Everything about this villa is exceptional. Wonderful beachfront villa

The location is special. It is right on the beachfront with easy access to bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The views are spectacular looking onto a blue sea watching yachts and sailing boats passby. The villa itself is very private…
The location is special. It is right on the beachfront with easy access to bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The views are spectacular looking onto a blue sea watching yachts and sailing boats passby. The villa itself is very private and secure. The maid service was once a week whilst we were there which was ample. We had a barbecue one night and there is a lovely area to sit round a table and have your food. The villa is stocked with every piece of equipment you could possibly need and loads of cleaning supplies if needed. Whilst there the lady owner made contact with me enquiring if we needed assistance with anything and i asked for the pool to be heated not realising to order beforehand that the water would be so chilly in october. The lady's father arrived immediately and turned the heating on and the water was at a wonderful temperature by the next day. The villa has a beautiful master bedroom with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean. On leaving i enquired with the owner for a late check out and she gererously allowed us to stay a few hours later at no extra charge which i thought was a wonderful gesture especially helpful with a 1 year old baby and my 91year old mother so thankyou very much for that. A great time at this wonderful villa and i thoroughly recommend it to you all. Sandra.

We had an unforgettable time in the villa! Peny arranged our transportation from the airport to the villa and she had done the grocery shop for us! She and her family welcomed us in a very warm way to their premises. They were outside waiting for us to arrive and couldn't have been more graceful. Owner has a very thorough knowledge of the region and gave us plenty of good tips about places and beaches to visit, restaurants to eat. He was always there for us 24/7 with a remarkable response time throughout the whole stay every time we called. The villa was just like as shown in the pictures , loved the arrangement of it from the very start, spotless clean, and everything was really close, with many places to eat, drink and shop, literally in just a few minutes’ walk. The sea was right under the villa! The best part was sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the sound of the waves. The villa was super clean, fully equipped, best location, nice garden with flowers and fruits. We had lovely BBQ nights and relaxing moments by the pool! All in all a very positive stay, and certainly will be our first option for next time when (not if) we return to lovely Crete.

We have fond memories of our visit in this villa! We rent the house for 13 days and our stay was getting more easy and comfortable day by day. The location was idyllic; right on the sea front, quiet, secluded and picturesque.There are plenty of excellent tavernas in just a short walk away with traditional food and friendly service. Beautiful beaches just few minutes away. The entire villa was super clean and well equipped. It was full of comfortable spots with lovely attention to detail. Our hostess Peny, wanted to make sure that our stay would be excellent. She tended to our every comfort, gave great recommendations and helped us feel at home. She arranged an amazing excursion for us; we visited Elounda region with a sailing boat and we had a really unforgettable day! We also had an adorable dinner in the villa with a very talented chef who offered a unique experience with all her tasty dishes and the details that she narrated to us about the Cretan gastronomy and history! The services we were provided upgraded our vacation and offered to us delightful moments, worth to remember!! I highly recommend this place to stay. it is the best combination of location, cleanliness, services and money in the whole region!

We were a party of 11, of various ages, parents with teens from 19 to 15. We were able to relax while the various ages went off to Malia or Hersonissos strip until early hours. We bathed in the pool and sea, the sea is almost as close as the pool. The gardens and villa are beautifully maintained.We are pretty independent, but if we had needed anything we knew the hosts were at hand.It is a busy area and there is distant back ground music but it didn’t distract from the villa or close proximity of the sea.

No villa could have been more perfect for us. The property is situated right by the water. You can effortlessly go out onto the sand and into the water by passing through its own sea door. Alternatively, you may just relax on one of the many lounge chairs and take in the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. The grounds offer plenty of room for different pursuits or relaxing while taking in the hues and aromas of the numerous plants and fruit trees. A must-have are the heated pool and spa. The villa's interior is equally stunning, featuring contemporary accents, cozy furnishings, and all the amenities you could possibly need to make your stay more enjoyable.

The owners and the agent were simply amazing some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They go above and beyond and if there is anything you need to discuss they’re there anytime to assist. We were made feel very welcome and the villa has everything you could need for your stay. Locally everything is walking distance easy to reach restaurants, bars and shops. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the hosts, making us feel right at home. The location is truly remarkable, nestled right on the sandy beach of Hersonissos. We felt like we were in our own private paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of the sea! We loved the pool, it was truly a highlight of our stay. The ecological swimming pool was a delight to swim in and the BBQ area was another favorite spot of ours, perfect for enjoying delicious meals. The villa offers plenty of seating areas to relax and unwind. Overall, our experience at this Villa was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail, the impeccable service, and the stunning surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise in the future!

The Villa exceeded all our expectations. It had a chic, fresh decoration and it is at an ideal location; very private and quiet- yet, it was really easy to pop out and get supplies from the near hypermarket (two minutes walk). The sea almost touches the villa’s garden! The best location that we could ever imagine! It was just a 5 minutes drive from Hersonissos centre that were to find plenty of nice restaurants, bakeries, cafes and shops. We had no car throughout our vacations and we faced no problem with it. Peny and her family were perfect hosts, they were very helpful and provided some lovely finishing touches that made us feel very welcome. They helped us with every demand (even ‪at 1am‬!). Since we came in Crete on April, we were searching for a heated pool, because we wanted to sure that the weather was not going to spoil our vacation since it can be unpredictable. The villa is the only that provides a private heated pool in the region and it was real fun to enjoy the Jacuzzi with the massage spots that were in it! The courtyard was great and very well maintained. The villa was absolutely clean both inside and outside. The cleaning was often and the villa fully equipped. Everything was great and our kids felt like home! I have travelled to many countries and paid a lot of money for different villas and experiences around the world, but never experienced the great levels of service that we received. We will definitely come back soon!

From the moment we booked, the team were very friendly, helpful and responsive. They organised heating for the pool (which you'll need in spring), airport transfers (including car seats), and allowed us to check in early. The villa, pool and garden are excellent - just as described, with direct access to the beach. The villa is in excellent condition and good value. We enjoyed visiting the museum next door. Be aware though, if you visit at Easter like we did, several of the local restaurants and bars will not yet have opened for the season.

It had the cleanest gardens I've ever seen and a sizable pool that my two boys adored. Modern and well-lit, the villa itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable "home away from home" stay. For some families, having a self-contained basement studio will be very advantageous. Because of how conveniently positioned it is, this is among the rare occasions when we have not needed a car. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay there again

We stayed at the beachfront Villa for 3 weeks and had a fabulous experience. The owners were very attentive to our needs. The home , pool and yard were meticulously cared for on a frequent basis. We used a private chef for a barbecue and it was perfect. We even befriended the owners at the local grocery which became part of our daily walk down the beach toward the shopping area and back. We recommend this to families and it’s perfect for children . The basement suite was great for a nanny.
