Pollo Villas Chania are richly constructed and decorated, with cozy spaces in all levels, fully equipped.

At the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a veranda with sitting furniture and tent, balcony with sea and mountain views.

At the ground level there is a bedroom with double/or two beds with built-in shower/jaccuzi combined, wc, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, electrical oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, electrical iron, spacious veranda with private pool, tent, wicker furniture, external shower, wide glass doors, tanning chairs.

At the basement we can see internal/external stair case, glass window and door, luxury sitting room, bar, satellite TV, DVD player, two bed/double bed room with air blower. We had great time at Vila Polo it was even better than we expected. Nikolaos was very responsive for any request and was willing to assist with everything we needed. We had a cleaning service and towels replacement every other day, which was great. The kitchen facility was also very good and convenient. The Vila location is great, Nikolauos drove us around and gave us a good introduction with the area which located 20 minutes from Chania the big city, 5-10 minutes from great beaches, restaurants and markets, for those who wants to relax and get the feeling of Crete's atmosphere it a very good place. We recommend it very much.

I went there with another 7 girls for a Hen Party (a bachelorette party). The place is about 20-30 minutes drive from the airport and although there's not much around the house had everything you could ask for. The place was huge and had every facility (even a gym in the The pool was clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathrooms were all perfectly working and impeccable. There's a coffee machine, but no kettle (English people needs their tea!) but we managed with pans & boiling water. Advice for anyone visiting would be: stop on your way to the house at the local shop. It's about 1.5km away from the house but it may make your trip easier if you do it that way. We found in the shop everything we needed and more. It's run by a family who were really helpful and the nicest family ever. Once we arrived at the house Stelios was waiting for us. He went above and beyond his duty to make us feel welcomed. We even mistakenly recorded his number as a taxi driver from the Airport and called him late at night -very late- to book at taxi... he should have told us to go away but instead he booked the taxis for us! We felt terribly sorry when we found out our mistake but he was so incredibly nice about it. He also offered to take us to the shop when needed and attended to our every necessity. I felt very sorry to have misused his phone number but equally so happy and grateful that he was there for us. The beach is only a short stroll away, although mind that there's no actual beach, so take comfortable shoes. Another useful advice is to take mosquito repellent (nothing to do with house, we should have thought about it before). The Villa had kindly left some for us but it wouldn't hurt to take more and replace the one available. You will not regret this advice! The house is as luxurious and spacious as described and even more. I would really recommend anyone who wants to spend a few days in the sun in the comfort of a nice summer house to visit Pollo Villa. you will not be disappointed!

You can get to Chania in about 20 minutes by car. There is also bus stop near to villas and village Stavros (4 times a day). The owner was very polite and helpful. Very nice and comfortable villa in calm neighbourhood

House in very good condition. Everything was as promised. Nice environment. Owner was really friendly and helpful. Bus stop right in front of the driveway. Nice pool. Overall very nice holiday location!

Pollo villas are a lovely place to stay with an amazing view of the sea only half a kilometre. Only a few hundred yards away you can walk over the rocks and down to the sea. They are in a quiet rustic location but within a few minutes drive of several local shops and mini markets where you can buy fresh produce and groceries. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and offered excellent accomodation, with a lovely clean swimming pool, for 8 people easily. There were also two other beds which could have been used if two more guests wanted to stay. There are at least three or four beaches within ten minutes of the villa, one is about two minutes drive. It is also a lovely area just to get out and walk. The villa owner was so welcoming and friendly and couldnt have made us feel more at home. HE very kindly showed us around the local area and gave us lots of information about where to eat and local places of interest. Whenever he was in the area he would come and see if all was ok and make sure we were happy with everything. His mother even cooked for us twice so we could sample home cooked Greek food. Pollo Villas is ideal for young or older families, or groups of couples, who are looking for a releaxed holiday but with Chania town only a 30 minute (max) drive away, it offers flexibility for your holiday. Chania is a great town with so many restaurants and bars nearer the old town and the harbour. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend Pollo Villas as a place to stay. We definitely would like to visit again in the future, Many thanks for recommending this Villa to us. Kind regards

Beautiful surroundings and lovely, idyllic Villa. A wonderful,comfortable and very clean place. We had our own private swimming pool (very clean) with amazing sea view. The neighborhood and the area around is peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we needed. Mini markets,restaurants and sandy beaches. Hospitality was great and the owner made our stay unique. Always very kind and helpful. Thank you for the homemade strawberry cake! We enjoyed our stay so much. We'll be back for sure and recommend the villa without any hesitation!

We stayed at Pollo villa in July. We were a group of 8; two families with four kids aged 4, 5, 7 and 10. The Villa is well kept with beautiful surroundings. The swimming pool was very clean with amazing sea view. The neighborhood and the area around is quiet. Mini markets,restaurants and sandy beaches are very close, only a couple of minutes away by car. We rented a car which made moving around very easy. Stelios (the owner) is very hospitable and gave us great advice on where to go and where to eat. Always very kind and helpful. Thank you for the homemade Raki We had a blast. We'll be back for sure if we come to Chania again and recommend the Villa without any hesitation! The only down side to the Villa is that there is no shower in the second bathroom; instead, there is a shower in the bedroom right next t to it which was not very comfortable. Other than this, the Villa has everything you need.

We have visited many Greek Islands and stayed in a number of villas, however, Crete is the only Island we return to, and though Pollo Villa was not the biggest we have stayed in, it was the most fun. The open plan living space is a comfortable size for our extended family and the outside space means that whatever you are doing, swimming / sunbathing / reading / dining, you all feel that you are together. The villa was well equipped and the cleaning team were there every third day, the ladies could not do enough for you. Stelios was great and called in to check on us every few days, again nothing was too much trouble. The view from the villa was amazing, and the surrounding area is very pretty with some lovely beaches and tavernas. We will definitely return.

The pictures of this villa truly do not it justice. The Villa is absolutely stunning and the owners extremely helpful and friendly. Lying on my sun lounger by the beautiful pool I could look out and watch the sea. The area is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for those looking for a holiday to get away from the usual tourist package holiday. The Villa is furnished to a very high standard and the little extras, such as the refrigerated water waiting on arrival, showed the owners really did care that we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. We were a 20 minute car ride from Chania Town and 10 mins from the beautiful Stavros Beach. Both we visited a number of times and we would highly recommend a visit. All in all, the Villa and the surrounding area is somewhere that I cannot wait to visit again.
