Miracle Villa Chania spreads out to 440m² and was built with the most modern, quality materials, in the market. Both the interior and the exterior furniture of the residence, are all hand-picked from established and famous quality brands. The residence expands to two connecting structures of three levels. The ground has steep slope, so two of these levels have direct access to the gardens, the swimming pool, and the covered BBQ place.

This is actually the center of the villa. The grand living area of 50m² in the exterior of the house welcomes you, through its large window panels, to wide verandas with a stunning view of the entire estate up to the Kalatha’ s bay. Designed with wooden floors, underfloor heating, and centrally air-conditioned, equipped with three couches, sitting up to 12 people, an LCD TV 50”, this living room will become your favorite point of gather with your family and friends. Of course, you cannot ignore the stylish modern fireplace.

The central dining table can host up to 8 guests in a space of 30m², overlooking the living area. Luxury here is obvious in every detail. The solid wood table, the leather chairs, the designer’s suspending light, and the original remarkable paintings are some of the features and unique items that decorate the dining room. Miracle Villa Chania has a 45m² kitchen, is contemporary and fully equipped, and all the appliances are stainless of famous brands. It also offers an up to 6 people dining space, perfect for your family meals. On this level, the villa also contains a marble guest bathroom of 4m², equipped with contemporary sanitary devices and accessories.

If the living room is the heart of the villa, this is its personality, concentrated in a luxurious bedroom composed of three independent spaces. The main 35 m² bedroom contains an exquisitely elegant en-suite marble 6 m² bathroom and a 16 m² attic. Further, the spacious veranda around the floor has a cozy exterior sitting area so you can enjoy the astonishing view of the gardens and the bay beyond.

On these two levels, the accommodation areas are established: six elegant bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, and two comfortable sitting rooms. All the guest rooms have direct access either to the pool or to the garden with the BBQ. More specifically, on these levels, the villa contains Two 25m² bedrooms with a double bed, nightstands, luggage table, couch, fitted closets, wooden floors, heating, and A/C. One offers a garden view and the other a pool view. Each of these rooms has a personal en-suite marble 5m² bathroom, with a bathtub, high-end sanitary appliances, and accessories.

These levels finally include two comfortable 25m² sitting rooms, furnished with 2 double sofas each, a 32’’ TV, bookcase and an architectural course anglaise.

Perfect space and nice view

Overall the family had a great time and being in the pool was an added bonus to the villa.

The owner is lovely and very responsive and accommodating. My bed was so comfortable that I would say that is one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Our stay was throughly relaxing and I would highly recommend Miracle Villa.

The location is great with restaurants and cafes near the villa. We were greeted and shown all of the details of the villa immediately. The hosts were very communicative and flexible in helping us with any needs we had. They arranged a pick up for us at the airport and helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. A platter full of fresh fruits waited for us at the table when we arrived! All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to stay there again!
