Incredible place to stay in Zakynthos!

Very centralized location (close drive to both Zante town and Planos) and in general a great spot to be at on the island. We were so happy with our stay. Make sure you wake up early to watch the incredible sunrises from the pool.

The communication was great, she responded very quickly, was extremely flexible with check-in because of the arrival times by plane and rental car. Where you can't always specify the exact time. But it was super easy with the check in. The facility is always well maintained and we had everything we needed. Zakynthos town itself was about a 20-minute walk. Nevertheless, we usually went by rental car to the harbor where we could always park super easily. We went with our two kids and were all more than satisfied

The location was great too - less than 10 minutes away from Zakynthos City.The bed upstairs was not comfortable to our taste (too firm), but they had beds downstairs in the couches that suited us better.

A view to Remember ! Perfect spot for rest & relaxation.

We could honestly not have asked for anything else with this villa. The villa & view were incredible. Had everything we could possibly need. Right in the middle of 2 towns so lots of choice for shops & food. We will definitely be booking again…

Fantastic Villa

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. The quality of the stay we had is perfect. The villa is exquisite. Very modern and clean. They used only high-quality materials to build and accommodate the villa. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. High-end airconditioning makes the stay inside very pleasant. The bathrooms are spacious and cosy. The garden and the pool perfectly match the pictures, it make you feel like you have a luxury resort all for yourself. The advantage is that it's all entirely private! The view over the sea and the rest of the island is breath-taking, and the lights at night makes it look even more magical. The owners were adorable. They are very kind and helpful. They made us feel like we visited family. We felt at home right away and they gave us all the privacy we needed after showing us around. They are a phone call away and are very responsive. If we have to describe our stay in one word: PERFECT!!! PS: it was so good we decided to stay an extra night! I strongly recommend everyone looking for a spotless, private, luxurious and magical stay come here. It is PERFECT!! Thank you Maria and Stelios for the amazing time we had at your Villa. The villa was as pictured, it was beautiful and had some great views!

We enjoyed being so close to Zante town and the middle of the island, but also just far above town that it was quiet and peaceful. The house was stocked with drinks and snacks which made it even more welcoming! Would definitely stay here again.

The villa has everything you need and more, the views, pool and privacy are great.

The host is friendly and very responsive and made is feel at home. We would recommend this villa to couples and families who are looking for a quite stay near villages, restaurants etc.

But it was super easy with the check in. The facility is always well maintained and we had everything we needed. Zakynthos town itself was about a 20-minute walk.
