The villa offers spacious and luxurious bedrooms opening to private balconies and adding the double sofa bed it hosts up to 8 people. It also has a functional kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, a comfortable dining area, an open plan living room, an entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV, an elegant study room with a library, and spacious bathrooms with hydro massage. The house is designed to provide a comfortable stay to guests with everything needed to make them feel at home. There are many amenities and features such as air conditioning throughout the two floors, high-speed internet connection, washing machine & ironing facilities, hairdryers, safety deposit box, an elevator, spacious furnished verandas with sea views, private parking, swimming pool, and BBQ facilities.

The villa is equally impressive and offers large well-tended gardens with a pool area equipped with parasols and sunbeds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed time under the golden rays of the Greek sun. The house also has spacious verandas both on the ground and first floor with great views of the surrounding area, ideal to relax in the morning or the evening. The villa also offers a fully equipped BBQ with a sitting area in the garden, where guests can enjoy a truly unique outdoor dining experience.

The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the island's major attractions and just a short drive from the center of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. The village is a protected settlement still retaining its’ traditional character, and in fact, it is one of the oldest villages on the island with historical evidence and artifacts indicating that the village existed well before the 15th century. Walking around the village's narrow winding streets with beautiful neoclassic houses painted in bright, vibrant colors, leads down to the lively main square of the village, where you can find many shops, markets, bakeries, cafeterias, bars, and traditional restaurants.

The villa is an ideal base for those who want to make the most of their holidays in Rhodes. Within a few minute's drive you can reach some of the best beaches on the island and the popular summer resort of Faliraki with its’ lively atmosphere and vibrant nightlife. Finally, for those that seek to do some sightseeing during their holidays, a number of important sights are within close proximity of the house. The Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage as well as the acropolis of Rhodes is located 7 km away. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately a half-hour drive too.

Excellent time spent at the villa.

I can suggest it to anyone traveling to Rhodes.

The 7 of us in our group had a wonderful time at the property in. When we arrived, it was spotless, and the location is fantastic. The Villa is suitable for accommodating larger groups.

We had a wonderful stay at this expansive home. It was a perfect fit for five of us -- one grandparent, two parents and two kids. The outdoor living space is lovely and our kids, 8 and 11, particularly loved the pool. We all enjoyed plenty of room to spread out and a full kitchen for sharing meals. The host stocked the refrigerator with basics for our arrival, which was very welcome after a full day of travel. The location is a short walk (5-10 mins) from the Koskinou center on a road with no sidewalk, but we made the walking trip many times without incident. It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and very spacious villa with an excellent location, in a quiet area of Koskinou village. Everything was working well with the property. The villa is very clean and neat. You can reach both the city of Rhodes or Faliraki in ten minutes by car and also Lindos is only 30 minutes drive away. There are several lovely beaches in a few kilometers distance. The villa is very spacious and accommodated well our family of six persons. Everyone found enough own space in the villa. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The owner, who lives in the next house, was very friendly and helpful with everything.
