Myrto Villa Chania is a contemporary villa with a private pool situated in the area of Georgioupolis, on the eastern side of Chania County. This beautiful area lies almost on the borderline between Chania and Rethymno and offers everything visitors need in terms of natural beauty, mountains, beaches, lakes, rivers, nightlife, watersports, shopping facilities, countless dining options. The historical and picturesque cities of Chania and Rethymno are also equally close and remain a perfect option for an excursion. Myrto Villa Chania is the ideal accommodation for friends or family wishing to holiday together. Myrto Villa Chania lies within a large fenced and spacious plot of land, which ensures absolute privacy and seclusion. Furthermore, it lies within close proximity to Georgioupolis beach, which is one of the largest beaches of Crete. 

This two-level villa offers 3 bedrooms with panoramic views of the surrounding area. The living room and kitchen area are both placed on the first floor, providing a spacious and light interior and taking advantage of the large windows that surround this floor. Myrto Villa Chania can comfortably accommodate 6 guests within the three bedrooms. They all have equal amenities available, except for the master bathroom, which is equipped with a hydro-massage shower cabin, a bathtub jacuzzi, and a walk-in wardrobe. The 3 bedrooms of the property are all spacious, with one located on the first floor, and the other two on the ground floor. The property is fully equipped so you can rest assured that you will find everything that you might need during your stay. Myrto Villa Chania is the perfect second home in Crete and we hope you share the same feeling whilst staying here. If you would like to try some home-cooked Cretan-inspired meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.

The outside area of Myrto Villa Chania offers a large private swimming pool, lounge, and seating spaces, together with a covered dining area. There is also a built-in BBQ with a traditional wood-fired oven, kitchen facilities, and a small fridge. A perfect spot to enjoy a round of cocktails from the sunbeds by the pool, where you can also take in the views of the surrounding area. When you’re ready to leave the privacy of the villa you’ll discover the beautiful long stretched beach within a few minutes and the resort village of Georgioupolis, abundant with amenities of any kind and countless dining options.

Villa is in a quiet location, surrounded by nature and mountains, with a beautiful large swimming pool that has been well maintained, lots of privacy, and is within walking distance of the beautiful Georgioupolis. Upon arrival, drinks (water and wine), fruit, olives, and snacks were ready, which was very thoughtful of the landlord. The large well-kept garden with brand new sauna and outdoor shower. The garden was automatically watered every day and the garden lighting, which also worked automatically, provided an atmospheric environment every evening. Next to the swimming pool, there is a very large covered terrace with a lounge set, table, and chairs. Great to enjoy the shade during the day or to stay cozy during the evenings. There were also comfortable lounge chairs placed around the pool. There was even a fridge, a built-in BBQ, and an oven in the garden. Inside the villa, everything was also very neat. Good working air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and all necessities were present. We were 5 people and because of the huge garden and the large interior everyone had the opportunity to relax and enjoy somewhere quiet.

Can't recommend enough! We had a party of 5 stay here for 10 days at the start of September. The villa was a great size, and not once did we feel tight for space, whether we were inside or outside. All the rooms were of great size, the kitchen especially. The entire villa had great air-conditioning, with all rooms working independently from each other. The outdoor area was even more impressive than the inside believes it or not. The outdoor area had a large and comfortable seating area, a dining table, a grill, a pizza oven, and an outdoor fridge which was perfect for a night of dining outside. We had a lot of use of the swimming pool which was another great feature of the villa, the swimming pool was the perfect size and perfect temperature. It was cleaned every second day. There was even a newly renovated hot tub and sauna, which I'm sure we would've loved if it had been slightly cooler. The gardens around the villa and the wrap-around balcony made it possible to have a nice quiet moment to yourself or a relaxing breakfast for two within the villa. Another amazing thing about this villa was definitely the location. The villa was located a 5-minute walk from the main square of Georgioupoli, which meant that it was more than ideal when going to the shops, beach, or the mini golf in town. The only time we needed a car was when we wanted to venture further out. To top it all off, the owner made us feel so welcome, he came round to introduce himself and gave us some great tips about where to go and what to see.

Hello, We had a fantastic time at Villa Myrto. It had everything we needed and more. The outside space was very relaxing with a great pool. The staff and cleaners came regularly and did a great job. The location is also good, you can walk into town on an evening with plenty of dining options a available. A hire a car is a good ideas, you can visit the local Lake Kournas, I recommend Taverna Athenis for lunch or evening meal, it over looks the lake and the food was 5/5!! We visited Rythemno (rather than Chania) both in the day and in the eveing, the evening was great as the port area is pedestrianised and there are loads of shops and restaurants to chose, it felt very cosmopolitan. All in all we would happily recommend the Villa and the area!
