Elounda Pearls are two distinctly differently created luxury villas set on 2 acres of colorful gardens 300m from the water’s edge, overlooking Elounda Bay with an incomparable view of the sea. The lavishness of well-placed windows throughout the villas means that you always can admire a captivating view.  At Elounda Pearl Villas you will experience the perfect balance between ultimate luxury and the comfort of your own home. The ideal base from which you are able to design the holiday of your dreams with everlasting memories!

Elounda White Pearl Villa (285 sq.m.) is the absolute in luxury and relaxation combining traditional and modern materials. It can accommodate up to 8 people! The villa offers comfortably living in sophisticated minimalist style. There is also an infinity pool with optional heating.

Layout of Elounda White Pearl Villa:

Ground Floor: Elounda White Pearl Villa offers a generously sized open plan area, consisted of the main living room and kitchen. The living area offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace, 43’’ HDTV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter, as well as an indoor dining table. Both the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the pool area, through large glass doors. Additionally, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with double showers and double sinks, as well as a separate WC, can also be found on this level. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have orthopaedic mattresses and sea views.

Lower Floor: Descending a few steps you will find yourselves in a separate studio, which on the left side, features an additional siting area and home cinema with a 50’’ HDTV, CD and DVD players and free WI-FI connection, guarantee to keep you entertained during your holidays. Furthermore, a gym, equipped with a treadmill, weights and a multi gym machine is also at your disposal. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are also available. On your right, a second living room and a second kitchen with dining area, as well as a bedroom, offer more privacy within your group. Lastly, a bathroom with a shower also exists on this level.

First Floor: The first floor is complemented by an amazing master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a round hydromassage bathtub, dressing room and safety deposit box, offering stunning sea views from everywhere you stand thanks to large windows.

Outdoor Layout: The outdoor area of Elounda White Pearl Villa is beautifully landscaped, perfectly suited for experiencing great sunset moments, as it enjoys panoramic views of Elounda bay and Spinaloga peninsula. More specifically, the outdoor area features a variety of amenities which include:

- a 44 m² private, infinity swimming pool (1,50m deep), which can also be heated with an additional charge of 50€ per day.

- Decked area around the pool, equipped with an outdoor shower and lawn covered area next to the pool

- Outdoor furnished spots for relaxation and a pergola for shade (comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, siting area with sofa and a beautiful hammock)

Definitely recommended!

We had an amazing 8 night stay at White Pearl. The owner, gave us such a lovely welcome - the best we have had in our experience. He also filled the fridge with essentials so we didn’t need to run to the shops straight away. The villa is beautiful…

He also filled the fridge with essentials so we didn’t need to run to the shops straight away. The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. Ideally, you need a car to get to the local beaches and nearby town.

The views across Elounda are superb and the owner Takis was so so helpful with tips for restaurants etc We arrived late and he met us at a meeting point and then took us to the villa which he had so very generously stocked the fridge with Wine bread meat and other welcome packs. Thank you Takis we loved it. I do not often write reviews but this was worth a 5* review.

My family stayed here in July for my daughters graduation trip. I am always nervous staying somewhere I have never been. I worry that it won't live up to the description and the photos you see on line. When we arrived at the Villa we were stunned and amazed. Pictures did not do it justice. Everything was perfect and the highest quality possible. It was way more than we ever expected. We had 4 college age kids with us and they were in heaven. The best part about the entire trip was the hospitality offered to us by the owner. Taki. He went above and beyond was was expected of him. He took us around town and introduced to some of the locals and from then on were were treated like royalty. He arranged several day trips. Our favorite was the entire day on the sailboat with a crew. Best day ever. Thanks Harris and Angel. I would return to this Villa over and over again.

Excellent Villa, stunning location!

The villa was very spacious and had fantastic views of Elounda and the sea. The bedrooms were light and airy, and the gardens and pool area were clean and well planned. Would love to stay here again.
