Great villa and location!

We stayed in this villa for 11 nights with our two young boys and have had the best family holiday we have ever had! The villa itself is beautifully furnished, with a wonderful pool, exceptionally comfortable beds, and is very well equipped in the kitchen…
We stayed in this villa for 11 nights with our two young boys and have had the best family holiday we have ever had! The villa itself is beautifully furnished, with a wonderful pool, exceptionally comfortable beds, and is very well equipped in the kitchen but also bathrooms and indoor and outdoor living areas. The location was just perfect! We hired a car and so were able to access the island very easily. The villas are also only 5-10 minutes from Zakynthos Town, which was a lovely place to spend an evening with lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Nikos our host was also amazing! Every single one of his recommendations for beaches to visit, restaurants to try or activities to do were 100% spot on! He is incredibly welcoming and no request or question was ever too much trouble. We will definitely be returning again and would fully recommend these villas to anyone considering a holiday on the beautiful island of Zakynthos!

The villa is beautifully situated, offering stunning views, a tranquil atmosphere and easy access. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts, which were both delicious and beautifully presented. The local wine and restaurant suggestions from Nikos and Irini were spot-on, allowing us to savor the best of Zakynthos cuisine. One of the highlights of our stay was the chartered boat trip, which provided us with an unforgettable adventure exploring the crystal-clear waters and hidden gems of the island. Daily housekeeping by Linda was impeccable; she ensured our villa and pool area were always spotless and comfortable, adding a personal touch to our stay with her friendly demeanor and attention to detail. Nikos and Irini were always easily available via the chat group and responded quickly to any queries we had, such as when the WiFi router broke down and was promptly replaced.

Exceptional place!

We stayed for 9 nights at the beginning of August with our two boys aged 10 & 14 and had the most relaxing stay. The brand new villa is stunning - very private, beautifully furnished, with a very large, pristinely clean pool, very comfortable beds, enormous walk-in showers, super quiet air-con all individually controlled. We especially loved all the different seating areas outside, full sun, full shade, partial sun/shade - all of which were available all day, to suit everyone. Loved the super comfy giant beanbags and plenty of luxuriously padded sun beds. The location was on the quiet side. Hiring a car I would say is essential. We ate in the villa a lot and so we needed a car for the supermarket but we had already planned to hire a car anyway to discover the island. Nikos and Irini our hosts were also amazing. Very welcoming and on hand for anything you require. Nothing is too much trouble. We could not fault this villa. We would love to return and would fully recommend these villas to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Nikos!

Super friendly service / concierge service via WhatsApp - the team did all our bookings for dining, tours, taxis, car rental - and daily deliveries of wine (to be paired with our self-catered meals). Moving on the villa itself was amazing, far better than what you see in the pictures. High quality utilities and an amazing peaceful feel. The villa is very private with a large pool & garden. The villa has amazing aesthetics, and a luxury feel from top to bottom. Nikos as a host was amazing, from car rental, trips, food, he was always there to help out.
