Dioni Villa Chania is a brand-new modern structure with total area of ​​200 sqm on a plot of 1.5 acres filled mainly with olives, herbs and fruit trees. It stands out because of its ideal location, its modern design and unique interior decoration. Around the villa and the plot there are olive trees giving the character of isolation.

Dioni Villa Chania consists of 3 great and spacious bedrooms, one attic, kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. It has heating and cooling system, alarm, space, comfort and silent operation. Entering Dioni Villa Chania, there is an open plan living room with satelite TV and the comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the equippment and appliances that can be necessary. At the same area, there is the dining area for up to 8 people. On the ground floor, there is also a WC. Coming out on the terrace you will find the large swimming pool and the garden of the house that is ideal for relaxing under the Cretan sun.

Upstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms, the attic and 2 more bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In that bedroom there is also an attic with a queen size double bed. The rest bedrooms share 1 large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. All areas of the house have panoramic sea views. Outside is a private pool of about 40 sqm and a comfortable patio with large table. There is a pillow menu and a wardrobe with a variety of pillows with different hardness, in order to choose the ideal pillow for you. Finally, there is a playground for children and a table tennis. We can also offer you baby cot and high chair for free. Dioni Villa Chania is a choice for unforgettable holidays in Crete island, ideal for relaxation in a peaceful environment with magnificent panoramic sea view and a perfect spot to explore the West Crete.

We booked Villa Dioni for 6 days with 6 people and had a great time and were very satisfied. The villa is in top modern and clean condition and offers enough space inside and outside. It is equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, washing machine, jukebox, grill station, table tennis, etc.) The terrace offers a wonderful view over the olive groves and the sea and the pool is a great way to cool off. There are only a few other houses around the villa, so that you are practically on your own. The service and the cleanliness of the villa were great. The cleaning staff came in coordination after 2 days cleaned the house and the garden and changed the towels. Another change of towels would have been great, but certainly possible for longer stays.

We had a wonderful time in Villa Dioni near Chania in Crete, with our 5 person family. The house was great, spacious, clean and modern. Good beds, nice bathrooms, good kitchen, goodworking airco's, lovely outside BBQ, dito swimmingpool, a pingpongtable with bats and balls; good cleaning service twice a week with changing of sheets and towels. I appreciated a lot the good communication with the house owner ; she already contacted me with Whatsapp a week before we went there, to ask if we needed to know some information. Also during the stay she was very easily reachable and helpfull. The house is positioned next to a main road, but still a very quiet road, with hardly any traffic. In 3 minutes driving you're in the first small village where there are already the first shops. The greater village Platanias, on max. 10 minuts driving, has a large beach with jet-ski, parasailing, bananaboat, diving,... and lots and lots of nice bars and restaurants. Also we had no problems with the agency of Uniquevillas. They were correct and easy to work with. All by email. In conclusion, we had a great experience, and if we would go back to Crete , we would certainly work with Uniquevillas again; and the house Villa Dioni is definitely to be recommended!!! Just because Crete is so big, we might choose another region and another house next time, and so not choose the same house, only for that reason.

The villa is in a quiet area, it has a nice view over the sea, everything you need for relaxing holidays!

We had a great stay in Villa Dioni!!! We loved the villa, inside as well as outside, there was very good and modern comfort, nice swimming pool, etc.

This is a wonderful villa! Having our own pool was very nice. The villa had a good location on top of a hill with nobody else around. Good communication the owner, they were all so helpful. When we arrived, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and the villa was very clean. We had cleaners there twice in the ten days we were there. One day we had some issues with a lock to one of the bedrooms, and got it fixed in no time, he even brought with him some local pastries. He also picked vegetables and fruit from the garden for us to enjoy. Lovely people! I have already recommended the place to friends.

The garden and pool are maintained very well and we spent a lot of hours there swimming, sunbathing and using the outside grill. The view over the sea is stunning and you can watch the sunset from the terrace. The house is very clean and mid-stay the cleaners came and exchanged towels, bedding etc. I would also like to highlight the communication with the hosts. They were always available for any questions and super friendly and helpful.

We were glad to stay in Dioni villa. We liked this experience very much. First of all, the location is very good. There is seeview and valley view, it is situated on top of the hill. I would like to note a modern interior design. Everything is well-thought. Bedrooms are equipped for people of different ages so that it is convenient for families. Outside territory is good for kids as well. The pool is excellent. There are also barbecue zone and sport games zone as well. So that if you don't want to go outside you will have something to do in the villa. Also I need to note hospitality of the owners. They solved problems quickly. For example, they quickly responded and solved WI-FI problem. It was very pleased to come late night and find snacks and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Cleaning service is also very good. We are ready to return next year!!!!

The view from the villa is marvelous, almost unobstructed 180 degrees seaview and every evening a sunset like you have never seen before. The quiet surroundings add to a feeling of total privacy, with very few houses around. Still close to shops and restaurants at the sea , in 5 minutes drive. The villa is wonderful, spacy, modern and clean. We had several days weveven did not feel the need tongo out, just staying st the villa is a pleasure itself. Pool is perfect. We certainly would like to go back again!.

Een fantastisch huis in een prachtige omgeving met zeezicht.

Het huis ligt op een heuvel met zicht op zee. Heel confortabelen erg schoon 3 x per week worden de bedden verschoond en het huis schoongemaakt. Kelly de eigenaresse is erg vriendlijk. Echt een aanrader. Chania is een leuke plaats.

A family Vacation , 6 adults , we had a rented car. A charming Villa . very functional , roomy , Well equipped and very modern. spotless clean , highly maintained and looks much better than the pictures . very quite area . a professional table tennis in the garden which we used a lot ... Close to the village where we had more than few supermarkets to stock up , great restaurants to dine. great location in terms of visiting nearby cities , locations and shores ( Xania , rethimno and more ) . Kelly was reachable 24x7 ( we used whatsapp ) . we felt like a family guests and she gave us so many helpful tips which really made the difference . We were overwhelmed by the warm hospitality . it felt like home away from home. we are planning our next visit to Crete and there is no doubt that would rent this specific Villa again. Thank you Kelly and Vasilis for contributing so much to the quality and the satisfaction from our vacation !

Beautiful villa

Kelly and Vasilis met us on arrival and showed the villa, they also gave us some useful tips. Villa looks exactly like on photos. Furniture, tableware and equipment are all new. All linens and towels were changed every 3 days. The villa was very clean. The pool is quite big and clean as well. I have to mention that it is definitely worth to have a car because distance to the nearest beach is approximately 3km. Restaurants and shops are a little bit further. We had everything that could be needed including grill for BBQ, Nespresso, ice, beach towels and so on. There were some toys for kids in the garden including small house. Once we had a problem but Kelly and Vasilis managed it in half an hour. Seaside view from the balcony is amazing. Grass is very dense and looks like a carpet. Absolutely no neighbours near the villa so it is very calm and relaxing during evening. I highly recommend this villa to everybody. I want to thank you, Kelly and Vasilis for the very nice vacation we had.

Merci encore à notre hôte pour son accueil,sa rapidité de réponse, et ses petites attentions... Ce fut fort apprécié. Merci !! La voiture est nécessaire pour votre séjour, même si les facilités (boulangerie, commerces,bars, restaurants...) sont à proximité du logemen. Bon séjour à tous.

From the moment that we arrived and saw how beautiful the villa was and from your kindness with the freshly baked cake I believe by your sister cooked this we had a truly outstanding stay. We loved the table tennis; neither Lizzi nor I had played for years. The fruit basket which I arrived midway through our stay was fab and the gifts which you gave us of marmalade and more were so thoughtful. The villa is close to so many lovely regions; Chania, Rethymno, Falasarna beach. The mountainous region makes a great vista as do they lovely sunsets which we watched from the terrace or one of the fine restaurants in Chania. Chania is a fantastic city and we had a lovely meal for our last night at Ela, which has most of its roof missing. Lizzi particularly enjoyed our trip on Captain Nicks snorkel boat, not for the fish but for the very beautiful deckhand called Manos. It was our first trip to Crete and it was perfect and we thought the villa and the team involved in looking after it were the best.
