!

We were seeking a luxury villa holiday and found these villas through an internet search and consider ourselves very lucky to have found them. The pictures of the villa Athina really do not do it justice -the pool, the views, the gardens and the living accommodation are the best we have stayed in anywhere in Greece. Nikos the owner is fabulous as are his family, nothing was too much trouble and we trusted him to arrange the car hire for us. He met us at the airport where the car was delivered and we followed him to the villas. He showed us around and provided us with a wonderful welcome meal of vegetarian moussaka, Greek salad and bread. He also provided two fabulous bottles of wine and the fridge was stocked with fruit and water. Throughout our stay he was always on hand (in a very unobtrusive way) to assist with anything, make recommendations for restaurants and trips out and you absolutely must try his mother in laws mince moussaka the best I have every tasted! The maid visits daily and the villa is therefore kept completely spotless. We could not recommend the villas enough and we certainly intend to return next Summer. Thank you Nikos for a fantastic stay. Gavin, Dawn and family....l

The host is extremelly nice and sweet. There were free still waters in the fridge which the host has prepared for us. And the host is extremelly friendly and helpful as well，he picked up us in the airports and rent the car for us. They were on hand to warmly welcome us, provide recommendations (restaurants, excursions, supermarkets, beaches etc) and help us sort out bookings. The villa has every amenity you could possibly need, a daily maid service to keep the place fresh and beautiful outdoor space with a private pool. We rented a car which I would recommend to easily explore the island. The boat excursion was definitely a standout day, exploring the coves and swimming with the fish! The local taverna, upon Nikos’ recommendation, was a lovely evening - my favourite meal of the week! Also, the local cafe less than a 5 minute drive was a daily stop for frappes and tiropitas! ευχαριστώ, Nikos and Irini for a wonderful stay - we hope to return!
