The closest thing to perfection (if such a thing exists on Earth) in terms of (heavenly) views, spaciousness, amenities, and atmosphere. The villa itself is luxurious, well-designed, and indulgent. It features two superbly equipped kitchens; Loutraki Beach(small and nice) is within walking distance, and Marathi Beach is just a four-minute drive away. The outside area is expending the heart and soul(A sense of absolute freedom) Two amazing and inviting pools. There is a fun, delicious restaurant with an amazing view—Onar Seaside Lounge—within walking distance. Chania (an amazing city that needs no introduction) is 30 minutes away. And above all, the owner is charming, helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. As the late Tina Turner said, "It is simply the best."

We were pleasantly surprised to see a large playground on the property which were perfect for the kids to play. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, with everything you need to cook (and more). The housekeeper Maria was so sweet and everything was spotless every day. The host answered quickly and helped with everything. The area is private and nice, but with walking distance to both a small beach or a bigger beach with sunbeds. We had daily beautiful runningtrips in between lovely olivetrees. Highly recommend everything about this place, we will be back!

It offers everything you need and more. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The daily "housekeeping" by Maria is also great and ensures that you can always feel completely comfortable. One beach is within walking distance and another is 5 minutes away by car. Some restaurants are also 5 minutes away. The support was perfect and there were no unanswered wishes or questions. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back! Thank you!

It's also located in an area that's developing and quite beautiful, with stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The team was very helpful and attentive. Maria was exceptionally reliable each day in providing housekeeping, which is a small detail that might be overlooked but is hugely important as part of a villa rental, especially with a large group of people. There are excellent Greek tavernas nearby, and a short drive away is all the food and drink you'll need to keep the house stocked. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight - we cooked and enjoyed family meals together while still taking in the beautiful views.

Stayed with my family ( we were 7) at this Villa from July 13 to July 20. I can say with certainty that it was the best experience we had. The photos on the website didn’t do justice to the place. Furnishings & facilities were top quality Stella our hostess was super friendly & helpful. She promptly responded to any queries and made excellent recommendations for restaurants & places of interest Mrs Maria our cleaner was efficient, punctual & friendly. We managed to communicate well without a common language. The villa is walking distance to the beach and to the newly opened upscale beach club Onar and minutes to Marathi with it’s wonderful restaurants. We will certainly go back Finally I highly recommend Searenity Villa for a serene & luxurious holiday

Beautiful villa with jaw-dropping view of the bay. Super helpful owners and management company. very clean and well appointed rooms/bathrooms. close enough to Chania but still very peaceful/private. walking distance to a nice local beach and a couple of excellent tavernas. we had a wonderful trip and this villa was a huge reason why.

The staff Adonis is always there at your fingertips for advice & recommendations, booking you the finest restaurant & bars … with vip status! the owner George can to check on us and was a real nice touch !the villa is beautifully presented, clean & just stunning! maria is the cleaning lady almost like a family member she looked after us so nice ! we used Best Cars for our car hire there deliver & collect the car to & from the villa, very reasonable prices ! our favourite day out is Marathi beach & veranda cafe bar for hospitality, great food, drinks & beautiful seashopping in chania is fabulous. we had another great day out at Onar Beach Club which is right next to the villa fabulous chilled vibe great service & good prices for a beach club & waiting staff were very friendly & lovely led after 10 of us. lots of love

It features two superbly equipped kitchens; Loutraki Beach(small and nice) is within walking distance, and Marathi Beach is just a four-minute drive away…

The outside area is expending the heart and soul(A sense of absolute freedom) Two amazing and inviting pools. There is a fun, delicious restaurant with an amazing view—Onar Seaside Lounge—within walking distance. Chania (an amazing city that needs no introduction) is 30 minutes away. And above all, the owner is charming, helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. As the late Tina Turner said, "It is simply the best."

We were a family of 12 with 6 adults and 6 kids between 0-5 years of age. The whole property was amazing, even better then shown on the photos. We were pleasantly surprised to see a large playground on the property which were perfect for the kids to play. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, with everything you need to cook (and more). The housekeeper Maria was so sweet and everything was spotless every day. The host answered quickly and helped with everything. The area is private and nice, but with walking distance to both a small beach or a bigger beach with sunbeds. We had daily beautiful runningtrips in between lovely olivetrees. Highly recommend everything about this place, we will be back!
