Located on the outskirts of Tsilivi, St John Resort Villas, Suites & Spa has been constructed and furnished in a contemporary manner yet still retains a traditional Zakynthian style. Ideally situated on the grassy hill of Tsilivi in Zakynthos Island Greece, offering panoramic views of the Ionian sea and overlooking the village and the long sandy beach, these villas and SUITES are of the highest quality and all have the added luxury of their own private swimming pools.

The St. John's Resort Hotel, Luxury Villas, Suites & Spa complex offers a lovely snack bar (Chrome) and an elegant outdoor restaurant (Pergola) where all our guests can enjoy romantic meals with delicious Mediterranean dishes while admiring the endless blue of the Ionian Sea.

2 Bedroom Villas at St John Resort:

This type of villa measures 100 square meters (One double bedroom 16square meters and bathroom 8 square meters, One twin bedroom 19 square meters and bathroom 4 square meters, lounge & dining area 30 square meters) and can accommodate 4-6 persons.

It features a double and a twin bedroom with en suite luxury bathrooms with bath, w.c, hairdryer and make-up mirror; furnished lounge, tastefully decorated offering a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere with TV/DVD, stereo, CD player, Wi-Fi Internet access and air-conditioning; fully equipped kitchen with a "home away from home feel", fitted cupboards, all utensils, oven, large fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle and spacious dining area with grand table and chairs seating six persons comfortably.

Additional features include washing machine, safe box, iron, ironing board, smoke detector, torch, fire extinguisher and fire blanket providing the ultimate in safety and comfort. Each villa features its own private entrance and garden area with private swimming pool.

Beautiful and tranquil

Just spent a week here, lovely place. Individual villas with own pool, sun beds and parasols, and full kitchen facilities. The staff are excellent, can’t do enough for you. Food excellent in the restaurant and the same menu is available for room service…
Just spent a week here, lovely place. Individual villas with own pool, sun beds and parasols, and full kitchen facilities. The staff are excellent, can’t do enough for you. Food excellent in the restaurant and the same menu is available for room service. When we arrived we discovered in our villa that all bathrooms had a shower over bath which was unsuitable for my elderly father. We called into reception and they moved us straight away to something more suitable. We also couldn’t walk to the restaurant with my father but they have little golf carts and they collected us straightaway from our villa and then took us back after we’d had breakfast every day. It’s high on a hill so lovely views, a 15 min walk down to Tsilivi town centre which has numerous bars and restaurants, plenty of taxis to get you home. Absolutely fantastic and would recommend highly without hesitation.

I stayed here for 10 days with my family. The whole holiday was beautiful! The villa, Olive Tree was lovely, it was cleaned daily, including fresh towels every day. We had an extra person joining a few days later and the staff managed to fit an extra…
I stayed here for 10 days with my family. The whole holiday was beautiful! The villa, Olive Tree was lovely, it was cleaned daily, including fresh towels every day. We had an extra person joining a few days later and the staff managed to fit an extra bed to facilitate for us all. Breakfast was lovely, the pancakes were a 10/10 from me:) The staff are all so friendly and made us feel very welcome…especially Erra/Irra the reception dog. We were quite concerned about the ‘hill’ that was mentioned on a few other reviews…the hill is steep but the views from the villa was all worth it:) The hill can be a struggle but we all managed to walk up it numerous times throughout the day.

Fantastic!!!

Unique place, friedly stuff, fantastic view. The villa we stayed was very well equipped with a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant had delicious food. The wifi was fast and we were escorted to our villa by a club car. Highly recommended!!!!

Amazing place!

The staff attitude and attendance was above the standard! Food in the restaurant was amazing! Cleanness of the villas and swimming pool was exceeding expectations! We are looking forward to visit it again!

Lovely Stay!

The staff fawned over our children and put us two parents right at ease. It was our first time abroad with the little ones and St John's made it so much the easier. The restaurant was lovely, breakfast was lovely, and the staff couldn't of been more…

A fantastic complex which had everything we needed. We will be returning!

Fantastic complex! The food in the bar and the restaurant was beautiful. Our villa was very clean and the daily maid service kept it that way. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.
