Nayia Paradise Villa is an astonishing huge villa, giving you the feeling that you are holidaying in a palace in total privacy. With tons of space, a great location, and stunning sea and mountain views, you are going to have your best holiday ever. This is a promise!!

Villa Nayia Paradise is a fantastic property and is the perfect getaway for families and groups. If it is luxury and relaxation you are after, then this is the Villa for you! She is a spacious five-bedroom (all en-suite) villa, offering luxury opulence in private holiday villa accommodation.

The villa is very private (car is essential), and she is situated behind the village of Kissonerga, very near to the famous Coral Bay Beach at Paphos. She is nestled among 6 hectares of private orange groves and large tended gardens over 500m² at an elevated unique setting.

The villa offers, panoramic sea and mountain views with stunning sunsets and facilities for recreation and relaxation, beyond compare. The villa has a huge range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated, SAFE and relaxed, during your holiday

The villa is beautifully furnished and includes air conditioning in every room, a TV & DVD player, a fitted kitchen, outside furniture, lovely interior furniture, and linen (including all towels). The furnished interior offering a high standard of comfort, comprises a 400m² of covered living area, with a separate dining and kitchen area, huge living room, plus five en suite bedrooms all containing, new 32 inches Led Flat-screen TV with 2 HDMI sockets and a USB connection, radio, powerful air conditioning, central heating and for added comfort, fly screens are fitted throughout.

Also, the villa has a DVD player with 100 great DVD movies, a play station 3 consoles with the best 20 games, a big selection of books, two big boxes with children's games and a Radio cd- USB player.

All five bedrooms, the living area, and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating (see rental rates), and for added comfort fly screens are fitted throughout. Two safety deposit boxes are supplied. Two irons and ironing boards (one for each level) are available. Two baby cots and two high chairs, baby car sitting, stair gaits, bed rails, and children's toys can be provided on request for free. The villa has a high-speed wireless internet connection covering all areas, and a central alarm system (no cameras).

The villa offers extensive outdoor shaded areas including an outdoor shaded dining area and a shaded outdoor lounge area that offers stunning sea views. The outdoor grounds are arranged over two levels. The first tier provides plenty of space for all fresco dining with a large rattan table for ten, a relaxing area with rattan sofas for 10, cd player, a professional aluminum ping pong table, and a huge pergola shade cover area with a Superleague 7x4 Slate Bed Pub Pool Table many gym equipment and rattan furniture.

The BBQ area features, a built-in BBQ, a wooden pergola, and a Rattan table with chairs for ten. A charcoal bbq with skewers and a big stainless steel gas BBQ is provided. Additional the BBQ area has an outside sign with drinkable water to clean and prepare your meal. Generally, the BBQ area has all the equipment for cooking and having great meals, and an excellent time out at the fresco.

In order to make holidaying at Nayia Paradise, an absolute pleasure and a Paradise on earth the villa offers: Impressive 12m x 6m private gated-monitoring swimming pool with walk-in steps and ladder, billiard table under an exclusive pergola shade-covered area, outdoor table tennis, huge DVD movie collection, 6 led TVs, Playstation 3 console with 20 games, indoor Jacuzzi for two, high-speed Wi-fi, a big selection of books, IPTV system for unlimited movies and sports with international country and channel options, villa alarm system (NO CAMERAS), a separate water refrigerator with 3 bottles, an excellent fully equipped build-in BBQ area with pergola, drinkable water outside sink to clean and prepare your meal, cots, high chairs, baby car sitting, stair gaits, bed rails, children toys. Generally, anything you need, the villa has it and is available for free, to make your family holiday as easy and relaxed, as possible.

Excellent Villa 5/5 Stayed Jun 2019 Charlotte M. From the moment we booked this property Tasos the owner made contact and provide additional info. He helped to arrange transfers and taxis, making getting out and about from this more remote villa very easy. We chose not to hire a car as most of our outings involved drinking (we were attending a wedding) but if you are staying for longer I’d recommend having one. On arrival (late on our first day) Tasos has put a few essentials in the fridge ensuring we had what we needed before going the the local supermarket. This spacious villa was perfect for our large group (couples and singles) with large rooms all with en-suites and plenty of communal areas too. It would also suit two families traveling together . The kitchen has everything you could think of and more for all you daily needs, a water fountain and two fridges. The outdoor area was perfect! Plenty of loungers and games etc. The villa is quite remote which suited us! We partied all day and night with no worries about noise and at night you could hear a pin drop so sleeping was easy! Thank you Tasos for letting us stay at your beautiful villa !

The standard is very high indeed and facilities include the biggest villa and pool we have encountered ever - plus Pool Table, Table Football and Table Tennis for those competitive moments. Two massive fridge freezers and loads of kitchen equipment and crockery. Massive, moveable on wheels and very strong umbrellas easily cope with the delightful breeze and all sunbeds are fully adjustable and with lovely full length cushions. Those with younger children will appreciate the gated area round the very clean pool. The swimming pool has lights inside and around it outside. Looks magic at night and cannot recommend enough a cooling swim before bedtime - especially when very hot. Children note - walk don't run if wet costumes/feet - inside and outside the Villa. All bedrooms have en suite facilities - 2 doubles and 3 twins. All bedrooms have air conditioning and one in lounge and one in kitchen. Amazing - we just wish we were still there now. Definitly going to come back!!!

Great facilities Great location Had an amazing time with my friends and we all enjoyed zero worries while there. Could not ask for a better getaway villa . Highly recommanded .
