Three luxurious villas overlooking the Ionian Sea, away from the hustle and bustle, but very close to the enchanting beaches of Zakynthos, are waiting for you to experience the "ideal holiday" that you have always imagined in your mind. Luxurious amenities -including but not limited to a car with a driver, sailing or yachting, daily private excursions- will make up for the salt and pepper of the holiday experience VAIS Villas will offer you.

The southern villa of VAIS with a 78 m² surface is divided into four different spaces and can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The building's morphology fits in perfectly with the natural environment, a balance that is reinforced by the materials used in the construction. The exterior space is in perfect harmony with the interior of each Villa, without ever disturbing the landscape. The interior spaces communicate with each other via courtyards and open-air spaces which, together with the exterior spaces of the courtyards form a building complex, in accordance with basic principles of traditional Greek architecture.

They interior is stunning and contemporary with a very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and and a useful kitchenette. The outside pool area is amazing and overlooks the beautiful bay. The owner Vangelis is so helpful and clearly wants to ensure that everyone has a fab stay!

Family holiday - Zakynthos

We had such a terrific time staying at this gorgeous architectural villa, arriving from a distant Australia with the family. The host, Vagelli, was super accommodating and so kindly facilitated the needs of our two young children, going over and beyond expectations! Nothing was a problem for Vagelli and his team, from organising our transfers to laundry needs, to rearranging the sleeping arrangements to accommodate our young children’s needs. Not only an impeccable operator but a true gentleman! About the villa: It is elevated with amazing views, both during the day and night. The location is terrific, beautifully located within close proximity to the fabulous Greek restaurants, local port and beautiful swimming areas the island offers. It’s superbly designed, in first class condition and super comfortable, including the beds! We felt truly sad leaving this villa and its beautiful location. The swimming pool was marvelous & well enjoyed. A truly amazing architectural villa and an experience my family & I will not forget. Terrific stay, thank you. Excellent hosts, attentive and responsive from pre-to-end of stay communication and special requests (eg. provided small restaurant menu in case you would like food to be brought to the villa if the day on the beach tired you too much :)). Yes, free wifi, but more than that, properly built, clean and cared for on a daily basis. Small details like beach towels, great tv and a nespresso machine. Thank you Vagelis, I look forward to seeing you soon again at some point in the future!

Fantastic villa fantastic place

It was amazing! Five days in paradise with my family. Great facilities gently people the best view that i ever had. Swimming pool in my villa absolutely private. Everything was clean and luxury. We will be back soon. Excellent job!!

Location, location, location! The villas are located in what i think is the BEST part of the island, just above the quaint little port of Agios Nikolaos (walking distance). The port itself features a few very picturesque tavernas right by the water. Agios Nikolaos is also the departure point for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and other points of interest of the island. The villas are located on a great vantage point, and the view is simply breathtaking. And the best thing: you wont even have to get up from your bed to admire the view... you can have an unobstructed view of the Ionian sea from virtually anywhere within the complex. The villas themselves are gorgeous. Each villa has its own uniqueness, all feature adequate swimming pools and all the amenities. They are very nicely decorated and designed by one of the most famous Greek architects. They have offer privacy and quiet, with very well-though arrangement. Tip: view the sunset from the comfort of your villa. Its the best view you're gonna get in Zakynthos. All in all, i would HIGHLY recommend this accommodation. Thank you Vangelis and Isabella for a memorable stay.
