Villa Elina Kefalonia is a luxury villa rental consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private heated pool of 45m2 with a Jacuzzi, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The lower floor offers a two beds bedroom with a bathroom and benefits the advantage of a private entrance with steps that lead directly to the garden and pool. The ground floor offers a cozy living/ dining room with satellite TV, DVD, and fireplace. The fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker benefits from its secluded space with its own patio door right next to the BBQ. All openings lead directly to the fully landscaped garden and the pool. Marble stairs take you to the upper floor which comprises two double bedrooms with a bathroom and balconies all around.

Villa Elina Kefalonia is intended for private use and is ideal for friends and large families.

Superb villa with stunning view and heated pool

We were worried about coming to Kefalonia at the end of the season but the heated pool meant we could spend all day outside and admire the lovely view. We were even able to walk to a few restaurants in 20-30 minutes so could leave the car behind. Taxis…
We were worried about coming to Kefalonia at the end of the season but the heated pool meant we could spend all day outside and admire the lovely view. We were even able to walk to a few restaurants in 20-30 minutes so could leave the car behind. Taxis also available if you don't fancy the walk back. The villa is well appointed and even has some luxuries such as dressing gowns, Nespresso machine etc. All Covid friendly with hand gel and remotes thoroughly cleaned and placed in plastic covers. Great welcome pack to keep you going until you get the chance to get to the supermarket and lovely beaches nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Amazing villa

Beautiful villa, even better than pictures. Lovely to have some essentials ready on arrival. Cannot recommend enough.

There is nothing that I can add to the description. It tells it all, and every word is true. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about villa elina, which has villa Alexander opposite that is exactly the same. The location is unbelievable, as are the views. It's five minutes, by car from the airport,which is over looked from the garden. I can assure you, this will not be a problem at all. We were met and shown around by lovely people. The daily cleaner was a nice touch too. Basically, everything is there, everyone is catered for. I can't speak too highly of this villa, and would love to go back sometime soon.

It was absolutely wonderful to arrive at Villa Elina and see, immediately, that it was everything - and more - that we had hoped for. All aspects of the villa are lovely, including the beautiful views from the garden and the balconies. The pool, with its jacuzzi is fantastic! The welcome pack was also a nice touch. While the airport is close, this was not an issue as it was fun to watch the few arrivals and departures during the day. There are some great beaches, tavernas and supermarkets nearby, although a car is essential. A truly fabulous place to stay.

Amazing villa - equipped with everything you need for a fabulous Kefalonian holiday

We loved our 2 week holiday in Villa Elina and found Elina and Alexandra very helpful and discreet owners who were available if we needed them, but left us to enjoy our holiday uninterrupted. The location is close to both the airport, beaches, Argostoli, Lassi and the local restaurants/shop in Svonorata, but a car is a necessity. We booked our car hire with CBR who's office is just outside the airport. We enjoyed watching the planes land and take off from the gardens, and didn't find the noise affected us, it was a lot quieter than we expected. And the airport doesn't have that many flights. The villa was so lovely and the pool was stunning, it made it difficult for us to leave! All the pictures are totally authentic, and the views are spectacular. Rubina the friendly housemaid arrives every morning with a smile, and the gardeners/pool men popped by regularly. Their visits were very discreet. I've never been to such a well equipped holiday home, every you need was provided. Citrus press, toasted sandwich maker, blender, frappe stick, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, microwave, full oven, lots of pans, oven trays, plastic boxes for storing food, washing machine, laundry rack/pegs, dishwasher tablets, napkins, kitchen roll, trays, sponges, cotton pads, tissues, shower gel, handsoap, pool towels, first aid kit, sewing kit, anti mosi plugs, extra blankets/pillows... everything! The owners even left a lovely welcome pack which included bread, ham, cheese, butter, juice, water, milk, coffee, tea, nespresso pods, sugar, jams, cornflakes, crispbreads, biscuits, seasonings, vinegar, honey, evaporated milk, fruit, truffles, wine and some flowers in the dining room! Definitely enough to set you up for the first few days. We found the beds comfortable if slightly firm, with lots of pillows etc available. The showers were hot on demand and nice and powerful. The outdoors is where you will spend most of your time, its beautiful having lunch outside looking down to the sea and over to Lixouri or Zante. The views are stunning… The gardens were so pretty in May, lush and green with flowers and fruit trees all around. Every spot has lovely planted containers, even on your balcony. The pool was a little cool due to the time of year, but as the weeks went on, it got warmer thanks to the sun! Once you’re in its lovely. The outdoor BBQ with tools was a great spot to grill food/kebabs we picked up from the meat market on the harbour in Argostoli approx. 20 mins drive. TV, DVD etc was a great touch, and some books/novels are available for reading. Aircon was good, no problems there. Every window/door has a mosi screen and shutters, and the electric gates mean you feel nice and secure. The drive up to the villa is very steep and a little hair raising on the first trip but you soon get used to it, and its nice to be away from busy areas. We visited lovely beaches including Avithos, Eglina, Ammes, Minias, and Makris Gialos. Eglina is hidden away behind the airport and was practically empty most days! We also did a boat tour from Argostoli with Captain Makis Glass Bottom boat which was fabulous. And found a lovely Grill House up in Lakithra which does fabulous Gyros and even delivers! As usual we enjoyed meals in both Lassi and in the square at Premier in Argostoli, lovely to see all the kids running around having fun in the evening. Would thoroughly recommend this villa, and can’t think of any negatives, apart from the fact we had to leave!

A Piece of Paradise..

Just returned from a beautiful 3 weeks stay at Villa Elina. The villa is in a prime location 5 mins drive from the Airport and 10 mins drive to the beach. The only concern when we arrived was the steepness of the road upto the villa and care is needed…
Just returned from a beautiful 3 weeks stay at Villa Elina. The villa is in a prime location 5 mins drive from the Airport and 10 mins drive to the beach. The only concern when we arrived was the steepness of the road upto the villa and care is needed but there is another exit at the top side as long as you go slow you should be ok. The villa inside is very modern and has all the amenities and the upstairs shower is superb and you never want to get out. The beds in the villa are the comfiest we have ever come across on the island as all beds in kefalonia seem to be so hard but these beds here were better than our own at home. The kitchen has everything you need and you even had a Nespresso machine. The outside space is well designed and the pool was superb as was the Jacuzzi. We used both daily and are missing them already. There is plenty of furniture outside for sunbathing and dinning but I feel it is time for a new table and chair set as a few chairs seemed unsafe so we did not use them. That is the only niggle about our stay. Every day Rubina the cleaning lady comes and takes care of everything and you never even notice she's there and she did a fabulous job. If you are wanting to add some luxury to your life I definitely recommend staying at villa Elina we had an amazing time thanks for everything.

Utterley fabulous!

The villa was everything and more the web site showed. Going with extended family, it was great that the villa provided so much space. The whole villa was spotlessly clean and having Rubina in every day to tidy around was a bonus and she was amazing…

The whole villa was spotlessly clean and having Rubina in every day to tidy around was a bonus and she was amazing. I am very fussy when choosing a villa and spend hours upon hours looking and checking each one. This is by far the best we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many) The outside area was amazing, while the kids played in the pool the adults could enjoy the Jacuzzi with wonderful views out to sea.The BBQ was a great hit and we spent every evening using it. With such a lovely villa we did not feel the need to travel out. There are plenty of beaches to choose from you are spoiled and there are also many shops within driving distance. If we had any concerns the owner was answering immediately. The only thing I would say is the dishwasher could do with replacing! We would definitely stay again.

The villa is suberb

The villa is suberb, plenty of room if you have a big family. The pool area is the best we have ever been to and we have lots of private villa holidays in Greece. Don't be put off by being so close to the airport, it is not a problem.

Everything about this villa is superb, from the view to the amazing outdoor space, the very useful welcome pack and Rubina the maid’s daily visits. The villa is conveniently close to the airport (4 minutes drive) which is very handy if you’re landing…
Everything about this villa is superb, from the view to the amazing outdoor space, the very useful welcome pack and Rubina the maid’s daily visits. The villa is conveniently close to the airport (4 minutes drive) which is very handy if you’re landing after midnight as we did. The planes do not disturb the tranquility but rather offer an occasional diversion. Kefalonia is a fantastic destination with so many beautiful beaches to explore and the island remains unspoilt. Highlights for us were a trip to Assos and Myrtos Beach and an amazing meal at Anemos Taverna at Kaminia beach. Definitely hope to return to the island and villa soon.

Lovely Stay!

The villa is suberb, plenty of room if you have a big family. The pool area is the best we have ever been to and we have lots of private villa holidays in Greece. Don't be put off by being so close to the airport, it is not a problem.

Perfect House!

Great accommodation for an October half-term week away!! Very short drive from the airport, close to a couple of nice beaches. The villa itself is lovely, with a well equipped kitchen, nice decor throughout and a really nice pool in beautifully landscaped…
