This is a 5 stars villa!

Everything was amazing. We got a tour of the villa when we arrived and the girl was sooo proffesional. You get everything you need here : multiple towels, hairdryer in every room, slippers, bathrobes, some things for breakfast and multiple kitchen appliances…
Everything was amazing. We got a tour of the villa when we arrived and the girl was sooo proffesional. You get everything you need here : multiple towels, hairdryer in every room, slippers, bathrobes, some things for breakfast and multiple kitchen appliances. The villa is very very clean and neat. They sent us a list of recommended places when we arrived and told us to contact them with any question and don t hesitate. We also had a little guest , a little stray cat which we loved so much and fed I already miss him so much , he knew he wasn t allowed inside and didn t even try to go in. The pool was very clean and I loved the olive tree. All the plants were so well maintained! All 6 of us loved it so much!

From the beginning we were met with the most upscale service. Chara offered transport to the villa from the port. We drove our own vehicle but she greeted us at the villa, so friendly, and showed us our PRIVATE GATED parking space! WOW. She toured us around the gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa and even had snacks and drinks in the fridge for us. She gave us a bottle of local wine and some mezze as well, in addition to fresh flowers on the coffee table. Unreal hospitality. The rooms were all stunning and elevated. There is also laundry and a fitness center! It was unreal. The pool was perfect and the lighting was impeccable. I can’t speak highly enough of this gorgeous palace! The residence is gated and feels very secure. It’s close to the town and has great access to the rest of the island. The hospitality during our stay was also so impeccable. Chara checked on us without overwhelming us and even helped us with random questions during our stay. I was so sad to leave! This villa was priced better than a hotel on the island and had entirely better hospitality than any hotel I’ve stayed. We will be back and request this villa!

She welcomed us and arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, when we arrived she greeted us with a bottle of wine, had the fridge stocked with ice and coffee essentials. She showed us through the apartment and how to work everything. We were able to text her through our stay to inquire about the island and anything else we needed. AMAZING.

The villa was exactly as pictured. Modern and with everything we needed. We loved the pool and lounge and kitchen areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. Chara was fantastic and met us to check us in as well came very early to say goodbye at 6am which I thought was crazy but she did it. It was not expected. I highly recommend the villa. Close to the main town and facing the ocean with beautiful views. It was the best experience and I will definitely be back!

Picked up from the airport and driven to the villa, from the start the greeting was welcoming and friendly. One of the team met us at the villa to explain all the facilities, a welcome package of bread, milk plus some essentials for our first breakfast and a bottle of very nice wine. All topped off by a beautiful bunch of flowers for my wife. The accommodation was to a high standard with great views over the sea from the front bedroom, lounge and pool area with plenty of seating and BBQ. The villa is furnished to a high standard with a modern feel. Beds were comfortable and cleaning service decided by what we wanted. Its very much about you, your stay and making sure you are supported with information and advice on local facilities. Thank you to the owner and their amazing team for making our stay in Zante so relaxing and comfortable

But Daniela absolutely makes the holiday - nothing is too much; organised quality takeaway as we were arriving late, organised hire car delivery and pick up from the house with free transfers so didn’t need a car with a huge boot, organised beach club/restaurant and generally anything we needed. Amazing host. Five stars plus

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness and management. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the house was meticulously maintained. Every corner of the house was spotless! But what truly made our stay exceptional, was the fantastic manager, Despoina. She was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our entire stay. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately, and she went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made us feel welcomed and well-cared for. Overall, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you Despoina for everything!

I found this villa through another contact in Zakynthos as the original villa was not available for my dates. I'm so glad she put me in touch with Ms Chara, she is a fantastic manager of this villa. From initial contact until we arrived, she answered every question I needed, promptly before our arrival, and arranged for pick up from the airport as transfer is included in the cost. On arrival Chara was there to meet us and showed us around the villa and how things worked etc. A lovely touch was a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine and cashnew nuts on the table as we arrived. Also left was breakfast items, biscuits, bread, butter, jams, milk and snacks so we had something for next morning. Chara also sent me a WhatsApp to recommend everything needed from restaurants to taxis to supermarkets and beaches with contact details or Google link for each place. Very useful. Now onto the villa, everything is top notch, all the kitchen equipment that you could want, and highest quality on appliances and crockery. If you like cooking like us, you are left with olive oil, pepper, salt etc. This is not normally provide at villas. The living room sofa is very comfortable to be able to watch TV when we had a couple of cloudy days and this is where the very huge JBL speaker is located which has a fantastic sound easily connected to your phone through Bluetooth, this we used a lot throughout the holiday inside the villa and listening to music whilst sunbathing and in the pool. The sunbeds provided are extremely comfortable with huge big cushions that made for sunbathing in the day very relaxing, the pool bed was an added bonus and also very comfortable to lie on in the sunshine. We didn't use the BBQ on this holiday, but was a good size and seating area to eat was large with comfortable seats, a lovely area to sit early evening is the large outside sofa whilst enjoying the surroundings as this villa is magical at night when the lights come on. The bedrooms are all equally sized with huge beds and the mattresses allowed us to have great night's sleep throughout our stay. The master bedroom was slightly larger, with a lovely terrace/balcony overlooking the pool. Each bathroom had every amenity you could need, from shampoo, shower gel, even toothpaste and toothbrushes and all stocked with toilet roll, so no need to purchase this either whilst was were there. In terms of location, beautiful view over the ioanian sea, we had a car to drive around which was useful to see the island and for food shopping trips to the supermarkets. There are smaller ones in Zakynthos town, but if you want more selection and better prices, then around 10 mins drive to other supermarkets. The villa is only 5 minutes in a taxi to Zakynthos town and a similar distance to Tsilivi and cost us 10 to 15 euros per journey. So ideal location between 2 resorts. I would not hesitate to recommend the Villa for a luxurious stay, very high standard throughout and Chara on hand with quick responses throughout our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality and advice whilst we stayed at the Villa Chara If we visit Zakynthos again in the future, we will definitely return to this villa.

The location was great although we stayed at the villa most days as the pool was superb and as a couple we wanted to relax together. Chara, our host was very friendly, extremely accommodating and always available. She helped us with tips and organizing excursions and was immediately helpful with all questions and concerns. Thank you! As a welcome, we were provided with lots of fresh fruits, treats and drinks. In addition, she surprised us by giving us a birthday cake for our son – really very generous! Parking at the car park at the house is a challenge, but it was feasible.

This is pure relaxation, comfort and luxury. Starting from the arrival and reception. Our host at the villa, is a wonderful person that meets all your demands and more, very much on time with reminders, communication, recommendations and help, if needed. First thing we noticed is how clean the entire villa is, remarkable and excellent! The villa is located on a beautiful spot that gives you a view of the ocean, surrounded by typical Greek architecture and nature. All of the facilities are in perfect condition, the infinity style-pool with sunbed(s) and star-lights in the water are mesmerizing… It brings you the galaxy right beside you. As above, so below. Crystal clear water that is used by all kinds of birds during the day, having a drink, says enough I think… The bedrooms, bathrooms, living and balcony are amazing. They give you a relaxing sensation and colors are well combined. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Cooking outside was lovely, fully equipped kitchen in- and outdoors. Last but not least, the private parking with automated fence is perfect, the garden and villa lighting outside sets the mood for an great night to come… If we ever come to Zakynthos again, no doubt about the villa we will book… Our highest recommendation!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa in Zakynthos for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. What truly made our visit special was the warm hospitality extended by our host, Desponia. From the moment we arrived, Desponia made us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring that all our needs were met and that we felt right at home. Her personal touch added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Villa for anyone looking to experience the charm of Zakynthos with the added benefit of excellent service and a wonderful host.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Daniela welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and immediately demonstrated exceptional hospitality. The villa is simply superb: Modern, beautiful and equipped with today's comforts. I couldn't have found anything better. Comfort and services at the level of a 5-star hotel. Nothing is missing. We don’t often leave a review but felt this deserved the effort. We stayed at the Villa for 10 nights in May. We have no kids, research heavily for a villa which is walking distance to good restaurants, quiet location with a view. Having stayed at several villas, this is by far the best. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want - it also came with Olive Oil, Salt/Pepper grinder, foil, dishwasher tabs etc which is not always the case. The pool area was perfect, comfy loungers, good wireless speaker, BBQ was great with all utensils you need. Beds super comfy, sheets also. Cleaning is available whenever you require and they do a great job. Restaurants nearby (Bassia- beautiful setting, great service, cheap wine; Marpesa (good food, great service, big rations),Yard of Taste (good but intense service), Paradosiako (really good), Prosilio (more high end and not as authentic as others but good experience). Zazu best cocktails in town too. Finally, Chara our host was amazing. Always responsive and respectful of time and space. Thank you so much and hopefully see you soon

It is not directly on the beach but you can walk to the beach easily . Chara took in charge our check in and out. She is wonderful person , very professional and super reactive for anything ! The villa is new and very clean . Lots of fournitures are available in the bathrooms and kitchen : super useful ! The vue is anazing . We often rent villas and we really reccomand this one !

I booked this for my partner and I for 2 nights and loved every minute. It is a beautiful and modern villa with everything you need. The gym was good and it has a lovely outdoor area with a barbecue. The huge sunbed was ideal to lounge around by the swimming pool. Having a fully equipped kitchen also a great bonus as we like to cook, if we were staying for longer it would be even more appreciated. The house is really well decorated and the living room very roomy. But the views of the sea were the best bit! I'd love to live here forever!! It is also worth mentioning Daniella - brilliant host and always on hand should you need anything, she had some fab recommendations too. Thank you!

The infinity pool was a personal favorite, offering stunning sea views and endless relaxation. What truly set this villa apart, though, was the incredible lighting. As evening fell, the soft, ambient lights created a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, transforming the space into a serene retreat. This villa strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to make my birthday memories!

You get everything you need here : multiple towels, hairdryer in every room, slippers, bathrobes, some things for breakfast and multiple kitchen appliances. The villa is very very clean and neat. You get everything you need here : multiple towels, hairdryer in every room, slippers, bathrobes, some things for breakfast and multiple kitchen appliances. The villa is very very clean and neat. They sent us a list of recommended places when we arrived and told us to contact them with any question and don t hesitate. We also had a little guest , a little stray cat which we loved so much and fed I already miss him so much , he knew he wasn t allowed inside and didn t even try to go in. The pool was very clean and I loved the olive tree. All the plants were so well maintained! All 6 of us loved it so much!

From the beginning we were met with the most upscale service. Chara offered transport to the villa from the port. We drove our own vehicle but she greeted us at the villa, so friendly, and showed us our PRIVATE GATED parking space! WOW. She gave us a bottle of local wine and some mezze as well, in addition to fresh flowers on the coffee table. Unreal hospitality. The rooms were all stunning and elevated. There is also laundry and a fitness center! It was unreal. The pool was perfect and the lighting was impeccable. I can’t speak highly enough of this gorgeous palace! The residence is gated and feels very secure. It’s close to the town and has great access to the rest of the island. The hospitality during our stay was also so impeccable. Chara checked on us without overwhelming us and even helped us with random questions during our stay. I was so sad to leave! This villa was priced better than a hotel on the island and had entirely better hospitality than any hotel I’ve stayed. We will be back and request this villa!
